Im absolutely blown away by Allen smoke and vape shop. As a regular visitor to smoke shops, I can confidently say that this place stands out from the rest. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.Ive never been disappointed with a purchase or interaction here, and I always leave feeling like Ive found a hidden gem. Whether youre a seasoned smoker or just starting out, is a must-visit destination. Trust me, you wont regret it.

Looks good and the people are nice. It’s a rip off tho. Got the same cbd vape somewhere else for almost half the price. I was charged $65. my own store in Frisco, same Brand and size $38.It’s sad cause this place is much closer

Just happened to stumble upon this place and I LOVE it. Everyone is so nice and helpful and they have a TON of options and good flavors. Some flavors I hadn’t even see before! The prices are great and will definitely be making this my go-to store from now on.

This has always been my go to store. They have unbeatable prices and the best customer service. I recently moved apartments so I no longer live nearby, but this store is worth driving a little further! I’ve tried a few different stores in my area but nothing compares to the products, prices and service you get here. The workers know exactly what they’re talking about and will cater to your needs vs trying to upsell you on something you don’t want. 10/10 recommend!!! You won’t be disappointed!

Very disappointed! I’ve been going here for the last year and every time that I buy something they tell me just bring it back if anything goes wrong and we will replace it. So for the first time something actually did go wrong! The battery that I bought only a couple of weeks ago started flashing when using it! I tried all kinds of ways to get it working with no luck. When I took it in the guy in there said it’s in backwards and I said yes it is right now but that’s that’s not it, it will onlork one way once you put the Cartridge in It’s definitely not that! But it’s like he was trying to prove me wrong and that I was lying to him! So don’t believe their supposed guarantee because they won’t honor it! I Went to the store on Allen Heights and exchange ( Allen Vape), and they are way nicer and more professional! Good job losing a customer!

Stopped in here on a time crunch and came back after my errands because of how nice it was. Tons of products, pretty good pricing, an the guy behind the counter actually knew what he was selling

Aruna at the vape store on Stacy is the best. She introduced me to some new vape flavors.

Walked into the store and not a sole was there. No employees. I called out hello several times. The employee walked into the store about 90 seconds later and asked if I called out for him. I did numerous times. He said, “don’t ever do that again. I was out having a smoke in my car.” I purchased what I needed and he immediately again leftAnd went next door to the Chinese restaurant. Mind you the door was unlocked and unattended. Will not be back due to the rude way he spoke to me and the lack of care to man the store. If I were the owner he would be terminated immediately.

Don’t know if I’m spelling this right but I was at this shop earlier today and was helped by an amazing woman named Aux. She had an amazing personality and knowledge about products. This is my new place to go to hands down. Excited for the future of the shop and will be recommending it to potential customers I meet along the journey!

I’ve been going to this Vape shop for the last three months at least. I show up tonight at 9:55 and the door is locked I asked the guy who is a white gentleman with long hair and glasses if he could help me he holds up a receipt saying he already totaled the register. Why post your hours open till 10pm they close early?
