This place has grown so much with flavors and e-cigs but one thing that has never change is how great their service is. They always answer any question I have and are honest 100% percent of the time on what works and what dosent even when it involes the products on their shelfs.The Castle Long by Five Pawns is amazing. The new employees he has working there have no clue what their doing couldnt answer any of my questions kept saying I dont know I dont know then when I did buy something he sold me the wrong coils for the tank I just bought from him and when i come back and tell him he told me you opened them so no refunds I would not recommend this place good nature vape has better staff who actually know what theyre talking about and a wider selection for everything vape related

I bought two vapes that didnt work and they told me there was nothing they can do.

The owner and his fellow employees are great to talk to and ask questions. Theyre all very knowledgeable and friendly. Dont be afraid to ask obscure questions about hardware or e-liquid! The environment is comfortable and inviting with a large selection of goods as well as a couch to lounge on with a large TV and some arcade machines in the mix. Overall, theyre worth a visit.

Felt a bit apprehensive going in without knowing what I was looking for. Glad I asked for advice. I was given some great suggestions and information to purchase exactly what I wanted! The flavor suggestions were right on the money! Ill definitely be going back!

I was very disappointed in this vape shop the pictures I saw on online of the shop they had a few things I needed however when I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get some of those things only to find that the pictures are way outdated because they didnt have anything I was looking for but according to the pictures that they have posted they did .... the one guy was very friendly and was trying to help but bless his heart he didnt have a clue as to what I was talking about until I showed him after I went to my Truck and got mine . But the other guy was very rude and didnt even speak to my husband or myself he just sat behind the counter and play with his phone... Very disappointed with this store. This store needs to be cleaned and the website needs to be updated

Amazing shop. Ive been to just about every vape shop in the area and they have everything i could want or need. All my favorite brands and flavors, huge selection of mods, tanks and batteries. And if they dont have it more than likely will order it. When i first went there a year ago prices were pretty high but they have dropped significantly to the point of being the same or less than the rest. I dont bother going anywhere else!!!

Fox Valley has a lot going for it with its wide selection of juices and coils. Now here comes the bad part they never can keep anything in stock. Popular juice items seem to go in days. When you ask when its coming in they will tell you but expect it to be in 2 or 3 days after they say it should be there. Overall nice place to visit just dont bank on them to have what you need exactly when you need it.

I hate to give any place a low rating, but in this case I must. The kid working there was completely useless. More concerned about playing with his yoyo, which NEVER left his hand! I found better selection and service other places in town. Hope the owners fix the attitude of the kids working there....

I travel here regularly from Wausau as its one of the nearest stores to me that sells The Philosopher Stone juice. They have a good selection and the employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have no complaints of them so far.

Needed a new tip for my obscure emod and the gentleman helped me go though various replacements and finally landed on one that worked! He was so helpful in solving my problem, highly recommend Fox Valley Vapor!

Usually when I go in theres pretty good staff, but today the worker was telling my friend to f off and telling him to get out we are both 19. I am not very happy with this store. If the same guys working that was today id highly suggest not going terriable customer service.

I have found the Vape Shop to be the best in the Fox Valley. I have been to other Vape stores in the area and this one has by far the largest selection of flavors and products. Brad, the owner provides impeccable knowledge and customer service. I did initially find the appearance of the store to be lacking in costumer appeal but they just completed an entire overhaul on the interior looking very professional than any other store in the area. Other Vape stores that I have patronized are now closed. With the new look this one apparently is going to be here for some time and with their prices being lower than other Vape stores I can see as to why. I would strongly recommending checking this store out to see for yourself.

The young man they have working is very rude and has poor customer service skills hopefully they make change with his attitude i will take my business elsewhere.. This place is close to home also prices are way higher then others i will now travel farther.. Been a customer for over a year just had enough. I do not recommend this place!!

These guys know whats good. They all know every flavor in stock, and they dont just give you what you want, they say, if you like that, try this. Thats a knowledgeable sales team!!!

Best vape shop in town. The guys really know their stuff and help people get settled in with new mods. Also seem to always have new products and flavors to try! Only place I go!

Amazing place. Went in based off of some pictures on Google and when we got there we were blown away by how many options there were. Learned about a ton of new ones. They carry everything we needed and things we newly need. Definatly a must stop for any vaping needs!!

Usually a good selection with friendly knowledgeable employees. Most know me by name lol. But it seems half the time I go there , theyre out of something or other that I frequently purchase. Fix that & 5 stars easy. But overall, good place to get all your vaping needs. I recommend it to my fellow vapers :-) Live long & vape on.

Great place. My vape wasnt holding a charge and they exchanged it for a new one. Great customer service.

Refused me service after calling my friend cause they didnt have the flavor of ejuice he wanted and its his birthday. He told me i looked like a kid before leaving this trash of a business

Good local vape shop. Not a huge stock and the building isnt very attractive however. The prices are also a bit high compared to competitors.

It worked the pen did but the cart he sold me was burned u can taste it and see the burn stuff in the cart stay clear of this place and they didnt care
