Came in at 9:01, because they’re the only store open this early, and I kindly asked the employee who was walking in if he wouldn’t mind if I was the first customer of the day because I was in a hurry. He promptly replied “we are open when the open sign is on.” Rude right? Don’t waste your money here when there are much more customer focused and reasonably priced options. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend anyone reading this does too.

Been going here for years but customer service has declined dramatically. I purchased a vape that I was promised would be supported through constant supply of pods. However its been a month since they had any and when I asked the gentleman working there when they will get more he said “I don’t know man it is what it is” in the rudest way possible. I was promised the caliburn vape would be supported constantly and thats why I purchased it. After 5 years of business, this is how they treat their “loyal customers.” Through terrible customer service. Y’all cant blame it on lack of supply because I went to another vape shop and they had it.

Don’t go here unless you want to gamble your money on a vape that works properly, 75% of the time it’s broken and from what one of the staff members told me is that majority of their vapes do not work properly. One day it’s “oh these 2 brands are great” and then the next time you go it’s the opposite of great. They just love to lie. Also if you’re looking to buy a mod you are a 100% better off getting one online. The markup at this store is pretty close to 100% and that’s just going off of what websites sell mods for if you buy one. $20 mod online would be $40 at the store and that’s just being generous, prices are a lot worse.

Blake is extremely knowledgeable about all products in store, and has yet to show me something I DIDNT like. Prices are fair compared to other shops in town, and the atmosphere is always cool and relaxing 🙌🏻 If you stay in the area I definitely recommend this location.

One of my favorite shops to go to, Im there like 3-4 times a week, employees are super cool and helpful and the manager is always willing to work with customers. The only time i ever had an issue with a product (disposable died while half full still) they gave me another one for free AND $10 off a different brand. I have loved this shop for years and continue to ge satisfied weekly!

This is the best shop I’ve ever been to, hands down. The products are great and reliable. I’ve never had any trouble with the staff, they are very willing to answer any questions I have and have never made me feel like an inconvenience, which has been a big issue with some other shops I’ve been to. I see a lot of people post reviews saying they carry fake products which is not true, if anything has ever seemed off to me, I can always get it authenticated either online or in the shop with no trouble. Another thing I’ve consistently seen is that people get upset for not getting refunded. There is a sign at the counter that says no refunds or exchanges, which is a completely respectable policy. I know I wouldn’t want to use a vape product that a stranger has used. It’s sad to see people trying to mess with their business because they don’t like a policy that they knew of before purchasing a product. Overall this shop is wonderful and I’ve never had problems with them. I highly recommend trying them out and if you had a bad experience I really think you should try them again.

Horrible customer service, bought a vape pen only to get home open it and the pen tasted like it was burnt, didn’t get a receipt and was told if I didn’t open it and try it there and then there is nothing they can do about it!? used this place weekly but definitely won’t be returning here

New in town and this is definitely my new favorite smoke and vape shop the prices are ridiculously good compared to places in like Plano and Frisco and the guys that work there are always really informed and super chill I havent had as good an experience in this kind of shop since I was in Denton (and I am a total Dentonite so Im biased 😜).

As a self-employed business owner, I can truly say customer service here is abysmal! I purchased a Pod Twist vape pen late last night, opened it this morning and after 2-3 puffs it died. I called the store and the clerk basically told me he is only an employee and can tell me that the return policy is posted and there is nothing he can do about a faulty battery. Simply put, he all but called me a liar by saying that it has been 12 hours since my purchase and I could have gone clubbing and passed the vape around to multiple people until it died. During a pandemic? Really?!? Truly Absurd! In my line of work our customer is key! Repeat business, word of mouth ‘marketing’ is gold. If this is how new customers are treated here, I would hate to see where this shop ends up in 5 years. I definitely will not be back!

I bought two disposable for price of $30 and burned within first hour never come back to this place and staff was really rude about return it won’t give me new one I bought on 05-04-2023

Excellent on sales, terrible on basic knowledge of vaping. Advising people a higher temperature than they should.candies and fruits about 30 Watts, and things like coffee, and chocolate would use a higher temperature it brings out more the taste. I went in and bought a vape and when it was time to get another atomizer they did not carry them as in keeping stop. Its also my personal belief that particular brand that they carry it designed to make you spend more money by complicating with extra parts and or poor design. Besides that the staff is very Pleasanton nice

Went in the first time during the day and the staff i talked to was extremely knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. The second time i went in the evening, there was only a younger gentleman working at the time and he was completely in the weeds. Im not sure he even knew what vaping was at all. I guided him and still ended up with what i came for. This is still one of the best shops in Allen imo and still worthy of 5 stars. Just be prepared depending on whos working that day, you may have to do a little legwork yourself.

Relatively new vaping noob here. I was thoroughly impressed with this establishment. The guy at the counter was very knowledgeable and was courteous when answering all of my newbie question on a wide range of items. He seemed to actually care about what he was doing, which I admire greatly. Very clean set up and furnished well. They definitely put a lot of time and effort into the fung shui of their layout. Only downside is they didn’t have the replaceable pods for my Aspire, but it is a brand new vape, so it’s understandable. Bought the Shijin Phoenix ( Guava Lychee) and I have most assuredly found my new flavor for a while. Even though it’s out of my way by fifteen minutes, I will be a return customer in the very near future. Lit Smoke and Vape exceeded expectations. Pat yourselves on the back a few times.

Wish I could put 0 stars. Found a torch for $60 here & went to another vape shop that had the SAME torch for $20 cheaper, it wasn’t on sell either. Do not shop here, they don’t know what they’re selling nor do they do their research. Everything is super taxed as well, this business has really gone down hill.

So far I’m very happy with this shop yes there are many in Allen but you have to choose wisely if you want to go to one vape shop that sells fake stuff or the other shop down the street ran by a bunch of kidsThe owners that run this place are very kind and everything I buy is authentic they have a wide range of juices to choose from and they never have a problem reaching out a product for me to check out if I want to buy itI enjoy coming here I only wish they had a little better rewards program but other than that it’s a very good shop in the Allen area

Sell several fake products including juices, mods, pods, etc. Even have verification stickers on the boxes that have fake codes when you scratch them off. Friend of mine bought some pods here and I took them back and told the staff that they were counterfeit and they continuously told me that it is impossible because they get it directly from the manufacturer. I asked for a refund (vaping out of counterfeit pods can be very dangerous) and they told me that they cant do that, and only the boss can. I asked if I could speak with the boss, and the guy said that hes off. I asked if he could call him, he was very quick to mention that the boss phone is off right now, without checking anything. I asked when I could see the boss, he said that we wasnt coming in until Friday. I asked what time hell be in, he said, briefly.Staff is also incredibly incompetent. My friend asked about the nic content of a juice that I have and the guy gave her a wrong answer, I had to show her on my bottle the correct content. My first time buying a vape, I went in there asking about 0 nic juice in pods and he started telling me about the nicotine salts that you can put in a tank.Unhelpful staff, counterfeit products, not to mention the terrible environment. DO NOT GO HERE.
