I have been a customer of Artisan Vapor for two years now, and it wasnt until the last month or so that I was turned off from this place, simply because of one person. I do not know her name, but I have never seen her prior to the pandemic (COVID-19). All of the guys who had great customer service have left this location. Unfortunately, we are stuck with the dark haired new girl. I dont know if she is the new manager or not. She has terrible customer service skills and is rude in subtle ways.I also do not like the fact that I was placed on hold yesterday and hung up on after three minutes of waiting on the phone, all while sitting outside in the parking lot. When I called back, the new girl (dark haired brunette) told me I had two customers in front of me. What! I was on hold and someone hung up on me, now I have to wait???? Im sorry, but the days of excellent customer service are few and far between. Now some businesses act as if they are doing the customer a favor by serving them with excellence. I will be going to the Collins location from now on or finding another vapor store all together. Dark haired brunette girl (that has been at this location for a month or so) You have chased away a loyal, consistent customer.

I love this shop. great selection of juice (50-60 I think from just glancing at the display), all their lines are made in a lab up in Irving. Competitive pricing on juices, mods, RDAs, the whole nine. Callie, Ryan, Fred and Austin are all cool people, very knowledgeable, and I havent seen a customer walk in without being greeted, even if theres already 4 people being helped with one guy on duty. This is by far my favorite shop in Arlington in every way.

The people are very friendly when you go in, then I had an issue with mines burnt me several times on my lip tried several things just wanted a refund at that point. Would of loved it if I was not getting burnt well they don’t stand behind there product, satisfaction from a customer means nothing. I know several people that there juice pores right out I paid to get burnt and loose money on not only my vape but the juice as well.

My gf and I stopped by to check the place out. There was an employee there that didnt even acknowledge our presence. There was only 1 other person in the store when we walked in. The employee didnt greet us or ask if we needed any help. We sat down at the main bar to try out some flavors and werent particularly impressed by any of them. We were there for about 5-10 minutes before we decided to leave. Upon leaving the employee didnt say thank you or good-bye. He completely ignored us. The customer service is TERRIBLE.

Solid place to go for hardware and supplies. I am personally not a fan of their juice offerings but that is 100% on me and does not reflect on the brand. I do enjoy their reds tobacco, great stuff. Only 1 reasons this is not a 5 star. Getting a product can be a real challenge whether its wire or the newest tank out unless you happen to stop in on truck day. Other than that its a great place for builders. Unlike your typical B&M they dont just focus on subtanks. The people behind the counter know their stuff and you have a really good chance of getting the latest products here instead of waiting up to a week for an online shop. Instant Gratification, love it!

I am really shocked that this E-Cig store has such a high rating. My last visit was about one month ago, but maybe some things have changed. My view of the rating of this store is quite different than many ratings on here.This company seems to have a large presence on the web and looks like they have plenty of capital behind them. They have a strong presence of stores in the DFW area but also have a store in Maryland. Big company...I found the store to be clean to the point of having a sterile look. The display of products seems to be limited. It is hard to see what they have available as their display system seems to have everything under and behind the counter out of sight.The customer service (1 person) was not good for me. I stopped in to browse and possibly by a new battery. I walked in around 4 pm and there were 0 customers in the store. The customer service person gave me that You have ruined my day look when I walked in the door. I swear I took a bath and I promise I do not look like a monster or robber. I did get her to show me a battery, but felt that the pricing was not competitive. Needless to say, I departed soon thereafter.Have no idea about the e-fluid as I have not tried any. Would not surprise me that they do not mix their fluid on site. If they do, I would guess it to be a minimal amount.I can assure you that most of my reviews are positive and it takes a very bad experience for me to give a negative review.Some great vape shops have popped up in Arlington and this one is last on the list for me.

Do not buy from here. I got about $100 worth of products a little over a month ago thinking it would be a little higher quality since it was more expensive 40 days later my Motto is firing on its own, burnt my hand when I touched it. Had I not been in my room it would have probably set something on fire. Apparently the battery was messed up, So I go to return it and after 30 days theres no replacement or refund. Then they want me to spend more money there lol. All in all it was a bad experience with them.

Ran to get a coil in an emergency. Checked seven other shops and nothing. Daniel D. Helped and he was awesome. Found out information on the mod that no one else knew. He was a life saver. Well be back.

While the service in itself was great not satisfied with the product... I was set up with a cbd and Vg mix, those products are fine. The issue is with the tank that I was sold. Ive had experience with my previous tank leaking and asked specifically if i could bring it back if it leaked and was told they dont do returns on something like that but was assured it wouldnt leak. Well not even 2 hours into the vape setup just sitting on my counter i come back to grab it and the juice was all over the place. So now im stuck with a brand new tank that doesnt hold the juice. It was a waste of $25.

Only been to this location twice as I live closer to the one in Fort Worth, but neither time did they disappoint in customer service or being knowledgeable in the products they sell. Im having some problems with the Smok T12 coils leaking and the gentleman behind the counter was able to give me some great tips to stop the leaking which so far seem to be working. Their juices are above and beyond the majority of juices out there. All in all, AVC is a great place to just hang out and vape or get top notch products and service. Will definitely be coming back here again! Thanks!

The team here is great. Greg is always on his game. He is very knowledgeable of there products and super friendly. He is even super knowledgeable about vape products that they dont sell and always will to help with anything. The 3rd time I visited this location Greg greeted me by name and even remembered my wife and I juice flavors. I have delt with several of there other team members at this location and they all have been super friendly. I pass up 4 vape stores, that I have visited in the past, on my way to this location because of the service and quality of their products. I have and will continue to recommend this place to anyone who vapes or is looking to switch from cigarettes to vaping.

This place is a rip off prices are twice as high as online. Sold me a pen that doesnt go high enough for my cartridge and will not refund me. Used this pen twice and got nothing. Offered me a discount for a stronger pen and they are still charging $15 more than online for the same one!

Definitely a place you should avoid unless you want to be ripped off. First off, all their products, including juices are off price. They will tell you it is “premium” or “house juice”, but if you think about it, they were premade in a bottle and some are just down right disgusting tasting. Most the tanks they sold leaks out juice and a mess to clean up and everything. Second of all, they know how to trick your mind. Yes, their atmosphere is upscale hipster like, like buying MacBook at Apple (but they don’t have a return policy- no return). I suggest jaded vapor down the street if you want great deal on juice ($24.99 for 60ml), they actually make their juices unlike Artisan where their juices were premade and in bottles. I paid $200 to learn this lesson.

Elite-tier juices. Their Cloud Line is perfect for my RDA. Best flavors for you drippers: Bliss, and Paradise Island.Staff is helpful. Just get in there and ask away.Online ordering ships from Irving and is quick. The shop itself is clean, the prices are competitive, but the juice line and the staff are standouts.Ive been to at least 5 other vape shops and Artisan blows the others out of the water by far.

Artisan has the best selection of premium juices out there. Im not too familiar with the staff at this location but the few times Ive gone in have been great.
