Always a nice stop in. Me and my bf love this store so many options and the people are really down to earth. and even better yet there’s a car wash Girl Scouts headquarters and other stores and locations around the area.

I dont know her name but shes behind the counter every time I come in. I broke my glass last night and was unsure about the mod being it was 5 years old. She made sure the mod still worked and didnt try to upsell me a new one when it wasnt necessary. She also pointed out the new tanks that would be compatible with the box of coils I had recently bought. The entire staff in this store and the one in North Green Bush are 100% helpful, friendly, and genuinely remember their customers!

Visited this place looking for something they unfortunately did not carry. But, the man behind the counter. Tall fella, was very friendly and his smile was even more kind. Saw him interacting with the customer before me and he was also friendly and respectful to that guy. Check them out, I did.

Vape 51 is the best decision when figuring out where to go. Yes, they have everything in stock. Yes they have a wide selection. They also have Patience, a great sales rep who knows what you need. She will take her time and quiz you so she knows how to help you select products. I was also shown exactly how to use my new system. The shop is well stocked and well run. I could not be happier with my rookie experience.

Super friendly and helpful tender, answered any dumb questions I had with no judgement, and walked through all the price range of options.Never felt like I was being hustled, they were very knowledgeable, and will absolutely be back.

This place was easily the best vape shop I have been to. My tank had broken and my mod was stuck onto the kit leaving it more or less useless. I went here and from the start they were helpful and swiftly went about getting me set up with a new tank, removing the ruined piece as well. Patience and her coworker were friendly and ready to answer anything I asked. This place flawlessly earns its rating.

Highly friendly staff. Were able to actively help you over the phone with selecting different products. Recommended the best products to replace older models with, that wont cause the same issues. Were not pushy and gave excellent advice.

Great place to purchase my vaping products. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Quame is stellar at his job. Super knowledgeable and helpful!! I dropped my vape on the way into the store and broke the tank. Im sure u know what a mess that can be. Quame hooked me up with a tank. Cleaned up my mod, the broken glass, and changed it out. Also replaced my atomizer. I recommend this store to everyone. I have never had less than a perfect buying experience here.

Dont buy from the girl shes always boosting prices. Wheres management to make sure this doesnt happen? If you go in weekend or Friday and a big guy is working. Hell do you right.

Love it here. Been going for years on and off. They always have the newest products, large variety of flavors and are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I’ve ever had. Great place with a really nice staff...the girl who works there was very nice and helped me reset my whole setup after I smashed it. She set me up with new glass, a new coil, and new O rings and even primed my coil for me. Cost me less than $10.

These guys are awesome. When I walked in I was promptly welcomed and immediately helped on every aspect there is to get into vaping. Between finding the right rig, to trying out flavors until I found one I really liked, I couldnt be happier with my experience. Outstanding business. Highly recommended

Ive now been to this shop in Colonie maybe a handful of times, and can honestly say it is sweet enough for me to stop ordering my premium liquids online and make the 40 minute drive from my place near Hudson. Great customer service. When I want to be in and out quickly, thats what happens; when I want to spend a little more time getting information or trying out a few different liquids, they are very accommodating to that as well. They only carry great products. I havent been disappointed in any of my purchases so far, and Im the kind of person that can do plenty of researching reviews and stuff online for everything before making a purchase and still end up disappointed or with buyers remorse.Will definitely continue using them as long as I live upstate and would recommend them to anyone who asked. Keep up the great work.

This store is terrible. People that work there are nice but seem not that knowledgeable. Not that great of a selection and has nothing compared to the pictures shown here. They only have a few tobacco flavors and nothing else . everything is priced 2x retail a small bottle of juice 60 ml will cost you 20$ when every other vape store sells 100ml for 20$ and online it’s about 16$. A coil will cost you 9$ which is very overpriced. The prices seem like they care more about making a lot on 1 product rather than selling more items and having returned customers. It seems like a lot of people have been having same issues with this business over the past couple years and they do nothing to improve. I know a lot of people that have had to go in there at one point and promise to never return.

Is the hands down best vape shop in the Albany area, but The prices are high to the rest of the country for sure. The stock is in though and if you want it now then your likely going to pay any way. I do like the majority of selections for any thing I have wanted but I only needed juice when here so I dont know if the displays are just filled to look good or they have the stock on hand. If they do stock it all then it would be a good place to check out.

Heard a lot of bad things about the customer service had to speak up. Went in on my lunch break, was in a hurry, got help immediately and he recommended and awesome flavor. Best vape store in the 518 hands down. If you are a experienced user or just starting out and want to learn this is shop to go to. They are friendly, cool and knowledgeable. They wont pressure you into anything theyre just the best. Tons of different top quality vape juices and products at good prices. I go to the shop by Fuller road . They are pros at what they do. Stop by check it it for yourself u wont regret it. And its not a boring shop like others in the area.

Ive even had the owner offer me a personal deal on juice, just because he was behind the counter and overheard me talking about one of the flavors I loved. Ive switched over to the smaller (replacement pod) vapes, which 51 could definitely step their game up on. Yet, no other vape shop in the 518 compares.

Visiting from Georgia. There was enough room to park a Bob tail semi. This is a true vape shop. Great people both customers and attendants. Premium market juice brands all reasonably priced. I will definitely return if my travel crosses this path.

Had a great experience here, went In looking for something which I initially though was a lower price so the owner of the store purchased the items himself for me. 10/10 will recommend friends and family here and will shop again.

I recently had a mod of mine stop working that I had bought from 51vape not to long ago so I brought it in to see if they could fix it unfortunately they could not but they were super nice and professional about it and allowed me to give the old one back so they could replace it with something at equal value. It was such an easy and painless process Im so happy with everything they did for me. I would recommend 51vape to anyone. They have super high quality products and service.

I am legit a little disappointed in 51Vape and CBD in Colonie, NY. I usually come to this locations for all my smoking needs, and typically its a great experience, with the exception of today. I went into the location, and was looking for some eJuice for my vape, and I got a recommendation for some eJuice which was SubZero Artic Menthol flavored, and a coil for the vape too. I got home and got every set up. I then noticed the eJuice had a horrible taste for some reason so I called to the store and explained the issue and was asked to come in so they can work something out, so it was under my impression she was going to allow me to swap the menthol for the speriment flavor and replace the coil as it was tainted by the horrible flavor, but nope she did not do that at all, instead she told me all she can do is give me a 15% discount towards another one if I wanted to get a different flavor, its so insane that she was not willing to help resolve the issue but instead made me pay for another, I swear this location has no sense of customer service, its shameful but it is what it is. I hope the review will help people in the future before they make a purchase in the future.

Was here for a friend have a super selection of vapes and all the accompanying equipment. Very friendly my friend was well taken care of. I talked to a young gentleman by the name of pat who was telling me about cbd oil and its benefits. He even suggested some good YouTube vids to help with my anxiety. Great service and easy to get to right on central ave!

This is hands down the best Vape Shop that Ive been to. Competitive prices against online, sometimes even cheaper once you factor shipping in. Great selection of juice and a very knowledgeable staff. They carry 0mg juice all the way up to nic salt juices and a decent line of CBD products.

Love it here. The prices are awesome and way better than any other vape shop around Albany. Went to the vape store on western by price chopper and they wanted $100 for a box mod 51 vape was selling for $75. Got 2 free batteries with it and they had a great deal on juice. Dont bother with any other vape shops go to 51 vape. Theyre helpful know what theyre doing and have everything you could want.

Decent selection, prices are a bit high, but the customer service is a nightmare. Youll find better customer service from a McDonalds in the ghetto. I really regret giving this business even a penny for that reason. If youre planning on going there be ready to be treated like crap when just looking for help.

These guys were the first in the area when it comes to quality vape shops. I still remember sending friends to him when he was selling out of his house. Now they have a bunch of shops and their staff is very knowledgeable and all really help you out. Its ok to be a newbie here, I know I was and still am compared to most of the people that hang out in the shop but they never make you feel stupid for asking questions. Looking for a local vape store or to find out about vaping then I would recommend stopping by one of the shops.

I love my vape pen, I walked in the shop COMPLETELY clueless and new to the world of Vape. Told the guy behind the counter I was Clueless, and with a smile he went right into explaining whats what in the beginners vape world. He then helped me pick my vape pen, explained all the parts and hpw it works, how I take care of it, and then had me try sooo many flavors! Lol To be sure I picked out a cpl I definitely like. I was visiting Albany and went in for some juice. The place was pretty busy during a Friday night shortly before closing time. Zac took some time to have me sample flavors and spoke to me about a mod I was thinking about buying, eventhough I wasnt going to buy it then and most likely not there since I was visiting. He saved me from what I think would have been a mistake, and an expensive one at that. Some other shops I visited either have time for the newbie, for the quick sale of a starter kit or for the vet that comes in knows exactly what they want and how everything works. Not many places have or make time for the intermediate like me. Thanks for your time and tips Zac. When Im back in the area Ill be sure to visit 51vape.

Worst customer service ever. Bought a myle that stopped charging after a week, which I was told they were having a problem with Myles doing that, but wouldnt return it or exchange it because I didnt have the original box. Not to mention the girl was downright rude!

I am traveling and i will stay 1 week in Albany and i forgot my battery charger in MA. I bought a battery charger for vape with them, but then I found out that my girlfriend brought my charger. When I returned to the store to exchange the product (10 minutes after leaving the store), he refused to exchange or return my money.

My battery was dead at work so on my break I call and asked if the store carried the battery my mod used and the guy on the phone told me they had them and I waste my time on my break from a 12 hr shift to drive down there to be told they don’t carry the battery the only reason I gave 2 stars was the selection I saw while I was in seemed large with quality brands but obviously the employees aren’t knowledgeable or don’t take the interactions and questions of customers seriously that’s my first and last time going here
