Owners and staff are very nice and helpful. Been to other vape shops and feel happy and comfortable coming here to i-vape vs other shops.No one is here to sell you the most expensive setup or pressure you. They help you get a solution to what you are looking for and are very transparent.

Borderline scam shop here went to buy juice and it was 7 dollars more than I usually pay at my local shop, no not recommend.

Great selection and Great prices!Location is a jump off and back on I-5 at the expo. Very convenient when Im passing through.The staff are friendly and helpful especially Javier.Hes very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Great employees but They do not replace any broken or bad products. And I have had multiple problems with my vapes taste. I mentioned that a specific brand has been coming with bad filters or something if the sort making them taste old and rotten (unbearable).So be sure to taste your vape at purchase while you are in the store buying so they can replace it if it’s bad.

This place is my husband and I”s favorite place to go! The staff there are hilarious and always so friendly and quick to help customers. They have really good insight and can answer pretty much any questions you have! Helped us with any issues we have had in the past. Always look forward to getting juice from our favorite store ! They’re the best in Albany. Thanks guys!

Absolutely great customer service, and products too. I have been Marlboro red smoker for over 10 years finding the right Vape mods, tank and juices can be pretty frustrating. But thankfully I had some awesome help from Drake and Sonte. I am so grateful they helped with every step. I couldnt be happier with the service. The prices seemed pretty comparable with online prices which is really nice.

There is a young man who always helps me and he is very knowledgeable about the products. He always helps me to find things in my price range, and pointing out deals if they’re available. Also, he always recommends things that he would use himself which is very helpful for me. Doesn’t ever put me down, and is always willing to answer any questions I have, with a smile.On the other hand, there’s a lady there who always is in a rush to get me out of the store, is very short with me, and doesn’t help me or explain anything at all. And when I request something, her attitude is very unprofessional, as well as putting me down for asking questions or when I’m looking for things. She just points out the bare minimum. :(Other than that one female employee, iVape is one of my favorite places to go.

The young guys that work there are amazing, they are always willing to talk to you about juices and are so knowledgeable about the products they are an incredible resource. Definitely if you get the chance to go when they are working that is when I would try to time my visits. If they are out of the juice you are after they are able to make great second option recommendations, and I have on more than one occasion found a new juice that i fell in love with because of said recommendations. They have amazing taste in juices and only recently have I visited to find they were out of all the ones i enjoy and/or dont have the nicotene level i wanted. I hope that this is not a signs of things to come.

I am a first time vape customer. The young man who helped me was very helpful explaining the products. Helping me find what worked for me. I would recommend this business to anyone needing vape products. The people are great, the price was great. The instructions we were given in the store were very helpful. I give them an A1 rating.

This location has a friendly and more importantly, a knowledgeable staff. They have a wide selection of mods, tanks and juices. As someone who is very picky about my vape juices I ask alot of questions. They didnt seem bothered or impatient with me at all. They had great recommendations that they catered to me.

I stopped in to get a new tank. It was a great atmosphere and they made sure I got just the right tank for my needs. The next day on my way to work I was having issues and they were able to help me over the phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff here are incredibly nice and selection is one of the better ones in the area. Never had problems looking for salt nic or coils. Also have disposables, mods, and the like.

Awesome awesome people. Been shopping there for 5 yrs now and everyone has always been so friendly and helpful. Just can’t get much better. BTW congrats on the stay of the ban today! We all know the vaping issues have nothing to do with legitimate products! Especially not the nicotine!

The best vape shop near me. I live in North Corvallis and wasn’t happy with the vape stores their. Here has a great selection of juice and professional/friendly service. Definitely recommend!

I will not be coming back to the shop. I went in for the first time a few months back and bought some juice and during my visit there was several younger kids that looked like they werent even of legal age just sitting around playing on phones and talking while I was looking for a product. After I was there for at least five minutes one of the younger girls asked if she could help me and if there was anything specific I was looking for. She acted like she was in a hurry and didnt want to help me would have rather gotten back to talking with her friends. I was not very knowledgeable about products and percentages Etc and while asking questions was basically made to feel stupid that I didnt know any information. They will not be receiving my business. I will go to Vapor or Rock n Vape before I ever go back here

I live on the coast and just happen to run out of juice on my way through Albany and came across i vape. Amazing atmosphere, extremely friendly and professional staff. I left there with so much more knowledge about vaping. I will be coming here every time Im in Albany. AMAZING shop!!! I would recommend this place to anybody. The Real Lemon Cheesecake is heavenly.

Great store! I quit smoking 4 weeks ago thanks to Joey, Brett, Drake and gang. Excellent service, helpful and really helped me so much to learn more about vaping and got me off those cigarettes!

I usually always buy my Phix pods here but yesterday my wife bought a pack of cool melon pods and they had no plastic wrap on them which I thought was weird. She gets to my car and opens the pack to find a pod has been opened and used. Not okay at all..

They talked me into getting a single battery vape. Said it would work at the settings that I was running lasted three hours until it started having issues. They weren’t willing to swap it out or work with me in anyway.

Ive been going to iVape for over a year now and as always their service is fantastic. The employees are very nice, helpful, and informative. Above all the variety of E-Juice and mods has to be the best part. The Dinner Ladys Lemon Tart and the Moku Bolt(spearmint) are hands down my favorites of any flavor or brand. Every once in a while though Ill try a new E-Juice and the flavor will be almost non-existent. It usually just depends on the brand(the most recent one being A.S.A.P. by Mamasan) but its pretty disappointing to spend so much money on something that not only you wont enjoy but will also last you for weeks because of how much you get in each bottle. With that aside I still highly recommend iVape above all other shops in the area.

Poor customer service. They insinuate their customers are liars, and refuse returns defective products bought the day prior.Go elsewhere if you need to buy a mod unless you want to be ripped off and stuck with a broken device.

Bought vape juice that gave me an allergic reaction ( not normally allergic to the normal fruits) asked for a refund and they basicly laughed at me. Very unprofessional. If you want a vape store run by adults, this is not that store.
