Bad impression at first time coming to this place. Paid for VIP table of 4 to see Raulin Rodríguez perform, he came out to the stage around 12:45. Paid 428 taxes included. It said it was next to the stage. They had this place divided by a metal fence from where the regular people was. I attended with my sister whos shorter than me. And the people on the common area, used the fence to lean on, and wont let us see to the stage if we were sitting. We ask the waitress about that, and she said that when the artist comes out to perform, the security would remove the people from the there, so vip had full view to the stage, cuz its not even next to the stage, as they said in the ticket. About food, I cant say anything because didnt order anything. But I hear isnt that good, and the prices on alcohol are super high.So I would say, DONT COME . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I went to see Raulin rodriguez last night. The tickets were $55 plus tax $62. The club was open from 9pm-2am. Raulin shows up at 1245pm.Raulin is awesome ofcourse and sang straight through with no breaks BUT good luck ordering a drink. The bartenders are slow and overwhelmed and the ticket lady behind the main booth in the front is not at all friendly.I wasn’t able to order a drink the whole night. There were empty beer cans on the ground with spilled beer so be very careful.

If you come here to play the gambling machines they have in the corner you better make sure they have money or they’re gonna ask you to come back very unprofessional. Before I played the machine I asked the lady behind the bar. If I win do they have money to pay she said yes I went to play. I won $600 but when I came to collect the money, she said she couldn’t find it. She called her boss who told her that she took the money home with her and they asked me to come back the next day. After that, I asked her to call the other owner, and after sometime, she mysteriously showed up with the money from the kitchen very unprofessional I will never spend my money at this place again.

Disappointed. DJ , if you can call him DJ, dont know how to mix music, and the sound is terrible. Really bad experience.

What a disappointment!!! 1st time here ever!! $360.00 just to get a table for 4! To see Alexis and Fido!!Alexis and Fido showed up around 2am and for 1 hour!!! Thats why we came by the way !!After we decide to head out around 3am we get a tab for close to $400 plus a $100 tip for a total of exactly 24 beers plus 4 long Islands!!!So you guys be the judge!!! What a ghetto place to come to! Basically spent $1,000 for a party of 4, 24 beers plus 4 long islands and our waitress basically came to check in on us maybe 4-5 times.That was our experience for the night and for this place!!Never coming back!!!

I came all the way from Maryland to see El Alfa at this club. It was an okay time at first. I’m 5’2 and 120 pounds, there was a security guard about 6’0 who literally knocked me on the ground. He didn’t even acknowledge what he did. I understand it’s their job to make sure things are okay, but I wasn’t the only person he did this to.

Had tickets to the Ivy Queen Show last weekend. Concert was supposed to start at 9pm. We asked a waitress and a security guy and both said they didn’t expect Ivy Queen to perform until 1:30-2 or later depending on when the place got full. My girlfriend and I left at 12am after listening to an awful DJ who wasn’t playing any consistent music nor music to lead up to a Reggaeton/Puerto Rican/Ivy Queen concert. There was one small bar, 3 bar tenders and $6 cans of beer. Mixed drinks were available but we didn’t order any. The crowd was pretty calm but not what was expected. There was security inside and outside wearing bulletproof proof vests, so take that for what it’s worth. We will never be attending an event here or their sister location Cafe Rio in Sterling. Stay away unless you’re ok paying high prices for a ticket, small drinks and waiting hours and hours for the artist to get in stage. Oh, and the stage is small and high, very weird setup.

Never going back to this place $45 for a hookah is a ripoff honestly I rather to dc which is only $15 and they make it so much better there is crazy

This Is a shity place. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PAY V.I.P. Because there is no V.I.P at all. You even can get for free. cause there is no one there to check the tickets. second you dont have a site reserve for you as a V.I.P. They charge you $39.99 for nothing. Its not even a club. I didt feel safe so I left Immediately. Shity building and hot also not clean. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE BEEN IN MY LIFE.

Clearly isnt trying to follow any kind of Covid safety guidelines with how packed the place gets. A simple sign on the door mentioning mask means nothing when its standing room only.

If there was a zero star option I would give it that one! The place smells horrible, there is no phone signal! They are Scammers, they say a group is coming and its a lie, then they dont want to return the money and they have a very despotic attitude! The owner José, when you make the complaint, says that he will resolve it and then he just stops answering the calls. Thats false.

The worst experience I had yesterday, September 16, 2023, at the presentation of the chief, we paid VIP and only to be cornered like cattle and smelling gases from the other people in the public who went to lean on the fence that supposedly protected the VIPs and They didnt let us see anything and that made the floor super wet, dirty, because of the buckets of beer that they had all over the place and I could also see that the waitresses were passing through the bathrooms with plates of food for some of the VIP people, the truth is. I do not recommend that place, we have had very good experiences in other places with the singers and not to mention the VIP, we have enjoyed being in front of the stage observing the singer very well and he even came down to greet the VIPs table by table, In this case it was the opposite, the chief did not even realize that there were VIPs and also the DJ was useless, he played old songs and repeated some songs three times and that cannot happen when there is plenty of music to choose from for the visitors to dance and enjoy. and also the time that the chief arrived, the truth is that I never imagined that he would show up at dawn, the truth is that that place is useless, oh maybe its just for those people who dont even dance and they dont care that they get into any hovel Im sorry but thats my opinion.

Terrible place, horrible attention especially at events like yesterdays which was rakin and ken-y 11/19/22.An exampleThe people who paid VIP at least deserved to have their own bar because getting out from where we were located to go and return to the bar was very complicated.Apart from the very bad sound system.

Its 12:30am and there are no more drinks and the worst of all is that you have to pay $30 at the entrance and according to them they dont sell any more drinks because the bar has already closed 😡😡😡Dont come and waste your time or money, look for another place

Dont even think about going to that place, its rubbish, bad organization, they put people in until you cant even walk anymore and only uneducated people arrive fighting for a fucking place and the children of their PTM dont even know how to dance.

It is the most unpleasant experience I have had in this country, having gone to this place, I honestly do not recommend it to anyone.The coordination they manage for events is too bad compared to the high costs they charge for entry to an event.

I dont know why this club doesnt charge a flat fee per entry. Men always pay $5.00 more. Ladies, explain why.
