The guy who runs this place is super chill and always willing to give you the best prices he can. highly recommend going here instead of the over priced vape shop next door. this is the only place i go for my glass and vape needs.

I live close by so I know the area super well. This is absolutely The Vape Shop you want to deal with. When you walk in the atmosphere is super cool with a well decorated mellow vibe. The staff was super knowledgeable and super helpful! Got me set up with EXACTLY what I needed and didnt feel like he was reaching in my back pocket for my wallet. Know what I mean?

Ive been here probably about 10 times now and I just love the interior look of this place. Its so zen and calm. The one guy who works here who usually helps us every time is by the far the nicest and most knowledgeable pipe shop worker Ive met. They have tons of high quality high grade glass pieces here as well as some of the best and most high quality vaporizer and mods. They also carry tobacco products, wraps, jars/containers, you name it. Im definitely going back if not making this my go to and i highly recommend the same to you.

Recently discovered this place. Very nice glass shop. The gentleman working was very personable and knowledgeable. He knew the back store to all the pieces he showed me. Ended up purchasing a very nice color changer that is supposed to be indestructible made by a local glass blower. Owned many pieces and this one seems to be pretty legit. Reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be back for future glass purchases. Thank you!

So helpful! The guy with glasses behind the counter looked over my tank with the broken glass and was regretful when telling me my tank was discontinued. He even talked to me about different places I might get luck and different tank options entirely. He was so patient and informative I bought a brand new topper right then and there!

Every single time I’m in this shop I get the best customer service and some quality juice. The last time I was in, there was some miscommunication on the juice I thought I was purchasing. Even though I accidentally opened the wrong juice, when I brought it back to the shop, having been a pretty loyal customer(as I live so close by) he exchanged it for the right juice and made it right for me. It also happened to be my birthday and not having to buy the right juice twice just made my day that much better. Thanks bro I’ll be a loyal customer for life.

This is the best little shop! Heady heady glass at amazing prices, if Im in the market to spend real money on a piece, I know that I will get a much better piece at this shop than I will find at any other shop Ive found yet. I have had nothing but a great personal experience with the owner as he always greets me even though he is helping other customers with their selection. Ill never go to any shop but this one Ive been going there for over 3yrs and never once had a bad experience with the products or the prices ! Im usually to busy to write reviews as Ive got a special needs child but I had to share todays experience I lost my vape pen I was super sad when I walked into the store an explained to Will that I had $30.00 to my name he hooked me up with a nice Smok22 pen for $25.00 and then filled it up with oil out of his personal stuff ! If you ask me thats going ABOVE and BEYOND good customer service this man made my day! We need more people and places like this in todays world !Thanks Will you are appreciated !

I found this shop randomly a couple months ago and have made it my go to spot for my vape and smoking needs. Will, the owner, is super friendly and knowledgeable about his products. One of the few places around here with truly beautiful artistic glass. Most shops all have the same stuff cheap and generic glass. This place has works of art that you can smoke out of as well as some of the more standard fare. Definitely worth checking. Only ever seen the only employee and hes super nice and friendly.

They have some really impressive glass pieces. Not a huge selection of cheaper glass, if youre looking for something inexpensive. But they did have a few pieces in the $30-40 range, just not a wide variety. Staff was very helpful and did offer to go lower on the price on a piece.

Had a couple bad experience s here with guy being extremely pushy and rude. Straw that broke the camels back was him selling me a glass replacement that he said he garantee fitted my model of tank. Didnt use at all just to see if it fits and tried to bring back and he wont exchange. Thats fine with me Ill take my business elsewhere where they actually want my business. If you want cheap juice just goto flavor monster website free shipping and its cheaper and you can get 240ml with out dealing with the Hassel of this shop way better trust me.

The only thing you need to do to get return business frome me is to be honest and upfront. You want loyalty? Be staffed or run by really cool people. This place has both things in spades (and an adorable pup!) I simply refuse to go anywhere else for my vaping needs and honestly I just love to stop by and say hello (and buy more coils, you can never have too many coils.)

Best prices than other vape shops in the area and the guy working there is super helpful. He made some good recommendations for vape juice and disposables. Both were better than what I usually get. I would highly recommend this place.

Visited Colorado for the weekend with my girlfriend. We went to check out the store before going to eat dinner. Wound up coming back in again after dinner because we thought it was such a cool shop that it was worth a second visit. Flew back to NY and threw some of the juice we got into the vape and we love it. This is one of the best shops Ive visited and the owner was really chill too.

Watch out for the owner, younger guy. His displays are on an angle, so when he places something and it rolls off he can try to blame you and charge you for the piece. Simple extortion. He tried to get me to pay $15+tax for something the owner admitted only cost him 7.50 to stock.There is a very nice store just two doors over, go to them. If they dont have what you need, they will direct you to the proper place. The owner of Pipe Shop tried to gain our sympathy by saying that he was a business owner and that this hurts badly.I just heard that this shop in particular always has the police come because he exports people for he made them break. Not one warning, or bit of sympathy for trying to screw over a vet and his wife. He knows his display cases are on the slightest, unnoticeable to the average eye, angle. He uses this to extort customers who are only coming in to spend small amounts, like a downstem.

The owner is unknowledgeable about his own vape products. Also claimed he would provide a refund if not working. Took back after a few days & he claimed he never said that. Had to open the instructions & show HIM how to work the pen, cuz he was selling salts instead of juice for the pens so they break. After being confronted with his lack of knowledge & being laughed at for trying to return the product he then said never to come back to the store due to HIS inability to cope with knowing the product. Recommend never going to this store. Very dishonest.

Clearly the OWNER does not know how to run his store an by trying to fix his bad reviews on google instead of owning up to being a penny pusher, he comes up with a excuse to make his bad reviews look better but in reality he screws over his customers and does not care for loyalty. This is by far the best glass and vape selection I have seen including sites on the internet.I came in here by accident when visiting the neighboring Smoker Friendly to grab tobacco for my parents. My Girlfriend noticed a vape shop next door and since I needed some E-Juice I decided to head in.After being burned by lame selection and quality at other vape shops I didnt know what to expect but as soon as I stepped in the door I my worries vanished.Not only does The Pipe Shop have an excellent and high quality selection but most of it is from local artists which means heavy discounts and a unique stock.The guy there, Will, who I think is the owner was really nice guy too. He listened to my preference for milk desert flavors and pull out some amazing juice from the back. Then, he helped me find the right juice and let me try out various kinds until I landed on a 125ML of Strawberry Custard from The Artisan which was only $20.00!Great Selection. Great E-Juice. Great Prices. This has become my goto for all my glass and vape needs and I have no problem driving past the many closer vape shops just to visit this one.Go check it out at least!

Extremely rude and called me a liar and got very obnoxious when all I wanted was to speak to the owner in a calm Manor!. Their products contain chemicals used to coat commercial pipes to not freeze, product states no nicotine but if u read ingredients which some do not list it clearly states contains nicotine. I would suggest going to another facility that speaks the truth and backs the products they sell. He would not refund the large amount of money I spent. I went back 30 minutes later and that is what occurred. He lied stating he was not the the owner.The young man is the owner!! Not trustworthy !

I really like the guy who runs the shop. What I really dont like, is they dont order enough supplies, to meet the demands!! Several times Ive gone in to buy juice, or parts for my vape pen, and they were OUT!!!It takes. Several weeks before they have it available again!! My life is absolutely miserable when I cant vape with the right juice, and am forced to use juice I dont want, without enough nicotine level.Plus, I can no longer refer new customers there, to purchase the Priv V8 vape, because theyre always out of it.I REALLY wish they would fix this.

DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR VAPING PRODUCTS! The owner is a younger guy and clearly was very high when he help me. I understand it being a pipe shop but when I walk into a store for advise I dont want someone who is high to help me he could not remember telling me an the people I was with (therefore witnesses) that I had a week to return a vape pen if it did not work. He sold me salts for a pen that is not compatible with salt which ended up breaking the pen. Then tried to tell me it still worked because he took a small hit an smoke came out. My lips are literally messed up from the pen he calms that still works. He does not know his products. I recommend for owner to get rid of the vape part in his business name he would have alot more luck with customers.

Wow, went in buy an metal keychain pipe only to find, like every other soul, the same wall s of gaudy glassware. Fine, but that wasnt what I was looking for it. Also not what I was looking for was getting lectured about how metal is bad to smoke out of. Im guessing he doesnt eat steak or drink espresso, either, as heated metal is so bad for us.
