It was the best massage I ever had. Rosy was like a super healer! She knew exactly where the pain was without me having to tell her. By the time I left I was pain free in my hip for the first time in a long while! I will definitely be going back. It’s definitely worth the long drive. I would highly recommend this spa/healing center!

I had been in so much pain. Alice did a great job on my shoulder and the rest of my body. I feel so much better. I didn’t realize I had knots all over and was so tense until she was working on me. Super nice, calming atmosphere. Look forward to going back!

Rosy did such a great job relieving me of pain. One of the best deep-tissue massages Ive ever had. It was my first time having the patch treatment. I was amazed at how well it worked to relieve pain and restore movement. Thank you.

Customer service is AWFUL, but massages alone are GREAT!First off, do not make appointments via their website. They dont pay any attention to that and will likely tell you when you come in that you need to come back another time. I had a free day, so I came back one hour later when I was told this. Also, on the website you are given the option of which massage therapist you want and what type of massage, when in reality there is no choice about the massage therapist (its whoever happens to be free), and the website says the massages are $60, but they are actually $70.The massage alone was great, I really enjoyed it.After the massage came the moment to pay. As someone who currently does not have a job and is running low on money, I tipped 17%. Normally I would tip 10%-15%, so 17% is generous for me. The woman at the counter looked confusedly at my receipt, started speaking in Chinese to her coworker, and then when I asked if there was an issue she pointed at the tip and said in broken English that it should have been 20%.This was ridiculously irritating to me and I wish I could have just given no tip in that instance, but I had already paid. I politely explained to her that 10% was normal for me and that 17% is a large tip to me. Then I walked out the door. Not the best way to end a massage--I dont think I will be returning.

I’ve been getting regular massages for many years, however this was my first massage at Blue Sky. Lots of details (warm compresses on my back, heated moist towel, massaging ear lobes and eye sockets, etc) are new things to me. Hannah was amazing!

My message today was one of the best Ive ever had, if not the best! She took her time and covered all the spots I needed and with the perfect amount of pressure. The hot stones were lovely and the scalp message was amazing 👏 Ill def be going back to this salon for future messages!

I work really close to here and have come here on my breaks 4 or 5 times- Scheduled ahead and confirmed. Every single time they have been unprepared, hurried, and late. The staff literally end one service and jump straight into the next. The massages themselves have been OKAY, but its frustrating waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes when you scheduled ahead. I waited over 20 minutes to be seen for a scheduled 20 minute chair massage. Similar wait time for the 60 minute foot reflexology the first time. Just dont go on a time crunch and I guess youll be fine..

They are quick to respond to inquiries. I appreciate that during your treatment the check in frequently to make sure you are doing ok. Every time I come I leave feeling better right away and even more so after a few more days- I have gone other places where I leave feeling worse than when i came and needing other physician interventions to relieve the pain. I appreciate knowing that I can get an appointment quickly and that it is an alternative to pain meds, which I try ro avoid using.

Ive been several times now to get a deep tissue massage and each visit has been nothing short of phenomenal. Due to my MS, my body always has knots, but thankfully the massage therapists have a knack for seeking out stubborn knots and working them out. Today, after having a couples massage with my husband, I walked out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I really love how they send coupons through their text message. They are coupons for another wonderful mommy bliss moment!But its not just their services, but also the atmosphere. It is serene and tranquil which is a true retreat from my crazy busy mom life. My mother-in-law loves their foot massages finds the reflexology treatment beneficial and relaxing. I always leaves happy and lighter and the more I think about it, the more I want to go back Tomorrow!!

Im so impressed!!She isolated all the individual muscle groups and just made her way right around the limb or back respectively.She wasnt afraid to get into the delicate or even embarrassing areas to get to the root of the problem. I will be back!

Highly dissatisfied with this spa and their customer service. Even though I made an appointment, and arrived early, they serviced two walk-in clients before me. When I questioned them servicing the walk-ins, they told me I had to wait. What is the point of making an appointment if this is going to happen? This was both disappointing and frustrating. I do not recommend patronizing this establishment.

Scheduled 4 days ahead and confirmed it 2 different ways. when I got there I had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes, was brought back to a room and left there for another 35 minutes. Decided to just leave as my hour slot was almost over. Do not recommend going here.

I’m updating this as I’ve now been back three more times. I highly, highly recommend anyone in pain go see Rosy. I’ve had two semi-chronic issues that other practitioners haven’t been able to alleviate and Rosy sincerely did. I was skeptical at first about the hand therapy but it’s amazing how effectively it (somehow) relaxed my body enough for the deep and varied massage techniques to help. I recommend people consult with Rosy and give it a try. As with everything, you have to be open for something to work. I was out of necessity and I was so glad/grateful for it.I’d also like to comment on the negative reviews. I am 100% certain Rosy wants more than anything for someone to feel better, and her prices for what she gives (and her experience) are much too low. I’ve seen many people take advantage of her generosity and her policy of having people come back for free if they’re not satisfied. It’s sad to me. She is not about the money at all; I’m confident that if there was a *sincere* issue it was a misunderstanding and she would work through it with you.I would also say that if you only want a simple service and don’t want her to go too deep then let her know beforehand or, better yet, schedule with someone else so she can focus her time on people who need a higher level of help. She is open to that conversation - she wants people to be happy with her/their service. And the language can be a barrier if too rushed - make sure you’re clear about the treatment you want and your expectations. But again I would recommend being open to her advice and to the hand-herb therapy - I’m sure she’d even let you try it for free or at a reduced price. As a former athlete who has seen many quality practitioners of all kinds in the past, I was amazed at how effective it is and want to research more so I can understand it better. In my opinion, it’s much better than paying for overrated doctors and easy and expensive meds with side effects. Sometimes they’re necessary but often not, in my experience. If you’re in pain or struggling with something, again, I would say be open and give it a try. You might be very pleasantly surprised like I was. I had a one hour massage that I booked as a Christmas gift from my husband. I havent had a massage in about 10 years, and I was a little nervous but also excited. Immediately when you walk in, you are greeted warmly and walked through the very user friendly check in process. I was quickly escorted back to my room for my massage. Grace was my massage therapist and from the beginning of the massage to the end, I was in heaven. Very relaxed, and she worked perfectly on my extremely tense muscles. I left with less anxiety and stress about my life than when i walked it.... It truly is therapeutic and very affordable for the treatment you receive. I will continue to book massages here, thank you so much!

Appointment for 2 two hours massages. When we arrived they didn’t have a second therapist. Someone came in after they started my husband’s massage to do mine. Part way through my massage they said someone couldn’t come in and they’d only be able to do one hour. It was not an experience I’d want anyone else to have. Oh and did they give us any price concession? Nope. Can’t recommend at all.

I will most definitely not be back! Went in for an hr massage. I waited 20 mins for them to get into my room, the lady insisted on taping peppercorns on my hands to “help” with pain even tho I told her no thank you 3 times. 10 minutes into the massage her friend walks in (who doesn’t even work there) so they can go to lunch. So the lady takes off her jacket and also starts massaging me. I ended up getting a total of a 30 minute massage, and then they asked me for a tip for her and her friend! Not professional!!!

I really wanted to love this place. The lack of efficiency, communication and skill set are what kept me from giving a higher review. I went in because I am (still) having severe neck and back pain and desperately needed a deep tissue massage. What I received can only best be described as a simulation of a massage. It felt very lackluster without a ton of focus on the areas I requested.

Rosy helped with my sciatic pain and pain in my shoulders. She was so wonderful to talk with. I actually feel relaxed finally!!

Unfortunately, I have to recommend against this business. The salon owes me a refund and has been giving me the runaround for two weeks. I made a gift card purchase on their site and instead of processing my refund immediately online through the platform theyve ignored emails and given me excuse after excuse. Take your business elsewhere to companies that dont steal and lie about it.

A couple of years ago my doctor pointed out that Americans live in a world where chronic stress and tension have become the norm and its wearing us out with headaches, stress, and fatigue. He recommend that I go to my go happy place and it just so happens that my happy place is Blue Sky. The first time I went I got a chair massage and reflexology and it was great! It was so great that I signed up for a deep tissue massage and now to this place is my tranquil oasis. If you havent been there before, I highly recommend you give it a try!Edit: I saw someone say that the employees are not licensed, but I dont know where they got that idea. All of their employees have their licenses hanging up behind the counter.

Often I come up from California to visit my son and his family. I always look forward to having a heavenly massage at Blue Sky several times a year. Each massage therapist I have had has been absolutely amazing. My favorite activity to look forward to!

The two women who worked on me, Rosy and Rose, were very helpful to me beyond just normal massage. In addition to massage, they did hand patch therapy, which uses herbs to help the muscles relax, and foot reflexology. This helped me overcome problems I have had for a long time. Very relaxing, too. Rosie really knows what she is doing to make permanent change, and is a pleasure to work with. Im very happy!

I have been coming here for over 4 years. The growth of professionalism is outstanding. One of the few spas that fought through the Covid shutdowns and did their best when short staffed. Rosie’s contentment to helping others and not just her bottom line is stellar!I have a very complicated spine and the whole staff has been very helpful and understanding. I am happy to say, I’m still walking and not in a wheel chair and a lot of it is due to their care. I will be back and I will continue to give gift certificates as gifts!!!P. S. Rosy was very nice and extremely helpful! I was a mess, she really helped. The use of herbal medicine was the key for me because I was so sore. She was just great! My daughter made the appointment and went with me. Her therapist was great also. I would like to encourage other family members to go.

I went here and got a solo massage on Monday I absolutely loved it. So much I scheduled another massage for my boyfriend and I the following weekend. The second massage was not like the first. I didnt enjoy it nearly as much. At the end of the massage I had a coupon 5% off and I didnt get to use it because the lady didnt understand the coupon that I received from them for reviewing the first visit. Also I got a 90 min because there was no communication on how long and I assumed it would be the same 60 min as the first. So I ended up paying alot more.

Such a peaceful atmosphere, great staff, excellent massage therapists who take the time to listen what ones problem areas are instead of simply going in and doing the same thing for everyone. I don’t know how this place received such a good reviews. There were so many red flags and I should have took them seriously but I chose to ignore…1. I booked my massage online. Received a text confirmation and confirmed. Received another text to confirm an appointment for a different day and time. I called to ask what was going on and if my appointment is actually what I booked for and why I received a second text. The person who answered said they were too busy to talk, to call again later… ok…2. I showed up to my scheduled appointment. The lady in the front was incredibly rude and said they were not taking anyone in even though I told her I had an appointment.3. I waited 30 minutes until I was seen by the massage therapist.4. She told me I needed to get a hand patch and that I should really do it. I probably said no thank you 5x and said I really just wanted a massage. She said she’d give me a discount. I confirmed with her that it wouldn’t eat into my massage time and then gave in.5. She spent 5 minutes “consulting” me about the hand patch. 15-20 minutes putting on the hand patches. And only massaged me for about 30 minutes… I paid for a full 1 hour massage and an extra 20 on top of that for the ridiculous hand patch.I’ve never felt so ripped off in my life and would never step foot in here again. I only stuck through because I was so in need and desperate for a massage.

Ive only had 2 professional massages before and Rosy was amazing in my 60 minute massage! He was very attentive to my areas of concern and I could feel the tension loosening up and leaving. He has very strong hands. A wonderful experience and I highly recommend.

My massage by Amy was really what I needed. We did a couples massage with deep tissue and reflexology. I am a mailman and walk a lot of miles. I have a lot of lower back pain and plantar fasciatis. After an hour I was feeling way better and slept the best I have that night in a long time. Deep tissue and all body massage is the way to go.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our experience here. I got a massage and he did the foot reflexology, and we both felt so relaxed afterwards. They gave me a complimentary foot soak because my room was still being prepared- great customer service! My massage was definitely firm enough for me, which is rare. She made sure to get all the knots out of my upper back and provided the full hour of service. We will be coming back again!

This place was highly recommended by my sister after her back issues. Now I see why! My lower back, SI and hips were so tight and painful I could hardly walk. The massuse could tell immediately where I hurt! He made sure he knew all the problem areas and set to work. After 90 minutes I felt so fantastic I practically floated out to my car. I will definitely a repeat customer here!

If zero stars where a possibility, thats what they earned! She answered the phone 3 times during my massage, walked in and out of the room several times to do ??? and didnt even give me a full hour. The technique was terrible and actually hurt. I get a massage every month and have done this forever - do NOT waste the time and money

Have been multiple times and always amazing. Went in yesterday and had a new person named Jason. I could barley walk when I went in. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them. I feel a million times better today. I Higley recommend Jason and Rosy.

I come here to get the DDS massage and am always amazed by how much better I feel after. Mei does a great job at listening to what areas you have tightness in and will focus more on those areas but also finds areas you didnt realized were tight or needed work as well. Very happy that I was referred to Blue Sky, everyone is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I refer all my family and friends here, I look forward to my next session.

Today was my first visit, I have had many massages but this is the first time I felt like a place wanted me to become a returning customer. Blue Sky Beauty Spa and Health CenterI went to this location today at 3:30 pm 4/26/2022 asked for a 1hour massage for a pinched nerve in my back. 20 minutes into working on my back the masseuse stopped and attempted to upsell me on hand patch reflexology. I explained that I do not believe in eastern medicine and I do not wish to have that. She began to argue with me so I asked her to leave the room so that I could get dressed and go. Ive been to this spa for a massage before and never experienced this behavior. I attempted seven times to ask the masseuse her name she refused to give it to me. I will be contacting the owner of the business or they can reach out to me. But until this kind of behavior is resolved I cannot recommend this business

Basically, they are very nice but very very unorganized. I didnt get massaged by this place so I cant speak to the technique.Booked an appointment on September 26th for October 8th at 1pm. The day of I call to confirm and they seem confused about what time they can get me in, we finally agree on a time that works for both of us. Once we arrived we sat there for 20 minutes with no one to come check. I had texted the number they use to make appointments after sitting there for 10 minutes and still no response. We ended up leaving. They texted me back 37 minutes after my appointment time apologizing. They offered me a free 30 minutes which I did not take them up on.

The place is truly amazing!I waited until my second visit to do a review and I am happy to report both massages were great!The staff is very friendly and kind. The main guy that handles the calls and appointments is fantastic at communicating! I was running 10 min behind my appointment and he was so nice about it!They have great prices and great service! During and after the Covid pandemic Rosey and her staff did their best to help anyone in pain that walked through her door. I have been coming here for almost 2 years and amazed at how they help with pain. To the lady that had poor service 2 days in a row, no one is perfect and every business is trying their best with the staffing they can get to work. Yes, I too had appt problems, but I was forgiving, and did not criticize. No one business is perfect. Be understanding.To the gentleman that did not want to try her patches, you really missed out with your pain mgmt! It does work!!Be kind to the staff that are trying their best to help you. This is truly an amazing place to go to get relief from pain. Just have an open mind that life is not the same as it was prior to Covid. Rosey is trying her best to run a business and she will relieve your pain…. Just ask her!

Amazing service and super friendly front desk person Elaine! My massage therapist just knew all the pressure points that have bothered me for years! I’ve had other massages but they never found my chronic aches. Slightly different methods of massage but very effective! I was sore but it was a good kind of sore that let me know he undid some really good knots! Definitely going back!

My husband and I did our massages yesterday, Lili did for me, she is very good. I should gave Lili five starts. But for Rose who did for my husband was very bad, she took off my husband foot massage time to do some unnecessary hand bead patch, we go there is for massages, not for other no professional way. So I will not recommend this place for any one, and we will not go there any more. If Rose believe hand patch how good , you can do for someone believe you, not us.

Pushy about alternative treatments which eats into massage time and cost extra.DDS is great, but getting it scheduled has been hard. They seem confused by their scheduling system.Owner gets distracted running the business or dealing with other customers mid massage and tries to switch in other therapist. She is clearly trying her best, but doesnt have consistent systems to help run the place while she is busy.That said, I have gone in a few times in great pain and Rosie has been a huge help.

My husband and I had an amazing couples massage today. Very good pressure and we left feeling so good. We will be scheduling for every 2 weeks now so nice to finally find a place worth going to.

The masseuse I got was incredible at working the kinks out of my back, hips, and legs. The entire time he kept asking if I was okay, and if I needed him to ease up or continue harder. I will definitely be going back myself, and I will make an appointment for my girlfriend soon!

Made an appointment but they didnt have anyone to give the massage. They have not contacted me at all after I made multiple attempts.We rescheduled an appointment to make things right after their no show and I ve never even heard of this happening, but they no called, no showed again for a second time! Take time off work and get ghosted twice. I wish I could rate the experience, but I couldnt even get them to show up! My advice is to go somewhere reliable. Hey, maybe it was just two unfortunate anomalies but still it doesnt bode well.

My massage tech was very experienced and I was able to get in right away. I scheduled a 60min but upgraded to a 90min. So worth it.

I have been to Blue Sky Massage three times. The 1st time, Rosie did wonders for my feet. The 2nd time, Jin did an amazing full-body massage, increasing range of motion in my left shoulder. The 3rd time, Leanne did an amazing full-body massage, increasing flexibility, and relieving the pain of plantar fasciitistis. So, I have scheduled to go back again.

What an amazing place, but even more amazing staff! Everyone is incredibly kind and professional. They know what they are doing! My husband and I felt wonderful after our couples massage!!! Will be coming back!

They took me as a walk in. Put me an an extremely comfy chair gave me a blanket and covered my eyes. Did a quick arm head shoulder massage while my feet soaked and then did a really thorough foot massage. 10/10 highly recommended

Rosy was very attentive and helped relieve some 9/10 pain. She kept asking probing questions to identify and remedy the source of the issue(s).

Customer service was great. Massage part, not much. massage was not relaxing. The masseuse kept asking if i was ok, and interrupting my relaxing moment. the massage was so fast, that my body kept rocking from side to side. The intensity was ok, just that the speed was not.

Set an appointment, get a text confirmation, take off time from work to arrive 5 min early to an empty lobby. Wait till ten minutes after my appointment time and get shown to a room, wait five more minutes to find out I’m not getting the message, Rosie is busy. I was offered a sub that I was not comfortable with. The whole experience was just weird, the entire vibe of the place felt off to me. I will not be returning.

I received a deep tissue massage about 6 months ago with the focus being on my shoulder & the next day I woke up in a severe amount of pain in my neck. I waited 4 days before returning and the pain progressively got worse to the point where I could barely turn my neck left or right. I told them what had happened expecting them to adjust my neck for free & they charged me for another session. I left still in pain, how ever it was more bearable. I remained unable to workout for about 3 weeks and didnt start getting relief until performing rehab excersizes. Ive had dozens of massages and have never been left in any kind of pain.

Went in to get a 30 min chair massage for a chronic headache. Ended up getting an hour. The staff was friendly. My neck and back were so tight but after the hour I felt great. Definitely recommend. Prices were great.

Communication is key at this place. You must be willing to tell them exactly what you want and dont want. The prices are normal for massage, and you can get in same day or the next which is a huge plus.

Drove a distance to get to the business and they just have a note on their door that says, “closed today”. I understand emergencies sometimes come up, I just recommend calling first even though they advertise walk-in appointments.
