Alexandria Tobacco Shop Plus

I stumbled across this shop the other day. Wow the customer service was amazing. Also the prices are the best in town! I will be going here from now on! I would highly recommended anyone in the area to come here!

I’m a regular there and refuse to shop at other stores because of how great the staff members, selections, and prices are here. I’m always indecisive and they’ve never rushed me, and offer suggestions when I ask (I’m always given something tasty). They also have really awesome sample stations with little vape nozzle covers for protection that have come in handy when my indecisiveness kicks in. Become a member too to get five dollars off nearly every time you shop! I’ve probably saved like forty bucks by now just after a few purchases

A little disappointed that you can’t shop online or purchase a gift card over the phone. I called trying to purchase a gift for my dad spending my money in their local community and the gentleman who answered the phone was not very helpful. He said we do not take orders or credit cards over the phone because that’s an invasion of privacy, they do not store customer purchases because that too he said was an invasion of privacy. I you live out of state and have family that likes to smoke a cigar while out of the boat or their dock - find another place or buy local to you and mail because this place does not want your business unless you walk in the door.

Nice sized walk-in humidor with a decent selection of premium cigars. Could use some more EP Carrillo selection, but otherwise, good. Nice selection of Olivia.

Rude employees should get new ones. And few selections on glass pieces I have way more for way better prices at the other store.

We were extremely satisfied with this tobacco store. Other tobacco stores in the area didnt carry our flavor of tobacco we use and all of the selections were behind the counter, so it made it difficult to search. Everything in this tobacco store is out in the open and they also carry the flavor tobacco were use to using. This is where well come from now on. Oh! They are cheaper too.
