Came in during open business hours around 1pm and they had a sign on the door that said “be back in 5 mins”. I feel dumb for waiting 30 mins. Will not be relying on this store again

I work nearby here so this is my go-to shop and they always take care of me so well! I’m super indecisive and they always have spot on suggestions as well as if my device doesn’t work they exchange it. Customer service is always great with my usuals. You won’t catch me going anywhere else!

Mariah was extremely helpful, didnt know what exactly I was looking for but she helped me find it very quickly. In and out within 10 minutes, she also was very kind with the different questions I asked her. Very honest about how she hadnt tried something so didnt want to tell me it was good and then it wasnt. Will by all means go back there.

It is very clean and well maintained shop.Staff is very knowledgeable when it came to the questions I had., they were willing to help at a moments notice and again selection of everything was very good the display cases was a good thing reason being you could actually see up close what they are or what you’re looking at rather than when behind the counter it’s hard to see without having to keep asking can I see this can I see that. All around got my blessing recommending to all you smokers and vapers out there

Connor was such a pleasure on my Thursday stop at the vape shop. Nothing like getting greeted upon entry, attended to immediately, and having someone behind the counter who is authentic about the great costumer service they provide. Not to mention they have a great selection with very rare prices!

Do not go to this vape store. I spent 32 dollars on a esco bar at 8pm last night and by noon the next day it was leaking so much and constantly firing without being hit. I called them right away and the girl cut me off and said “that’s why we have you try them in the store”. I have gone back to HQ Vapor a day and a half later with a vape that did the same thing and they replaced it no questioned asked. All this store cares about it taking your money. Take your money to HQ Vapor they will actually take care of you.

Use to love going to this place till they decided to lie to loyal customers who come there literally every week. Instead of just exchanging a Esco Bar I bought the night before hand. They decide to tell me to go to esco bar/pastel cartel website. IT DOESNT EXIST 🤣. So please don’t buy anything from them, they can’t tell you if it’s fake or real. Even if you did try it and the store and the coil burn the minute you walk out the door it’s your problem. So just don’t buy fromThis place and take your loyalty , money and business else where.
