My review has two main points I would like to make💜As far as the quality of the actual massage at this Establishment, I would give it a 10 out of 10 stars they give an awesome massage.The people are very friendly at the front desk when you in and great communicationThey give a deep tissue sports style massage which I love.The people are extremely helpful and friendly.The only negative thing about this place is that every time I have ever gone, there is a younger guy wandering about playing video games on his phone with the volume turned up as loud as possibleI don’t know who this guy is. I’m assuming his parents own it or maybe he works there part time? He looks young maybe 20-ish.The volume on his phone is so loud it’s very, very difficult to relax and enjoy the massageI have tried saying something twice in the past, but the person giving me the massage did not understandI’m sorry, I don’t speak ChineseI wish I didWhoever this younger guy is that is constantly playing loud video games on his phone. I would like to say to the owner that this is not professional.If this younger guy is not working, he should not be there in the massage area while other people are trying to relax in peace and quiet and enjoy their massage.If this younger gentleman actually works there, I don’t know what his job duty would be. The owner needs to take his phone away and give it back to him at the end of the day and tell him he is not allowed to play video games on company time and he needs to turn his volume down all the way ringer down because nobody wants to listen to this. It was extremely annoying and alarming.When I had my face in the cradle and was just getting into a awesome massage, it was quite jolting to hear this guy’s phone explode with weird video game soundsIf the owner reads this, I’m sure you know who the guy is. Can you please speak with him. Until things change I would not be interested in coming back.Again, overall, this establishment gives a great massage.Thank you💜

I had a migraine that would not go away. I went to the doctors(they got it down to a dull ache for me) and i was tired of taking tylenol/advil. So, i read a massage helps. Their services have changed(from the one posted in the reviews) but i asked them if they still offered the headache one and they said they could do that. I did get the combination massage and they also did my feet. I know a lady said she didnt like it happening at the same time but i kind of preferred it as i have ticklish feet and helped me not jerk my feet on them lol. BUT my migraine/headache was gone. I highly recommend them and will be going back for more services. Also, they prefer cash as the stupid credit card companies jacked up their prices. So, bring cash!

My husband and I went in for massages—30 minutes for back and 30 minutes for feet. My massage started off fine, but then another therapist came and did my feet the same time as the other was massaging my back. It was hard to focus on either massage. After 30 minutes, my massage was finished. Meanwhile, my husband’s back massage stopped and his foot massage started, and I had to wait 30 minutes for him. Weird! I feel a bit cheated that I didn’t get an hour to relax and then had to wait. I won’t go back because of this.

If you’re at the Fox River Mall, I highly recommend getting a massage from here! The prices are affordable, the staff is incredibly friendly and provided excellent service!
