Why vape inside? please dont work and vape inside and dont allow your customers to vape inside. I am shopping I dont want secondhand nicotine and whatever else is in it. sadly will be going to elsewhere.

THEY STEAL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WHEN YOU SWIPE/TAP YOUR CARD/PHONE HERE, I made a purchase and miraculously another card I never even use or used here got charged by this place the SAME day and then more charges start popping up of them buying food and gas etc. I got my money back but y’all be safe they steal from their own customers. This is pathetic.

Would never go back thought i was tripping but now i see other people saying it they are definitely stealing card information when you go in there check your accounts they have a extra reader pulling people information. They charged another card that was in my wallet literally a couple hours after i left. Would never go here if you dont want your card numbers stolen. THIEVES

I bought a new cookies techno x torch there three days ago. It no longer works and leaks butane out the vents . There’s not a sign of use on this lighter And they wouldn’t honor taking it back and replacing it with a new one I simply said they would give me a whopping 10% discount on telling me a faulty lighter at they’re terrible store! Buyer Buwere!

Been a regular at this place for over a year then I began having major issues in the past few weeks with their disposable products and they couldn’t meet me half way with pricing or next day replacements due to product malfunctions. I had very good interactions with this shop, I just don’t know why the product quality began to decline due to nothing of my own doing to the product and nothing to be done in return. Excellent customer service besides product difficulties!

They sell everything higher than everywhereSpecially cigarettes which I paid more than $2. for each packs and after 5 minutes when I checked the price in Walmart next to them they didn’t accept to return or even exchange and I lost more than $20. as I bought 10 packs of MarlboroAnd very bad customer serviceI suggest you not to go there because they call you brother but behave you like fool

Me and my husband and our son went to AT&T Stadium Sunday night 8/20/23 for the Metallica concert our car got towed. Our phones were dead we walked into the smoke shop. And and kaleb and yusef were working we went in there and asked them if their were someplace that I could plug in my phone. One of the guys between the two immediately said what kind of phone do you have and I can charge your phone back here not only that, but they helped us look up Uber’s, they gave us water. These guys were amazing really helped us out. We greatly appreciate y’all kaleb and yusef thank y’all sooo much!!

So first of all I worked with the owner of this business and he’s a good guy, good work ethic. Secondly every time I walk in this shop, it’s always super clean and there’s always someone ready to greet and help me out. And lastly it’s obvious this shop is doing well and has competitors worried about how to top king pipe smoke, notice how the 1 star reviews are short and simple, they don’t actually cate if this is a quality shop or not.

They also just opened a location in Ft Worth which is just as great. And I can’t even start to say enough good thing about their staff, amazing guys and girls. Whether it’s the amazing customer service me and my girlfriend received from the extremely knowledgeable staff, or the overall cleanliness and well-stocked inventory...this shop has you covered. Even though it was our first time shopping here, everyone treated us like we were regulars from the time we walked in to the moment we left.Can easily say we will definitely become regulars moving forward! It was cool until I realized the hookah had a crack in it before I used it. Took it back there to show them they sold me a faulty hookah and they didnt want to replace it. Also showed them everything else I purchased with it and they didnt care. They get a thumbs down and 1 star from me.

I am disappointed at the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism that I have encountered in the store, that followed me even after I left. The owner has some unresolved issues that he needs to work out. The owner took screen shots of me from the security footage and was sending it to some people, which I have proof of, beware when you enter you might see your photos somewhere online.
