Came in here today from out of town and Hunter was super wonderful. I walked out with a ton of goodies that I’m gonna enjoy playing with. He was very informational about the nicotine and even help meFind the coil I was looking for my smok priv. Thanks for all the help and now I don’t have to go looking for another vape store.

I love this shop! I find that when I go in they are always well-stocked with everything Im looking for. They have everything from vapes and juice to glassware and even a wide variety of CBD products. Their prices are really great, too, especially for a standalone shop. Ive never had an employee that wasnt incredibly helpful and friendly. Once, when I purchased the wrong thing, I went back in to see what I could do about it, and the employee helped me exchange what I bought for what I needed incredibly quickly. Their location directly off Highway 92 is super convenient, as well. Its always quick and great experience here, and I hope they stick around for a long time.

Absolutely excellent customer service. I’m from Texas and let me tell you these guys go out of their way to get you what you want. The employee was super helpful and the owner as well. Really nice and helpful people work at this location, I would definitely come back.

Great vape shop. I have been here multiple times, every tile the staff has been super friendly very helpful and knowledgeable on all products in there store. They also keep a wide variety of premium juice, as well as great tasting house juice. I would highly recommend if you have not been to Sams paradise vape before you must go. Very possible it could become the only vape shop you visit from now on

Great place! Love how they are growing and giving us more options! Im like a kid in a candy store when I go here! Staff is very helpful in helping you find what you are looking for and will take the time to differentiate the products. Also I recommend the new product they have right now and its from Serenity Hemp Farms, Kief Sprinkled Hemp Flower. This is really great stuff! A good amount if Keif as well! And an awesome price.

Very great variety of devices, juices, and accessories. Sam is a great guy and his employees are very good too. The daily deals are also fair and keep me coming back. And the location isn’t too far unlike the other vape shops in the area.

Seriously hands down, best vape shop in the area. I drive past several others just to go here. There not a flavor he doesnt have. Prices are awesome and customer service is stellar. They are always willing to spend as much time as needed to explain things (even to noobs like me) and he has a pool table to boot. Great place to spend a lunch hour instead of sitting in my car.

I went here on my way home from work. My usual place is close to my workplace but not on my way home. My usual place is 4 bucks cheaper than Sams. They are very nice here. Not cheaper, but very nice. So if Im running low and forget to go to my usual place....Ill be back. For sure. Maybe theyll help me upgrade. Again...really nice folks.

I was looking for a specific coil for my tank and called Sam and he happened to have them at the Marietta location which is about 30 minutes from my house. That being said, he drove them to the woodstock location so I could pick them up on my home from work. Sam was super nice and even offered to make sure that he has the coils or something similar in the future! Definitely making this my go to vape shop.

I am new to the world of vaping- and Sam has been awesome helping me find what I need. In my first visit, Sam showed me how to mix the CBD oil I had in order to be able to vape it. He is always willingly to let you try different flavors and if you have something that you like- he will get it for you. The shop is clean, staff is friendly, and carries a huge selection. My husband and I have visited the shop at least once a week and Sam is always there to answer any questions we have and to ensure we get what we need. I have visited almost every vape shop around and Sams is by far the best.

Great customer service!

Extremely dissatisfied with this place. Not necessarily the customer service but the policy for the no returns. I was having issues with my MOD and i was told it was the batteries. So i bought new batteries went out to my car to see if it was the batteries that was causing the issue, saw that it wasn’t and immediatel went back inside. Wasn’t even outside of my car for 5 minutes. Tried to return the batteries and was told i wasn’t allowed to. That’s absolutely ridiculous considering i didn’t even leave the parking lot yet. I’m sorry but i will not be coming back. If you guys want a good vape shopTo go to id go to K-Town Vapor off Barrett pkwy. Anytime if had any sort of issues, they genuinely care and try to help you out. No matter what the “policy” is.

Went to this store and they taxed me almost double the price that another Sams paradise on Roswell Rd charged me for the exact same product! Ill drive the extra 15 min just to not get the shaft! Thanks but no thanks!😎

I just happened into this place in order to browse while my girlfriend was next door getting a tattoo. They had your standard fare for a smoke and vape shop. One thing was strange though there was no nag Champa or patchouli smell in the air. I almost reduced their rating by a star or two because of this. I mean I thought that was required for a head shop!! But, I went with the five stars because Benjamin the clerk in there struck up a conversation with me and he and I ended up having a very nice conversation before I left. Employee of the month, thats you Benjamin. Keep up the good work.

The entire staff was awesome. Gabriel was especially amazing!! Very knowledgeable and patient guy. He is extremely passionate about his work. My husband and I will be regular customers definitely!

Love this store! Ive gone no where else since they opened because theyre so convenient to me, theyve got a great rewards program, theyre knowledgeable and the prices are commensurate. The store is always clean and bright and everyone their is friendly and helpful. I just wished they opened a bit earlier on Saturdays.

New vape shop recently opened by my house. Pass it every day and did not think this place would not carry a certain brand. Ive been looking all over for a certain kind. So i decided ill come and check it out. Of course when i asked...they didnt since i just moved from Florida. Sam, asked what was the name and looked online for it. He told me that he could order it and have it in a few days. I was thrilled! He called me when it arrived just a few days later. Great customer service! He also stayed open a half hour after business hours so i can purchase it after my job closed. Defenitly will be back!!!!

Great place! The staff is friendly and will help you with any troubles you are having. Also I can sample any flavor that they have in stock for free. Just ask. This is the only shop I visit just because of the prices and services.
