I have to give my broz store mgr Jimmy a huge thanks for suggesting i try the cbd muscle pain cream!! Yesterday I decided it must work for real. I was still a lil cautious as to if i liked r not, cause theres nothing like some good biofreeze 🤗. But something overcame me and I was like the crick in my neck is basically gone!! Made we wanna get some extra to hand out to friends and family for all there pains 😇🤩

Dropped $140 there and look at my reciept, what the hell is a $5.53 customer service charge and when did I agree to that?My response to the credit card fee: Then you need to get a new credit card provider, or whoever runs that, or incorporate that into your prices. No one even mentioned it, post it up at the register.

I always have a pleasant experience at this store. If you are as confused as I was on CBD, delta 8, and all the different strains, and what you actually want or need. I travel to the area a lot and this is a great place to grab cigars. Good cigar shops are few and far between, but this one is nice. They keep a decent collection and customer service has been great each of my 6+ visits.

Definitely the best place in CenLa (probably the best place in the state). Ive been coming here for about a year and Im still impressed every time I go in. I started bringing my friends here after my first visit and **NONE OF US HAVE EVER HAD THE SLIGHTEST COMPLAINT** The owner and his employees are obviously well educated, surprisingly knowledgeable on all products, and never fail to provide outstanding service. Also, the cleanliness of this shop surpasses basic training standards. And last but not least, they have the highest quality products, best selection, and the cheapest prices.

I normally only encounter the owner but day before yesterday the young man working was disrespectful and said numerous bad words after my friend accidentally caused a shot glass to fall. It was 4 dollars not an issue but he didnt communicate he wanted me or her to pay at first. Once we checked out he was ugly about how he approached the situation and even after I had paid he continues to curse. I wont ever be back and my friend was the one that told me to go cause the owner is so kind. I wouldnt even want anyone to assist me in running my store with that attitude.

Impeccable, professional, modern and LOCALLY owned/operated. In this small town there are a few smoke/vape shops that are not in the best place in town and/or are operated by questionable individuals that make one question if their products are legitimate or even safe.BROZ is none of those. The owner is often in the store and remembers my face every time I stop by. The store is bright and built with great taste. Not to mention the numerous choices available in devices, brands, juices and lots more. If they dont have it in stock, without hesitation they will order it just for you. My family supports local businesses and BROZ is in the top 3 that we recommend often.

Usually I receive great customer service but today when I went (which was just a few mins ago) there was 3 young people working and one of the young boy with blond hair mocked me which is something a toddler does newsflash. I didnt even ask for a name I just walked right out because that was bluntly disrespectful. Its so hard to find a reliable smoke shop and when you do, the young people who don’t know what respect is gets hired there. Ridiculous 👎🏼

Ive lived most of my 39 yrs in this area and this is by FAR the best Vape and Smoke Shop in the area. They have a humongous selection of products ranging from real quality cigars and pipe tobacco to all level and styles of vaping products. I see something new almost every time I visit. Theres no question where you need to go for vaping, hookahs, tobacco, and supplies in the Central Louisiana area. The true one stop shop.

Broz is legit the best smoke shop I’ve been to, ever. Moved here from Los Angeles and their selection is one that will intimidate the L.A. shops. More than that, their staff is incredibly personable, reliable, and genuinely good folks. Every time I walk in I feel like I’m stepping into a place I feel at home. They have great products, great flower, and great customer support. These guys are legit, hands down probably the absolute best in Louisiana. Don’t F around, go to Broz. Also, nobody paid me to say this, I just felt personally lead to give this recommendation. The CBD is legit btw, it doesn’t get you high, but don’t sleep on CBD, there is way more to life than the high 🙏.
