Was a customer here for two years. For the first time I had a defective product (never attempted to return or receive a discount before) the disposable would go into fire mode when not actively using it a couple days after purchasing. I showed the employee what it did (Disposable Vape) I was told the best they could do is give me 10% off the next one. I had a receipt and box that the product came in - in hand. Just thought there would be a little more appreciation or compensation for someone that has been a loyal customer and a product going bad a few days after purchasing.

Great selection of juices and CBD products. Good prices. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They even provide a loyalty program discount.

Cool atmosphere, guy inside was chill and helpful. Wide selection, fair price. More thca/delta 8 products wouldve gotten the 5 star

I went in there today and had not the best service for the manager thought I was being a jerk and thru a attitude towards me it was the first time in many years of being a loyal customer for very disappointed and deciding on my own choice to not return even tho the manager banned me even tho theres no report or cops didnt show up just for telling him off for throwing a attitude at me

Nice store, lots of choices, employee could have been a little friendlier. Take the hood off his head, maybe give a little more than short, kinda cryptic answers and smile. Kinda felt like I was a bother instead of happy he had a customer. I was the only customer in there at the time 🤔🤔🤔

My first experience in the store was Excellent. they have a ton of selection for mods and that type of thing. Theyve also got supplies for whatever you need for your mods and vapes. No heavy sales pitch, no pressure, Lots of good stuff.

Always have what I need. The guys are great to chat with as well. Very helpful if you dont know what you want.

Every time I have went here they is always a really rude big guy who sits in the corner. I literally would be by the glass waiting for him to come over to unlock the case and give me what I need. He literally stares at you for the longest time then he will get up and move the slowest towards you.My boyfriend and I have went here multiple times and we get the same person. As soon as we see who is in… we walk out.We drive across town to get what we need because the one big guy here is rude and doesn’t care.

Just to let you people know. This vape shop does not stand behind their sales Twice they have ripped me off . The forst time they sold me the wrong coils. Wouldnt exchange them. Second time they sold me a vape kit without a battery. Again they wouldnt replace it. I would avoid this shop at all costs.

Probably one of the worst shops within the area, every-time I’ve ever went in including today staff was just agitated as if me being there was an issue, I’m not even from here originally, just moved here; and has been a common occurrence a 50ml bottle costed 20$+ today what?I can get a 100ml 20$ bottle of juice in Neenah or Appleton on top of discount opportunity please steer clear folks, better and more professional businesses to give your money! 9/22/22

Bought $80 worth of pods from Noah for the system I have used for a year. He was very kind and helpful. I got home and something was faulty with 4 of them. I went in today and the guy working was a condescending little punk. He wouldnt help me problem-solve or give me any ideas of what might have gone wrong with them. Simply said he wont be giving me a refund for them. When I asked him who the owner was he said the owner wasnt going to care and that he only comes in 4 or 5 minutes a week... I dont know if thats the case, but I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service and treatment. I took my burned pods to A to z vape just to see if they could give me some ideas even though I didnt purchase them there. The staff was extremely helpful and took my coils apart and walked me through different ideas as to why they might not work. They also gave me refund information, and I didnt even purchase them there. THAT is the kind of service I look for. I will not be going back to this store again, and its unfortunate because its close to home and they usually have the products I need in stock.

Went in again and had a great experience. Got the parts and advice I needed.Decent prices. Small selection of juice and equipment. Sample tanks do not give appreciable flavor, and some flavors arent available to sample. Some employees are knowledgeable and helpful.My juice has come in a sticky bottle a few times.Very few prices are listed on the inventory.

Always super helpful and willing to find flavors for me so I dont have to spend an hour looking through the huge variety of options. Really recommend this shop!

This store has ALWAYS treated me well and theyve stood behind EVERY product Ive ever bought from them. Ive been to other Vape-Shops and the level of service in this industry usually leaves something to be desired. I waited for over 15 minutes at one of their competitors without even being acknowledged while their staff played the who can blow the biggest cloud game with 5 people waiting to spend their money.

I love being able to have a back up place for my supplies and e-jucie. The only thing I dont like about the store is there are always about 6 to 9 people just sitting around on the furniture eating, chatting, talking on there phones while their feet are kick up on the furniture. When the store first opened it wasnt like that, now when you walk in it feels like your interrupting the people hanging out there. One of the reasons I found a different place to get my supplies at.

Worst customer service, you walk in there and its like one guy with all his 16-year old looking friends chilling on the side. You usually have to wait 5 minutes or more until they are done talking and decide to help you, they in fact seem more bothered that you are there. As if I was interrupting them. This used to be a place with kind people helping you choose the best mod for you, now its a hangout spot for these kids that dont care and it shows. They rush you and want you to leave as fast as possible. Ive been a long time customer there and dont plan on ever returning. 10/10 Worst experience I have had with a vape shop.

Every time Ive been here I always feel like Ive inconvenienced the staff by walking in. Ive just started going other places where I feel like my business is appreciated.

Kris was super helpful with suggestions, and listened to what we said we liked and gave us a few different options. The third juice hit the nail on the head! We will definitely be back, they have gained two new customers because of him!

Ive been to the shop a few times, its really not that bad, they do have a lot of juice. personally all the juice ive bought from this shop has never lived up to what i expected but thats all personal opinion. the only issues ive had is now twice when i buy replacement 18650s the batteries are clearly refurbished? they dont come in the boxes like you get when you buy them brand new, they last no where near as long as they should yet this shop sells them at full price. maybe ive had bad luck, i dont know, but Ive had friends that have had the exact same experience with the batteries. other than that, the service ive had has actually been very good, even the newer employees are open and honest about their experiences and are never afraid to get other staff involved if you had a question they cant answer. id like to give this shop a 5 but with the bad experiences Ive had with batteries, i just cant. its kind of like a test your luck when it comes to that. ill say though, ill still go back for replacement coils, and the occasional quick juice fix when online retailers are short of stock, but ill have to be in a hard spot if i ever buy batteries from this shop again.

Came in there looking for a new mod on Veterans day. Staff was not helpful and agitated that I was there. After a good few minutes of staring at mods that I knew nothing about and not being explained anything by the staff I decided to leave. Nobody wants to be talked down to by a proverbial gatekeeper of obscure knowledge and people generally accept help when they need it when it comes to purchasing something. Worst experience this U.S. Army Veteran has had on Veterans day ever. Will not be coming back.

I love this place .... just wish the prices were cheaper... but I understand Why the prices are this way. Its okay I am fine with it. The guy with the long blonde hair (i think????) is chill as h*ck bro~~~!!!!!!!!!! Love This Place.......... Better than Marleys!!!! I just REALLY WISH the lights were brighter.... too many LED neon lights... and while I love the neon look at night time.... its not the aesthetic I look for during the day. Maybe change the lighting situation at night vs. daytime..?? Love u guys ... I might be dr*nk right now.... but its okay.... love you

This is the only store I go to to purchase supplies and juice. Everyone is always so friendly. Espically the one guy thats always there, I think hes the owner? I can ask questions without feeling dumb for not knowing. They are discontinuing my favorite juice and gave me a deal for buying a ton. The rewards program is awesome too. Hands down best vape shop in Appleton. Keep up the good work!

People at this location are friendly, professional, and know their products. Ive been going to this location for a while, and they have never let me down. They have great selections of mods coils, and juices. Definitely a great place to go.

I had questions and concerns about getting a new vape the other night. The first time I went the guy was awesome but the guy this time definitely didnt care. Was on on his phone the whole time and didnt tell me anything and now I regret dropping 100 bucks here.

Great service and supply of vapes, I personally dont vape but when I took my wife there, she was helped and she was also able to find everything she wanted and more

Great service all the time staff is cool and always feel like Im welcome there. Also its a cool environment to chat and hangout after purchasing your new mods/juices etc. They(staff) always seem like there in a great mood will always go there my number one vape shop in the area hands down :)

I have yet to experience bad customer service from the staff. I live in Green bay on the far east side, regardless I would rather would rather drive 80 plus miles round trip and be satisfied versus walk a minute and have theworst experience of his mother outside the car! Lol

This store is uninviting and a little scary at the same time. It is so cloudy inside you can see it from the road before entering the store. On one visit all I could smell was second-hand vape and there was a guy (possibly owner?) walking around with a gun holstered on his side. Protecting your business is fine with me but does he really need to slap you in the face with his weapon? Bad selection of juice and shady people lingering in the store is enough to make me never want to return.

Ive been to e cig stores all over, and never have I been to one better than this one. Ive never had a problem with the staff, theyve always helped me to the fullest. Sure they may SOMETIMES be out of some products a lot, but thats purely because people buy stuff from this store all the time, because its hands down the best. Check it out.

Friendly. I never feel uncomfortable going here to pick up my sons vape juice. Staff is great at helping me find the correct coils and items for my son. I love that they know us by name now.

Was in Appleton working for a week. E cig had blown a coil, additionally I had dropped it and broke the tip.Went in the store with the intent of purchasing both, the AWESOME guy behind the counter gave me both, free of charge. He knew exactly what I had, and what I needed- he also outright refused to take my money. In this day and age, thats unheard of. If Im ever in Appleton again, I will definitely be giving this shop another visit, based purely on my customer service experience alone. Keep at it, guys! Thanks again!

I have been going to the e-cig store since it opened. Was one of their first customers. I still go there weekly for all my vaping needs. The only problem I have ever had at the e-cig store is availability of certain juices. I get that they are popular and do run out. Other than that, it has always been a positive experience. If they dont have something I want or need, they go out of there way to get it for me. If I need help learning something, they teach me. I have been to every other vape shop in the valley and have been less than impressed with all of them. I have been insulted to flat out ignored in other shops. E-cig store always treats me with courtesy and respect. I have read all the other reviews and the negative reviews I have read sound like complete BS to me. Sounds like their competitors are writing those reviews or something. They are so far outside any experience that I have ever had there that I find them hard to believe. The four stars are solely based on availability of product. Everything else is 5 stars all the way.

Dont get the wrong idea - I am not a typical disgruntled customer who had a bad experience. This place is really, extraordinarily sub-par, by any business standards.I am changing my review from two stars to one. Their e-liquid is overpriced and most tastes like garbage. The labels for the juice are printed in-store, which leads me to believe its all mixed in a back room somewhere. I wont touch the stuff. Also, every single item in the store is a generic brand ebay special, and they charge the same as (if not more than) other stores for a lower quality item. Ive been to the store three times, and every time the item I bought died within a day.Today I stopped in to buy an 18650 battery charger, since the other store in town was out of stock. The charger didnt work, right from the start. Took it apart, had to solder a broken wire - it was brand new, but mysteriously, not in a box (like everything else in the store).The two previous times I went to this store, I bought a light up cartomizer, thought it was cool looking, but the LED died within a day, and when the LED burned out, the carto wouldnt work. I also bought two replacement coils for Kanger tanks, they werent Kanger brand (they were about 1/4 inch shorter) and they werent in the blister pack - the sales person went in his personal stash and pulled them out of his coat pocket, then tried to sell them to me for $3 a piece. GROSS!THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. Drive across town and buy from a reputable store - its less than 5 minutes away, you know which one Im talking about. Shop here if you like, but Ill never be going back.

Have visited a few vapor stores in the valley, this store is by far one of the more personable and knowledgeable in the area. Antonio answered many of our questions and steered us into a different direction we had not thought about. 100% satisfied, and so will you.

I love that I can trust their products considering some of the gas station vape pens have proven to be fake or empty/faulty and the marathon gas station refuses to reimburse or exchange. E-Cig store stands by their products and wont give you a hard time if you bring something back that wasnt up to par!

Worst vape shop in the area, I had simple questions about VG/PG ratio in the juices and the employees started bickering with each other. They rip on other juice lines at other stores. I was ignored by an employee while I was trying to buy juice because he was talking to some personal friends. They also charge more for the same line of juice like Element E-juice by 2 or 3 dollars more than other local vape shops. The guy who conceal-carries the handgun in a satchel/handbag is also the worst to deal with as well. They also only sell 30ml bottles so if you just want to test out a flavor for a little cheaper that option is gone!

I wish I would have found this shop sooner. Excellent customer service, great prices, excellent selection, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. These guys are doing it right!

Was in the other day and got some coils and juice, was given the wrong coils and didn’t notice til I went to use them the following week so that was about $20 down the drain, otherwise pretty solid selection of juice and devices.

Nice selection of vape mods, and tons of juice to choose from. Staff was very helpful, friendly and patient. Only con was they do not carry the tank and coils that I use.

I came it right near closing time and bought a rda..Get back to my truck to try to build my first coil...find out the Allen wrench I need is missing..I will try to call in the morning to see if they will resolve this issue..as of right now I cant use the item I spent 25 bucks on..Im a truck driver..delivering to the local cheese plant..

Helped me get exactly what I needed when I visited but the place turned from a professional type store into a place where young adults just out of high school go to work. Then they invite friends to hang out with them at work and sometimes you dont know whos working and whos not.
