I will say though, the store has a nice atmosphere; which is the only reason I left 2 stars instead of 1.
Best experience Ive had hands down at a vape shop. Fred really spent some 1-on-1 time with me and gave some great recommendations. I probably vaped around 20 different flavors and was able to really hone in on my specific tastes. If youre in the area or even passing by, you wont be disappointed. The pricing is very competitive and honestly beats out a lot of online shops. Do yourself a favor and dont settle for online reviews, just go here and youll get the real experience youve been wanting. Customer for life over here. 10 stars if I could!Also while I was there, I witnessed a very professional interaction with a dissatisfied customer over the phone. It sounded like they missed something (as humans do) and they were willing to rectify the situation. Beware of defected productsI purchased a eGo-C Twist from this store last week and the silver top where the button is came lose and came out of the base. I went back to the same store for a exchange and they would not exchange it, only sold me a new one for 1/2 of the cost.I won’t be shopping there againAnd I’ve gotten in contact with the manufactur

Went in as a group with a few buddies to buy myself a device and a few packs of coils. while one of my buddies being under the age of 21 was with me however has NO relevance to me purchasing the vape.YET Phillip the guy working declined the sale for having an underage, however this only happened right before the sale, we had browsed the device and coils for 5/10 minutes then Phillip requests all of our ID’s. FIRSTLY the other’s ID’s we’re not needed to be shown because only one was making a purchase everyone in the group except for one person was over the age of 21. The vape i needed “lost vape” “orion mini” is not found in any of the vape stores in 5-10 miles radius and was only in Artisan. Phillip’s excuse was because we walked in as a group, coming back later after some time alone he still declined sale after walking into the shop alone. Terrible customer service, very contradicting to his reasoning. really gave me a hard time especially needing this vape and having a flight to catch in a couple of hours with this shop locally being the only one having what i needed.Philip was the one working by the way.

I had one of the worst experience buying a product from this store.. purchase a vape to find out it started leaking the next day.. they gave me excuses as to why its leaking, one of the reason was because of the coil so I got a new coil still leaks, got a glass replacement still leaks.. took it back to find out a worker made a incorrect purchase and order the vape they sold me.. So I was told because it wasnt in their inventory Im suppose to sell it to someone else and buy a new one.. How Im suppose to sell something that doesnt work?? No discount on a next purchase Nothing.. I guess thats how the system works. SAD! AND IM PISSED OFF! Cause I didnt even get my moneys worth and theres nothing they can do FOR THEIR EMPLOYEE TO MAKE A INCORRECT ORDER! AND SELL ME A PRODUCT THAT LEAKS ALL THE TIME!

This location and a few others have this guy that they some how promoted to District manager, his name in perticular is Fred and anyone who has tried to communicate with him will understand where Im coming from. He acts as if he is constantly on opiates from his slow reactions to his mood swings when you discuss that you are upset, he tends to get into peoples face and try to manipulate why they came in only to look to resolve their issues, he seems to want to push customers out the door with the next broken product. On countless times I have heard him tell employees to sell the broken product if it was returned, thats good business ethics right?Three. This location as far as just going to is a headache in itself.Four.
