Neo Tobacco and Vape Fairview

Bought a pack of Backwoods, got home and opened them to find that they’re bone dry. One was broken in half and crumbled to pieces. Then saw the packaging had a tiny hole in the bottom. Tried to explain the situation and was told it’s not their problem because it’s opened already, despite me buying them not even an hour beforehand.

Very negotiable shop keep, youll find what youre looking for here without a doubt. Nice cigar room and tobacco products in general.

Went in today for the first time to pick up a vape from this place. Great looking shop, nice glass too! I approached the worker and made a comment about the glass sold and recommended Typhoon glass and she wrote that down to get soon! I asked her if she carried the product vape I was looking for and she out it easy! Great person to have working for you. Before leaving I got her name. Savanna. Very sweet and upfront. I will be enjoying my future visits to this shop. Thank you for the great experience!

Hands down, best cape shop I been into. They are very friendly and attend to every customer needs as best as they can. Also works with customers to give the best deals possible. This store is my absolute favorite. I drive down from burnsville just to come this store in particular. Love love love the staff here. They are Awesome. I am from Florida. I came into this shop my first day in North Carolina and got great service by a tall bald fellow. I Noticed that the payment never went through .I come in the next day to pay for the product and to purchase more, I have a young man tell me “he cant serve me”. I am confused at the unprofessionalism. Lost $200 today :(.

I live on Hendersonville Rd and drive to this location for a couple of reasons. One, they carry a lot of different products and have a brand that I really enjoy. Two, they have great customer service!! I have gotten pretty familiar with the employees. They know their product and are always very nice when I come in. I feel comfortable talking to them and they always know when I have questions. I highly recommend this store!!!

This is by far the best smoke shop around. Ive gone to other smoke shops in the Asheville area and this one is the best. They are knowledgeable about their products and very friendly. I wont go to any other smoke shop for reasons that Ill let you find out for yourself. You just have to stop on by Neo Vape and try the product you want and experience it for yourself. I would give this place 10 stars if I could I always walk out happy.

I’ve purchased things from here three separate times now and will not be going back. The first time I bought a delta 8 disposable vape and it was clearly very old, it burned my throat when I would try to hit it and the liquid in it was a very very dark orange/brown… when it’s usually a pale yellow with this brand.The second time I bought a delta 8 cartridge of a different brand hoping it would be different as well as an elfbar vape. The cartridge was the same situation and was so bad I threw it away. The elfbar had a funny taste to it and would struggle to hit properly.The final time I purchased from here was only because it was close to closing for most stores and they were the closest to me. I tried my luck at yet another delta 8 cartridge… same thing. Very dark orange liquids in the vape that hurt way more than normal and burn your throat for hours, not hitting properly, poor taste, and doesn’t seem to make you feel anything at all from it other than pain.Tried this store three times too many and will not be back. The employees are always nice but not worth wasting your money since their return policy is garbage.
