First off these guys offer some great products at even better prices and their e-juice is by far one of the best qualities Ive seen from any vape shop. But the reason they get 5 stars is their awesome customer service. There have been times that I get off work a little late and try to stop by on my way home but they just closed 5-10 minutes ago and are still happy to help me. The employees are enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. Ive NEVER walked in this store and had a bad time. In fact, I usually leave this place in a better mood than I arrived in.

I have been doing business with this store since the first month of them opening about 11 years ago. Actually they were one of the first vapor shops when the industry got started in the ABQ area. The owners are very nice and are always willing to help. They are local so they tend to offer products that they would use. Their pricing is better than almost anyone in town. Quality is hands down the best! Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional on the phone and didnt know much. My husband went in last month to purchase some juice for me and they said they were out, although on the phone they said they had it. When he went back the next day when he was told in person it would be in stock, they didnt get their shipment in and we were told yet again to try in a week. Just called and apparently they ONLY carry their brand. Will not shop here!!!

The employees here are very friendly, and dont try to force you into a sale, they explain and are willing to show you how products work, and explain the differences between their products. the variety of flavors is unlike any other e cig store, as they mix the flavors on site so you know its fresh and can get any level of strength that you want from a high level to even zero, so for those trying to quit smoking there is plenty to choose from. the store is clean, and the staff are friendly so it always feels like a comfortable place to be.

I have been a loyal customer of Steve and Randy since they were selling E-cigs from the trunk of their cars. They were the 1st E-cig shop in NM. I have seen them grow so much because of the quality service. I love this place. They have always stood by their products and stood by the customers health UNLIKE Oasis Vape. If a product line starts to become unreliable they remove it from their store and stop selling it. They use the BEST ingredients in all of the juice. They flavor is AMAZING and they use the best ingredients keeping the customers health in mind. I like that they keep prices low compared to their competitors. I have NEVER had any issues here and when I have seen other people have issues they were corrected immediately by Steve and Randy. The customer service is great and they are supper fun to joke with. This smoke shop and the local dispensaries are wonderful. The only reason Id return to new mexico is because of the man who runs this establishment while I had a horrible time with accommodation from two different hotels this place made the end of my trip somewhat bearable. Excellent vapor shop. Ive been dealing with them for 2+ years and have not had a single issue. Recently told them that a juice I used to like had become harsh. They mixed a version of it for me with less flavoring and it was perfect. They gave me the ratios so I could order it that way every time. Definitely go above and beyond for their customers.

Route 66 is an original! They offer quality product in a neighborhood like atmosphere. Theyre experienced business people who are responsible -- this isnt a shop thats run by part-timers or someone who just wants to make a quick buck. Randy & Steve put a lot of thought and effort into setting up this business (both in-store and online) and it shows. Im never uncomfortable going in there; feel like Im being listened to and only buy their juice because I like it the best and I have no qualms about its quality.

Its been just over a year since I had decided to quite smoking. I had inquired my alternatives and many had told me I should try the e-cig. Feeling that it would be a good attempt I inadvertently found Route 66 Vapor which conveniently is literally down the road from my house. In addition, the employees were very helpful and informative about the products they were advertising. With such a friendly and positive place that was conveniently close to my home I have never tried nor had the urge to go to any other shop. Went to the store to get juice and coils and some how I picked out the wrong coil. The owner was awesome and even though he could not exchange or refund the open pack offered me a small discount because of the mistake I made. Great store love the juice and great customer service.

This places amazing the glasses not expensive at all and they have a large variety of flavors I highly recommend coming here versus any other vapor shop at all. I have been going to this shop for 3-4 months and normally have a good experience. I’ve bought tanks, mods, and a lot of juice from them. Twice I’ve received the wrong flavor with the right label and exchanged them with no problem other then the inconvenience of having to return. I bought a brand new set up for my wife and when I got home we put it all together and the juice drained out of the vent so I took it apart and replaced the coil and it did it again. Not just a little bit of leaking like normal but completely drained out of the bottom of the tank I made sure everything was tight and installed correctly. I then went back to the shop and said that it was leaking horribly and the owner pretty much called me a liar to my face. These people are as rude as they come you should never treat a customer that way. I spend a lot of money there and will never be back that $30 tank that he would not honor Will cost him 100s in sales from me.

I have been to a few different vape shops in the area and I always keep coming back to Rt 66. The staff are more than willing to answer your questions, no matter how simple or advanced. Also they have a wide variety of products, ranging from the cheap disposables to top of the line gear.Note: If youre unsure about a flavor, ask them if you can smell it. That will give you at least a general idea of how the juice will taste (but not 100% exact).

I have been a customer here for roughly two years. My experience here has been excellent. They mix the e-cig juice right in front of you, making it the best and freshest flavor in the Rio Rancho/ABQ area. The employees there have been more than pleasant. I refuse to get my e-cigarette fluid any other place.

Place is amazing. Went there day after I got.my vape with a leaking tank. Dudes at Oasis didnt help me for a thing and I went here for help. Dude showed me some stuff and said if it didnt work go back. I go back because its still leaking and he was able to pin point the issue. I havent gone anywhere else since then. I love route 66 vapor the staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful and kind. I had to quit smoking and this place made it easier because of all the nicotine levels you can go up or down as you need to also have a variety of flavors and sweeteners you can always try new things it an all around great place. i also love that its down the street from my house so i never have to go far.

I like that they make the juice right as you order. And they will also customize it for you any way you want. The staff is able to answer all of my questions and are always helpful. I have used e-cigarettes before and went back to smoking more as a result of the bad expierances with the products and people selling them. I went into Route 66 for the first time in September of 2013 and will continue to not only shop with them but refer everyone I know to them. The prices and quality of products is the best. The liquid is great, and knowing that it is made on site and I dont need to worry about the quality of the water used is reassuring. For the first time in over 25 years I am smoke free, and I thank the great guys at Route 66 for that.

Jokers who conduct serious business. My first visit was over a month ago. Instantly was directed in the right direction. I didnt know much about their products all I knew is that I wanted one. The staff obviously know their products well and take time to know their customers to get them the best product combination. You instantly feel at ease with the staff, friendly open fellows who will crack a joke or two with you, you dont get that pressure to buy vibe here. Prices are great I think because you really do get what you pay for and these items are of a higher quality. The flavor variety is awesome..anything from cloves to cotton candy...my personal favorite watermelon..tastes like bubble yum! Ever since I started with these products Ive completely given up cigarettes and i feel and smell better. Ive even noticed how much better I feel at the gym now too. I am very happy and see myself being a life long customer.

I had went to a couple other places for e juice before I found route 66 and this was over a year and a half ago and I have recieved excellent customer service. When ever I go in everyone is very relaxed and chill there. They are very knowledgeable and are a major part of the credit I give to being cigarette free. I feel way better since I have started vaping reguardless of all the naysayers say about not being able to quit. I am very happy to say that this place has helped me out and I really feel like they outmatch any of their competitors. Route 66 Vapor Is the best!! I have tried numerous vap shops and MANY different flavors and they are by far the top in Albuquerque/Rio Rancho Area! The atmosphere is awesome and the people there are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the path to quit smoking. I have never had any issue with anything purchased from them and to this day all my equipment is still in good working condition. They have competitive pricing and an EXTREMELY clean shop. I normally dont give reviews lower than 3 stars, however i went twice last week and the staff is very knowledgeable but theyre pretty rude. I even got a bottle of drops that I was not very fond of and they said they didnt do exchanges. This is the only vape store I have ever visited that wouldnt do an exchange. When I had told them my flavor didnt taste good or how I wanted it, they said i was the only one to ever say that, i even had several of my friends try it saying they were not good. I would rather drive a ways into abq and go to just vape, theyre cheaper and more friendly.

I was installing a sign across the street and asked to use the rest room and the person working actually let me was the restroom twice , which nowadays is hard to find . I sat and talked to the guy around the counter about a few different products they had and he knew quite a bit about every product . Store was clean , had a wide range of products , prices looked good and good location right off 528 and sundt . I will be shopping there just due to the fact they let me was the rest room to fix my contacts ( cant do in a porta potty )

Great prices, great service. Oasis may be the place I go for that 2 for 1 on juices, but RT.66 KILLS them on everything else. If you need any type of equipment, dont bother going anywhere else, plus theres a cash discount!

HORRIBLE-Let me start by saying this place is owned by the two nastiest, rudest men in Albuquerque. There is no customer service, honesty, or appreciation for cliental. They speak garbage about costumers behind their backs to other costumers and each other. I feel anxiety about shopping here because they are so negative and mean. I have been a costumer for over a year because I live close to them: spending almost $1300 and when a product of theirs failed after less than a month of use, they were rude and using expletives, making me feel stupid. They accused me of breaking the e-cig and refused to help me fix and or replace the item. There is a warranty in my packaging that states the owner of the business is to replace. By selling the product Route 66 agreed to this contract. When I brought this up, they laughed saying Chinese companies always say that. NEVER SHOP HERE!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

I went in for vape juice and CBD oil, the girl that had originally helped me had little to no knowledge on the juices and products I was asking about. The cbd oil I purchased tasted like rubbing alcohol and very chemically which is not normal at all for any cbd product. They couldn’t offer any solutions or help when I went in to ask for a refund for the awful product they sold me. If you’re looking for cbd I would highly recommend driving a little further into Albuquerque to cbd boutique where they actually take the time to know the product they are selling and take the time to provide good customer service unlike this shop. This has been by far the WORSE customer service/vape store I’ve ever been to.

Horrible Ill never go Again! I bought a rig yesterday for wax at the Rio Rancho location. Piece was cracked and the guy gave me small discount. When I got the rig home I realized the nail in it was so big it wasnt functional. I promptly returned to the store and asked for a refund. They denied me saying that it was illegal to give refunds for tabbaco products. They then noticed every pipe like the one they sold me also had the wrong sized nail, meaning they were all useless. They told me that I needed to be patient and wait for them to order the right nail. I was obviously pissed and exspressed such that they were selling useless pipes and refusing to make the mistake right the day I bought it. I was disappointed to say the least and informed them they are running a bullshit business. Like I said this was the Rio Rancho location. I would recommend Smoke world if ur looking for nail selections. The guy there traded me a smaller nail for the one that was too big.

I live nearby and visit often. They staff is helpful, teaching me how to set up my ecig when it was new, and now answering any questions asked and recommending new flavors. I have frequently recommended Route 66 vapor to ecig users and friends I would like to see quit smoking. They mix their own eliquid, and it is the best flavors I have had from anywhere.

I bought a product from this pla. Spent over $50.00 and the product was faulty. I took the product back and asked for an exchange (not a refund), I had the receipt and was denied an exchange due to covid. Thats a ridiculous excuse for poor customer service and not standing by the products you sell.

The owner was really snarky with me and my friend. It was the first time my friend had ever been there, I was showing it to them told them they were pretty cool over there. I guess everybody has a bad day.

Wow i was really dissapointed with this shop Ive never been treated so bad. I purchased some ecig nicotine juice that was HORRIBLE . It was the mix they make in the store worst tasting ecig juice ive EVER tried. So i figured they would standby the products they sell WRONG!!!! I tried to return it (was even willing to accept store credit) and was treated very bad by the owner (red haired guy) he basiclly called me a liar raised his voice in a threatening manner and then offerd a 10% discount on a new bottle TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT... I live 80+ miles from this place and when Im in the area I make sure to visit, the employees are excellent and helpful also the prices are the best Ive found in the areas.. I also want to add that the MAIN REASON I give them return business and recommend my fellow vape friends to them is the QUALITY of their juice, they by far have the best tasting best priced juices made right in front of you.. I told the staff at RT 66 I was only interested in cutting down...and I wanted a quality setup But I didnt want to spend alot ...I was out the door for about the same cost as my weekly habit...I finished the open pack of Camels I had on me that day..It has been more than a 3 months and havent touched or wanted another cigarette since....Quality Service...Quality product...and whether they know it or not...a pretty decent support group,,,thanks guys......and remember Vape it Forward

First off both of their locations are a good 20 to 30 min drive from me and i love this location (of course it is the 30 min drive) the rr location is always extremely helpful not pushy and all around a great place. So if you can go here i 100% recommend

I quite smoking over a year ago and i went to route 66 vapor for my first e cig, the employees were so helpful and informative about everything with the e cig that ive never tried any other shops. I go there all the time now and they already know what i need without me asking, best customer service and best vapor shop by far, i am and will continue to be loyal customer.

....Ive been to just about every ecig place in rr and abq. Ive purchased sooo many different things to try to find the best. It seems like every time id purchase ANOTHER atomizer it wont work, or it would burn out early, wouldnt make smoke, wouldnt get a drag, you name it, ive had the problem....The last place i went, i tried returning 2 bad atomizers (i hope thats how u spell it) and the guy gave me every excuse as to why it didnt work...never giving me what i wanted...only to sell me ANOTHER bad one. I finally went to rt 66 after hearing about it from a friend....I went in and the guy seemed very knowledgeable. I was going to buy a wick for me burned out thing...but he suggested i buy the entire atomizer because it was name brand and better than the one i had..( the name brand one was 5 cents cheaper than the bad one i had)...so i bought it and also bought some skittle juice. He explained to me that i had to prime the wick...i did as i was instructed and ....PERFECTION!!! Best one ever. Its working better than any one ive bought yet. Didnt get the guys name...but i want to thank him so much. My search has ended well! Thanks Rt 66...I will most definitely be back.
