Great Massage very thorough full body 90 minutes. I really liked how Coco got all the knots out of my shoulders. Very friendly front desk and staff. My body feels new again! Thank you Coco! I will be back! Highly recommend this place! Super clean establishment and very comfortable massage beds.

Tina and Coco were fabulous! My SO and I had never had a massage before and left feeling rejuvenated and highly satisfied. Felt like we got a great mix of all the things a massage has to offer from deep tissue to rocks. Place was also very clean and sanitary with a very relaxing ambiance. Highly recommend and we will definitely be retuning.

Massage Tao was probably the best massage experience I have ever had. They are incredibly accommodating and extremely sweet. Me and my sister got the couples massage and left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. John and Lulu were our massage therapists and all I can say is they have magic hands. I booked a 90 min Deep Tissue massage on their website. When I arrived I also added on cupping which is $30 (they do the manual plastic cups not the fire glass cups).Overall I really enjoyed this massage and will be going back!Things to note: This included hot stones which was a nice surprise! there may be a language barrier but their basic English is good. The walls are thin so you may hear if someone coughs are talks while walking past the room. The massage oil used had no scent.If this is your first time at a Chinese massage this is likely what what happen:1) They’ll leave you in the room to undress and lie face down with the sheet over you.2) they’ll ask what pressure you’d prefer. Don’t be afraid to let them know if it’s too soft or rough later on.3) they spend about 7 min just warming up your body over the sheet.4) then’ll they’ll use oil on the skin and massage your back>legs>neck>shoulder>arms.5) they’ll turn you over and do your head and arms and then legs.6) since I asked for cupping this will happen after your back is massaged and then they’ll apply the cups and leave them there while they massage your legs.

Great way to waste $90.I came here based off of the reviews, and opted for a 90 minute massage. I requested focus on my legs as Im an athlete who uses massage as part of rehabilitation.After having my back coated in oil for about 40 minutes I reclarified multiple times the problem areas that needed attention. The massage felt rushed and the therapist seemed to struggle with actually applying pressure rather than rapid movements.I was honestly totally fine with accepting this might not be the right fit for me and not leaving a review. It wasnt until I attempted to leave that the owner started aggressively demanding I leave a tip that I had enough.Dont try and block the door after you try to rush a mediocre massage.If there was an option for zero stars I would have given it.

I booked a couples massage. The two ladies that helped us were great! It was very relaxing and therapeutic. I went in with very painful lower back pain and left with it gone! Not to mention that they worked very hard to get rid of all the knots from my boyfriend and I. We would definitely recommend and book again.

Me & my wife came in for a couples massage and Lisa was one of the girls helping us they were both amazing great and accommodating specially since we were running late by almost 15 minutes. One the best experiences I’ve ever had. I would recommend both of them and we will definitely be coming back!

If you are looking for a deep massage this is the place, however if you want something more atmospheric and relaxing I would not go here. We did a couples massage and while they were great and very intense they were talking with each other and we could hear people walking around and talking outside. Overall for the deal it was good, the hot stones were the best part.

I went in to get my first massage in a studio. The massage therapist did not understand what I wanted at all, seemingly speaking not a word of English, and went way way too rough; I left feeling much worse than when I came in and my shoulders took a full week to recover. As a massage student, I was deeply disappointed with the performance and atmosphere that I experienced. The person at the front desk was unfriendly, and when my (very unsatisfactory) massage was finished, 4 employees including the people I assume to be the owners and my massage therapist gathered around me and stared me down while I wrote down the tip and recommended a 25 dollar tip for what was supposed to be a 60 dollar massage. I gave a good tip only because I felt that if I didnt, I would either be intimidated into giving a better tip or be forced to leave. Way too expensive for the worst massage Ive ever received. It sounds like this place has been raided more than once for trafficking and sexual abuse, and I felt uncomfortable with how unhappy the employees looked; Especially when I saw a massage therapist leave a room and catch my eye with a scowl, and a very messy head of hair for no obvious reason. I wish health and safety to all employees of this place, but I definitely dont think that supporting this business is a good use of your money.

Disappointing Experience: Unprofessional Service and Unexpected ChargesOur experience was far from satisfactory for the following reasons:Upon arrival, despite providing the redemption code multiple times over the phone and via text, we were repeatedly asked for it again at the front desk.The most concerning part of our visit came towards the end of our session. Without any warning, a staff member barged into our room right when our massage was done (we were not yet dressed). She was confrontational about the Groupon we had used, claiming it was expired. I explained that according to Groupons policy, the amount paid for the voucher never expires and can be applied towards current services. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue calmly, she insisted on charging us an additional $30, which was unjustified because they still had the same Groupon offer available and in addition to that they had a special going on for the same price paid for the Groupon! Why wouldnt they say something when I booked the appointment, or before they took us back? This left us feeling pressured and uncomfortable especially requiring us to pay a tip.The massage itself was not up to par. The massage oil was not scented and their technique was off.Furthermore, communication was hindered by a significant language barrier, making it difficult to address our concerns effectively.Overall, our experience at Massage Tao was marred by unprofessional behavior and unexpected charges. We felt misled and disrespected during what was supposed to be a relaxing visit. I would caution others considering this spa to be wary of their business practices and customer service.

Got a couples massage for my man’s birthday! Hands down best massage we’ve ever had! It was absolutely incredible not only did they massage my back, legs and arms but they even massaged my feet for a little bit, my armpits, head and even right under my ears at the jawline! It was very in-depth and the change ups between massages with their hands and adding in the hot stones and hot oils felt beyond incredible! It even put me into a very meditative state where inside my head I was chilling by a river! I highly recommend Tao and their prices are also extremely good!

I booked this place for my mom and grandma for mothers days and as my mom was paying the person who did the massage forced my mom to pay an extra tip, originally my mom was going to pay $15 for each of them so total would be a $35 tip, the lady told my mom the tip HAS to be 20% which isn’t written or should be forced upon. We’ve been here before and never experienced this treatment, never had to be forced to put a tip that wasn’t of our choosing. Never making an appointment here again.

As a massage therapist myself, i am hands down to Lulu who is a master of her craft. For $120 i got 2hrs massage, hot stones and hot towel! What a deal! 🤩 I feel like a new person after the treatment!! She deserves more than 5 star!

I booked a couples massage for my Wife a I on (3/18) for our anniversary. Everything was great really, the massage was probably on of the best weve got. My only complain is regarding how pushy they are when it comes to the TIP. they have this chart with 4 options Fair ( $10), Good ($15), Great ($20), and I think Excellent or something like that ($25), my wife though $20 meant for the two of us total, but that its per masseuse when I told the owner to change the amount for $20 total they were all mad and did not listen to me so I ended up paying $40tip for a $126 massage. I was not a fan of it, the principle of tipping is you give what you can and it is not mandatory by the law. Otherwise just include gratuity on your prices when you book

If I could give this place zero stars I would my massage was horrible. I told her I did not want deep tissue massage. She continue to be very rough. She did not even want to put oil all on my body to massage me. I felt like I was doing a workout more than getting a massage, she did not want to massage my feet and then when I was leaving all three of the people at the front desk demanded a tip for me. I told him I did not have a good massage and I was not tipping her anything and they proceeded to be very unprofessional and told me to get out because she did not get a tip , you don’t give good service. You don’t get a tip. Please beware of them very unprofessional

Song and Jane are magnificent! My husband and I have come for the couples massage 3 times now and have never been disappointed! Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming, the environment is very peaceful, and you can’t beat the prices. We can’t wait to come back!

I was pretty disappointed by my experience here. I had high expectaions considering they have great reviews on Google. The massage itself was okay, but it didnt seem like a professional establishment. Wasn’t a very relaxing environment for a massage.

Cici is amazing! She asked about my pressure preference and I really enjoyed her techniques. I went in for the 60 min foot and 60 min full body massage and I think I got my moneys worth and then some. The scheduling process is easy so Ill definitely be returning when the mood strikes again.

I told the woman giving my massage not to touch me on certain part of my body. This was repeatedly disregarded, even after I showed signs of pain and discomfort. As a result, I was tense and on edge for the majority of the massage, and left feeling worse than when I walked in. I was originally looking forward to a massage here, but would not return or recommend their services in the future.

This place provides professional, great multiple technique massages. I had a wonderful experience. I had to reschedule last minute and they accommodated me. The environment was so relaxing, from the music to the essential oils. My massage therapist was Ci Ci. She asked me about what pressure I preferred, used multiple massage techniques, oils and hot stones. It relieved my body aches and pains. I definitely will go here again soon!

This place is one of the best deep tissue/massages I’ve ever had. We went for a couples massage and had Lulu and Song. They were incredible and didn’t short change us AT ALL on the 50 minutes. I had a lot of stiffness, tension, and sore muscles. My neck and back were KILLING me, and I feel so much better now. I didn’t even say where my tension was, they just found it and knew all of the pressure/muscle points- which obviously shows they are amazing at their craft… I highly recommend. 10/10 and will be back.

Police investigators stormed the studio due to trafficking, sex and abuse while we were getting a massage (our first time). We immediately left and currently working on a refund from Groupon. We do not know the results of the investigation but we are very shaken by what happened. Please do your due diligence and look into the legitimacy of their practice before going.

Massage was mids. The room didn’t have all 4 walls… yeah you read that. One of the walls was a folding separator. They left the room twice and didn’t close the door. Had to pay before service & was charged a $3 fee to tip.Definitely won’t come back.Lotus in Broomfield is similar price for better experience.

Had a great experience, my husband and I did a couples massage and Song and Lulu were very kind and friendly. We were both sore from the gym and work and we immediately felt better.

I went there last week for a couple massage and I already paid for the service through Groupon. The massage was great honestly my boyfriend and I enjoyed. However, they asked us to tip $25 which I did not have and told them I am willing to do $10 cause at the end of the end it’s my decision to tip if I want to do. And that’s why they became rude, like I’m a broke student who tried to do something nice for my bf on Valentines and the fact that I want to tip $10 doesn’t mean you would have to rude to be . I don’t understand what they weee saying since they were speaking their language but when someone is talking about you you would. And at the end of day I paid you for the service why do I have to tip you . Don’t know when tips become mandatory but as long as the person paid for the service the tips is at to the person. Unless you want to be disrespected go somewhere else where they respect you and respect your tip.

Nobody spoke English so a translator was called but she only spoke broken English. They kept not understanding what I was asking for even though it stated clearly on their website the services they offered. This is the first poor review Ive ever written, but sadly, I do not recommend this place at all.

My husband and I were both very satisfied with the couples massage.The one disclaimer I’ll mention is on the tipping. I’m used to tipping 20%, but they have an “industry standards” sign that says to tip $20 for good and $25 for excellent per person. So even though we got our massage at a steal ($100 for two people), we tipped $20 each so the tip ended up being a 40% tip total.$140 for a couples massage still isn’t bad but it’s a pretty significant difference. We will likely come again but it was a surprise to me.

I came with my girlfriend for the couples massage and hot stone treatment Groupon.Using the Groupon was an easy process, just call to make a reservation. Note that you should normally tip about $15-20 per person (according to a sign at the entrance).The massage itself was pretty good. It lasted a couple mins less than the 50mins stated on the Groupon, but wasnt a big deal.Quick overview - they started with a typical massage, where you are covered with a blanket sheet. They then move on to using massage oil. Then they add the hot stones (massaging your body with those). Lastly they flip you to lay on your back and massage a bit more. The massage was pretty good overall, though didnt stand out as super special to me.The one negative of the experience is the communication gap, as the massage therapists dont speak great English. Mine only spoke twice - once to ask how much pressure to use at the start, then to ask me to flip over. Both cases took a few repetitions to understand. I was happy to have the silence, but I think if there was more communication the experience could be improved. For example, I felt like I was a bit high up on the table, had concerns about the glute massage with my underwear on, and have ticklish feet so would have wanted a different foot massage, but I didnt end up asking those questions as it seemed difficult.This was my first massage, and while overall I enjoyed it, I would probably choose a different location next time to give it a try and hopefully improve on the few negative comments I have specific to Massage Tao.

Lulu gave me an incredible massage. I had some crazy back pain for about three days and they were able to get me in same day. I didn’t expect hot stones and a facial/scalp massage but it was included. I like deep pressure and really needed it for my back and Lulu was softer at first and led into some really nice deep pressure without hurting me. You can’t beat the price for a great massage like this. I’ll be back for a couples massage in the future.

Visiting Colorado for a wedding. After a fun and active few days we found this place to decompress before our flight. It was well worth it. My girlfriend and I got the couples massage. They found knots on my back that I didn’t know existed. My girlfriend has had massages before; this was my first time and I thought it was amazing (never had one because I don’t like ppl touching me lol) and she says it was the best one she’s had.The hot stones and oil were great. Ask for Song and Lulu!

Cici gave a very good massage, it was deep and thorough. My only complaints are that the room was cold so my feet were very cold and I also thought that the lighting was too bright, as I really like a very dimmlit atmosphere when getting a massage. I will be returning as the massage was good and prices are unbeatable.

Went to this place to gift my best friend a massage for her birthday and it was so disappointing. They were super rough and did not make it relaxing as we were tensing up because they were going so hard. And I just thought it was weird to pay before the service. After the service the lady pointed at their tip chart that they have and it is rated like $25= Excellent $20= Great $15= Good $10=Fair and she was expecting and pointing out to $25. So I tipped them each $10 and they were mad like that is all? And then made me sign my receipt which I should be signing before as you made me pay before. I walked out in pain as my calves will be sore and bruised. I will not be going back there.

Lulu was my massager for 50 minutes massage with hot stone. Didn’t like her work. She was giving proper pressure but the area on the body was not correct so that’s why after massage my body was paining. Also she didn’t do massage on my hands. She did half heartedly.Also she didn’t close the door for the massage and that’s why the ambiance was noisy. The light in the room was so loud and also loud it was on. They don’t understand English so communication is difficult.My husband got massage with different person but he got better service.

I went to Massage Tao today as my primary therapist canceled my appointment due to illness at the last minute and fortunately they were able to get me in for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the massage I received especially as a first time cljent. Lulu, was the therapist I saw and even thought her massage style was different from what I am used to, I have to say she had excellent technique and touch. She quickly identified my problem areas and applied the right level of pressure to those areas, always checking to make sure everything was comfortable and not too light or too strong in a specifc area. I would definitely use Massage Tao gain. The check in was easy and the staff pleasant and professional.

My guy Max was unreal, I like a really strong massage myself, so make sure you are specific about your pressure. Probably one of the worst massages I have received as far as Chinese massage. My massage lady barely used her hands. She mainly used her forearm. The door was open most of the time to the room. Even when I asked her to shut it, she didn’t shut it all the way. She didn’t massage my arms very well or my legs. I couldn’t relax because I kept hearing people walk back-and-forth in the hallway while the door was open!!! she didn’t have a good touch, I was irritated the entire time and then she has the nerve to ask more tip because I gave her $10. I said Lady your massage wasn’t that good sorry.

My girlfriend and I came to Colorado for vacation and booked a couples massage. I had Amy and she did an absolute amazing job, I came out feeling like a brand new woman. Whereas, my girlfriend had Max and she also came out feeling like a brand new woman. The hot stones set the entire massage off. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend this massage parlor!!!!

Called ahead ask for a male they said come on. Drove 43 minutes & they put me in the room but its a woman. I have little cuts from her nails & I keep having to ask for hard pressure, thats why I didnt want a woman. Charged me for a full body but mainly focused on my back. My lower legs, feet and hands were the reason I came but were passed over tremendously.Staff was nice & the place was clean. However while paying, got scolded. Its a mandatory tip fee amount and they do check you if its not at the standard amount. She pointed out the sign in the entrance which I missed. Thus why I got spoken to about not tipping enough. To bad I couldnt communicate why I didnt want to tip, broken English only. Not worries I wont return! Just be aware of a few unprofessional hurdles it you dare try them

The room where I was was very clean, relaxing, and well decorated - like a little cute spa room. I recommend Linda and the location!

My massage was done by Max. 60 minute massage, was a great value. My knee has been in pain since I had an ACL replacement last year. I have never been able to get the leg fully straight since. The muscles in back of my knee are always tight like a rock. Max gave me a wonderful massage and spent extra attention on my knee. He quickly identified the areas around the knee where the muscles were locked up and worked them out.I walked out able to fully straighten it for the first time in a year and with no pain. My lower back gets quite sore as well, likely due to my knee being so tight and affecting how I walk. He also got all of that tension out of my lower back. Everyone here is so kind and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the physical relief! This is the best my knee and back have felt since surgery. Highly recommend!!!

This was the most rapid, rough massage Ive ever had. 50 minutes long, but not relaxing to me. I did love the hot stones, but it was not the couples massage I envisioned. Lots of elbows and forearms. Maybe its the style for Eastern massage? They were very nice, but also wanted me to leave a review on the spot and watch over my shoulder as I did. Memorable, but not necessarily in a good way.

They accept Groupon (when I went) and the facility was very clean. The massage was very thorough and my masseuse was not afraid to use her strength. However, I noticed that her massage was asymmetrical in strength and technique and at one point, she was very forceful in one particular area, on bone, and it left me feeling pretty sore for a few days after. I did ask her to adjust the pressure afterwards and she did. Would come back and would recommend others here as well.

Not impressed. I fell asleep during the deep tissue massage. Appointment was 20 minutes late. Massager walked on my back and curled her toes which was the deep tissue massage. She left the room for 5 minutes in the middle of it all. Like I said, I fell asleep, thats the kind of deep tissue massage I got. And then the high ratings are from the own begging you to a review when you pay in front of them to ensure they get 5 stars.

Communication is impossible.They can’t understand you & you can barely understand them.Was gifted a couples massage and they refuse services to anyone with skin disease, my husband has psoriatic arthritis which is an autoimmune condition hence the reason we wanted to do a massage for his pain.It’s not a wound nor contagious.They don’t seem to be legitimate therapists because they would be educated.Also this exclusion was not stated on the gift card when the buyer purchased ,it doesn’t say that on their website either.After the experience and interaction with them, I would doubt that anyone there has been actually trained or has any real experience doing massage therapy, which is kind of nerve-racking as you could really hurt somebody if you don’t know what you’re doing.

The experience there was pretty bad. I got a feeling that the place is not a real massage place. The people that work there didnt know what to do with me when I came in and told them that I scheduled a massage. The massage itself was not good. Thats not what professional massages are like. I hope it was just my experience and thats not how they run their business.

Owners / managers smoke cigarettes, so the smell is obviously disgusting. They only take visa cc and will charge you an additional $3 to charge your credit card.

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage and it was terrible. The massage felt like we were being beaten up, zero part of it was relaxing. The woman massaging my boyfriend had her phone go off MULTIPLE times. Not only that but she ANSWERED THE PHONE and spoke to them while in the room with us then left the room to schedule the person calling. She did this twice!! We will never return, I have no idea how this place has so many 5 star reviews. It was the worst massage I have ever had.

Foot massage was supposed to be an hour. The massage person only did 40 minutes. I didn’t receive a price adjustment and was expected tip! I don’t know if there was a miscommunication between the scheduling lady and the massage person. I still tipped because I don’t know if it was the massage persons fault she was given the wrong time.

I paid for a couples massage on Groupon for this place. I called 3 weeks in advance to schedule. There is a language barrier. They did text a confirmation. We went and the lady said they couldnt do my massage for couples because they only have 1 person on the staff there. They sent me to another place.

Checked in and immediately had to pay. Cool. No biggie. Waited a couple mins on the table for the masseuse. Again, no problem. I told her the previous place I went had pushed on the top of my spine and left me sore. She said she knew better. She did NOT. She climbed on my back and the 1st thing she did was put all her weight on my spine then said my neck muscle was tense. I let her know that was actually my spine. The massage was meh and she continued putting her elbow into my spine. The other nad aspect is she left the massage 5x to answer the phone, argue with people and go help another masseuse. Finally, I just started to get dressed while she was out. She came back, apologized then started taking calls during the massage, which is a term used loosely. She literally talked on the phone while fanning her fingers on my arm like I was being pet for the remainder of the massage. Then, told me she gave me an extra 5 mins for the inconvenience. When I was leaving, she showed my a sticky note that said,Tip; I refused and just walked out. 1/5 stars. Horrible massage and even worse customer service.PS...I ended up needing to go to a chiropractor because she compressed my upper cervical vertebrae.

Clean, and you must pay before treatment. Was looking for a pressure point reflexology treatment on soles of feet, instead got mostly rubbing on lower legs and top of feet. Even though I left a tip in the room, manager hit me up for a tip as I walked out the door..extra service charge if using card.

They give you a bad attitude if the amount you tip is not what they say. Sent my daughter in there and they harassed and treated her bad, not cool at all!

This place is a joke. Dont waste your money. It was anything but peaceful. Super uncomfortable, forced me to tip even though it wasnt worth the money I had already spent.

The therapist breathed heavily the entire massage. Movement felt erratic and choppy. Big communication barrier. Wasnt able to respond to him asking if it was okay without him leaving mid-massage to get Google translate.
