I had a crazy week and totally forgot to schedule myself a nail appointment prior to my upcoming vacation, so I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get my nails done in time. I called around 6 pm on a Thursday evening looking to get an acrylic gel mani pedi. I was told to come in at 7 pm. Everyone was very friendly and helpful the entire time and I truly appreciated them taking the time to do my nails and do them beautifully, even though they closed at 8 pm. Nina stayed late to make sure my nails were done & I could not have expressed my appreciation enough! She did a fantastic job and was not only fast but was able to do the design I asked for easily!! I have nothing but good things to say. They really saved me from having to go on vacation without a fresh set!! I think these nails came out prettier than most other sets I’ve had & she did it in record time!! Thank you again Fashion Nails Team ❤️

The salon had such a calm atmosphere with calm music playing in the background I felt so relaxed from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The nail technician who worked on my nails was highly skilled and paid great attention to detail. The end result was fabulous, my nails look stunning and perfectly manicured. The prices were reasonable, and the overall service was excellent. I left the salon feeling pampered and satisfied. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great nail salon experience.

Best spot I’ve been to yet! Been really look for that nail salon to keep me coming back and I think I’ve found that spot. Very delicate when it came to cutting my nails, and the attention to detail. I genuinely look forward to getting my nails done here every 2 weeks.Everyone at the salon seems friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. I had my nails done and she did way too many powder rounds. The color was atrocious so I went back to change it and they tried to charge me 50 on top of the astronomical price to begin with. I will not ever be returning.

I’ve never written a review before, but this place is amazing. I personally don’t prefer chatter and they were very quick and professional with my nails and feet. I’ve only been twice and I can say from those two experiences, I will definitely be returning.

Watch what they charge you for. I was over charged more then once. I still went back so it’s my fault too.After one week my nails shouldn’t be falling off or the gel shouldn’t be pealing off. Yes, they will fix it then the next day or two it comes off or breaks again.This set I had done 11/24

I highly recommend this place to everyone if you want your nails to get done pretty. I been to multiple nail places and Fashion Nail is the best one in Colonie. You can pick your desired design ahead of time and call in first to see if they have any availability. I recommend 2 professionalism Nina and Steven. I always pick my design ahead and show them the picture, they will make it 99% similar or even better with their own ideas, additionally they will care about every details of the nail to make it look perfect!

You can call for an appointment and usually they are very good about it. Their customer service is good. Very calm place to relax and get your nails and toes done.

I have to say I’m extremely disappointed the color that I picked looked nothing like the color that they put on my toes so I don’t know what was going on with that then I asked them how much it’s going to be because the chrome color is more expensive so in the end they still charged me extra for gel color when I asked them from the beginning how much it was going to be sorry that I’m on a budget and I have kids to feed so I’m upset that I got overcharged I feel like $100 for a basic pedicure is a lot so I don’t know if there was miscommunication but I will never return here I feel completely ripped off

Both my mother and I got the deluxe pedicure, and we loved it! Very kind and great employees, good prices too. Also super clean. 10/10 would recommend this spot to anyone!

It was my first time coming here and I absolutely loved it! Vanessa did an amazing job on my acrylics, the place was super clean and the staff was so friendly. I was taken in right as I got there so I didn’t have to wait. They had a ton of color options and they really knew how to do a good set of acrylics considering the shape of the nail and how careful they are. I don’t usually do reviews but Nail’d It definitely deserves one!

Just tried this spot for the first time after being given a coupon a couple of weeks ago. Im very happy with the outcome and will definitely return. All 3 staff members are kind and pleasant, and care whether or not youre satisfied. Had the Deluxe Spa Pedicure and it was wonderful!!!

Very expensive, acrylic fill, 3 nails replaced, new Halloween design and eyebrow wax was $100, however, nails were perfect, tech took her time. Worth it thus far, well see how long they last !!!

Its better to call ahead to make sure theyre free for you to provide you the services. I did dip manicure and deluxe pedicure. Overall, great services. The dip nail color doesnt always match their sample nail. So ask to see the container and make a judgement there.

I went here with my friend and both of us got pretty basic sets (mine were all black with one design on one finger, hers clear with a blue french tip) and paid about $60 each. she also didnt smooth my nails completely and you can see file marks through the top coat as well as they already look grown out because she didnt go all the way down to the cuticle, again very disappointed in the quality considering we paid so much :/ very professional and sweet!!!

This place is very welcoming, the daughter I believe is fantastic! My toes came out beautiful! But I’m very disappointed in my finger nails.. I was told they’d last 2 weeks at least and it hasn’t even been 3 days and I have more than one nail cracked.. one cracked on the first day.. I don’t do anything strenuous with my hands so there’s no reason for my nails to be cracking.. spent more than 200$ so I’m very upset, will tell all my friends not to go here..

Within 4 days Of Getting My Nails Done My Tips Started Snapping Off From Little Things As Of Opening A Car Door Or Pulling Up Pants 🙄... Disappointed due to I decided to switch from my original salon I have been going to for years! Customer service is great and a relaxing salon but not a place to go to if you want something to last a good amount of time for the price paid...

Super unprofessional and took way too long. Nails looked good but make sure you tip really well regardless of service because they make sure to comment on your tip not being enough in front of everyone!!! Never going back!

I made my appointment by phone and they did not give me the price and when they got the job done they gave me another price, I asked for acrylic on my toenails because my toenails are very small and they pretended they understood what I asked for, when they saw that They started putting only gel, I asked what he was doing to me and he told me that they did not do acrylic on the feet, only if the nails were broken... I paid $70 dollars and I will definitely not return!!

OMG this was perfect for our deluxe pedicures me and my boyfriend came and it was t packed we weren’t rushed and the service was great quality so relaxing. The hot rocks in the legs the massages on the feet and legs with gel lotion and scrub I wiups definitely come here for a pedicure very well worth it.

Received coupons, came in to use them and confirmed prior to my service that I can use them. They said yes, and when it came time to pay they declined THEIR OWN coupons. Then they gave me more after my service to try and get me less angry. Will not be returning.

1st impressions are lasting and these guys Nailed It (pun was not caught initially!!) My first time here and despite with all the new Covid precautions, these guys made us feel welcomed and safe. Everything is clean and distanced and they did a wonderful job establishing a rapport with us. Oh, and the nails? Flawless! I will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys!!

Best nail place there is in Albany. I’ve literally tried everywhere else and this is the only place I go to. The place is clean, they have so many options in terms of colors and designs. Also- they are efficient so I’m not sitting there for more than 2 hours Lol
