Alex was very helpful for buying something I had never bought before. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience very easy. The item was reasonably priced. The most helpful and educated staff Ive ever encountered in such a shop. And she helped me out with some much need disposable tapes at an amazing cost. They just got a lifer right here.

This place is great in a shopping center in town. A 18 wheeler can turn around in the parking lot for all the truckers that have a hard time finding smoke shops that they can fit in. They have a great selection of everything thing. Lots of kratom and great prices. Locally owned and they are very helpful and they have deals always going on. Will definitely be back.

I had a really enjoyable experience at this vape shop! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, guiding me to the perfect vape and e-juice. They had an impressive selection with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is because the prices were a bit on the high side, but the quality makes it worth it. If youre looking for a reliable vape shop with a great selection and helpful staff, this is definitely a top choice!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I had so much fun shopping!!!!Being fairly new to this has been a little intimidating, but everyone was patient, informative, and- above all- the ABSOLUTE BEST staff of any business I’ve ever patronized.Meriah (Oh I hope I spelled that right😬!) felt almost like a sister after 30 seconds. I do like the selection here. Lots of neat things. However, there is one employee who just kind of ruins my trips here. The first couple of times I went, I was greeted by both a woman and man, and they were both extremely helpful. Giving me advice, telling me about different flavors, etc.I went in the other day to explore a new option. A different guy was in there, and I asked him, and he just stood there and says which one do you want? I asked him my question again, and he said, I dont know, I dont use those(brand of vapes)I brushed it off and ended up buying a vape that I did not enjoy at all.Then I went back after it was gone, and it was the same guy, same situation so Im kind of discouraged now to not go back in. I feel like Im wasting my money.Stopped by once again, asked about the vapes and all I got back was they are different devices looking for an explanation all I got back was they are different devices.So I repeated back got it they are different devices 🤦‍♀️The customer service could not be worse!!!!!

I cant even express in words how great my experience with this place was. Sarah, Sam, and Cam provided phenomenal customer service and I was able to get what I need- as well as learn a lot about the products they had in store. 10/10, tell your mom about this place.

This has been my go to shop for years. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. A young lady named Mariah is always such a joy to be around. She’s speedy, helping everyone in the store in a timely manner. The owner Jonathan is fantastic as well, helps me pick out products that suit me the best. The whole store produces a very friendly environment to find the things you need quickly and efficiently. I sent my elderly father in there to pick up something - he held up the product and they found it immediately and got him out the door in less than 3 minutes. Great staff and community, I’d recommend Simms Smokes to anyone!

I am going to jump on the train here and write a review;I have been coming to this shop for years and this is the only smoke shop in the area that has accommodated everything from glass to vapes! They’re always very welcoming, very friendly and their prices are COMPARATIVELY LOWER than any other shop! The girls working the counters are knowledgeable when it comes to the product and DO NOT hesitate to fix something that’s been messed up! This shop has been an absolute blessing over the years and I hope to see them flourish further in the smoke/glass industry.Hats off to you all! This is the place to buy your vapes and glass art. Service is always great and Meriah is a very sweet gal. She was honest with me about the watermelon vapes that auto hit and she was right about the faulty flavors. I got a banana pineapple instead as she suggested and its delicious. I absolutely love this vape shop. Its my go to. The hours are so amazing. 9-9 seven days a week. Cant beat that. And Meriah is such a great employee. Shes been working just about every time Ive gone in, which is 1-2 times a week. BEST VAPE AND SMOKE SHOP IN ALL OF DENVER!!! Meriah is the GOAT!!! I bought an escobar last night and even tried it because the policy is they are not responsible for the vape after I left the store. The flavor was a little off but I figured it would fix itself. After I left the store, I puffed on it more, the flavor turned burnt. I came back in today thinking I was gonna have to spend another $30 on a vape, NO MA’AM, Meriah hooked it up and got my vape switched out with a new one that actually had flavor! I was a little intimidated going into a smoke and vape shop because its never been my thing and I know practically nothing about it. Everyone in the store was very helpful and accommodating, and answered all my newbie questions in a way that made me feel comfortable and unembarrassed.

Great prices although the staff is a bit pushy and judgement and also not very patient all around good shop income from golden just for this shop n great prices they should tell i to try you disposable pens befor you leave the store though cause If u don’t and it’s a dud they won’t exchange I went 2 times and was never told got home and one was a dud and had a heck of a time exchanging although they did and I’m greatful I was rushed into buying a flavor injust didn’t like and at 28 bucks a pop I was super disappointed but I’ll be returning just like anywhere in Denver or anyone gotta break thru that callus

I got a different product than I normally get and it ended up being defective. Called to get the price of something, was told that they are not allowed to give prices over the phone. I explained its snowing and rather than risk my life and drive all over the place Im trying to do it over the phone. I then received a ton of attitude! I will never shop here! From the light up rolling trays, to their fine selection of cigars, this place has it all. I have been to smoke shops all over Colorado and they are overall the best one. Theres a wall of all the wraps you can think of and their accessories are unbelievable! I dont care where I am in the city, I will drive over here for my smoking accessories. This is the only smokeshop Ive seen that has its own cigar cave! Stop wasting your time at gas stations and other shops. Come to Simms, they have EVERYTHING!

I recently switched to Salt nicotine and its been a huge change in making vaping far more affordable and needing to use my vape far less. I bought a little bottle of nic here, after recently moving from Denver. Right away, I loved the customer service, the selection, and the price! Vaping was a way for me to quit smoking but, I still paid as much and often more than cigarettes. Not anymore! My habit is justifiably priced and I I feel like its been a massive improvement in my life. Ill be back in to check out the thound other products soon!

Born and raised in Arvada. Picked up a Lookah rig today. This is by hands the best pipe store in town. Unlike most pipe shops their glass is fairly priced. They do not gouge here.Can’t say for their vape products as I have not tried them but will come here for all my glass and accessories for now on.10/10

Simms pipe and tobacco are awesome! They are very friendly, super knowledgeable, and are always willing to go that extra mile to keep a regular customer. I hqve to say, it is wonderful knowing im able to acquire all the accessories that I need, and all at one place. A one stop shop for me to get all my cigarettes, mods, mod tools, coils, batteries, juices, Kratom, and CBD oil. Thats saving me soooooo much time! To go pick up just the Kratom itself that i needed to bring home before, I normally have to make a 68 block treck to get to a legal, reputable dispenser. Id have to go to a specific shop to get my juices, then Id have to make a second stop to get the correct coil as needed. Not only that, but my dad deals with a load of neurological pain and CBD oil has got him to drastically reduce his opiate use. A good CBD oil, with very little THC, if any at all, is a whole different story. Thank you guys very much for all that you do! I love my JDogg, as well as the always beautiful Aimee (spelling). Thank you my Simms P&T familia, Ill NEVER shop anywhere else.
