Manager is very knowledgeable and very kind. Gorgeous store with a lot of variety in vapes and kratom. I drive an out of my way just to come to this store!

Great customer service. The store is well kept and clean. The mistake I made was asking for cannabis pre-roll and it was terrible. It was over priced and there was absolutely no cannabis contents inside. I’m sure their vape products are great. I wouldn’t go for non vape products though.

Been coming here for months, first time I got a faulty product brought it back two days later with proof of purchase and what do I get offered...... 10% off a replacement. Its easy to be good to customers when its a simple transaction. Its the times that require integrity that really show the caliber of an establishment, and this one has none.

Nice and bright store with great customer service. A gentleman named Hamza helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was great to talk to. He even showed me some other cool things the store had to offer, will definitely be coming back!

Great selection and kind associates, poor management and policies.After a handful of visits I got a faulty vape, and was only offered a 5% discount rather than a replacement. $1.50 off a $30 vape is disappointing to say the least. I had proof of purchase showing I got the vape the prior day and the juice level indicator showed it was unused. So many great stores with better policies very close by, no need to take the risk going here.--Pretty poor business practice when this isnt a particularly uncommon experience with disposables. If Im buying a few vapes Im not opening and testing all of them before I leave, thats crazy.I will say the managers replies to the negative reviews are understanding, but I shouldnt have to leave a review and come in for a 3rd time to have this potentially fixed. They really need to reconsider their policies. Not the first review of this nature and surely wont be the last. Sad experience for an otherwise great looking shop.

Bought 4 different cbd products from different vendors carried at this store location. The vape “juice” seems very “loose” or quick moving, which typically means a poor quality medium. I attempted to look passed this, however the products sadly also do not work. I understand that there probably isn’t a return policy for something I’ve personally slurped on, but I still have all the carts, and they will continue to go unused. Basically damaging my lungs for no reason. Best of luck and if this place does it for you personally, then great, as far as myself, I’ll have to keep looking elsewhere

Moved to DC in the fall and went to so many vape shops before they opened and haven’t gone back to any since! Great products and customer service the store is newly renovated and always clean.

This tobacco shop has everything from traditional cigarettes to modern vaping mods. They have a great selection of hookahs as well. Definitely worth checking out if youre in the area.
