Worst selection Ive ever seen. They really only cater to m3th heads. If you need an oil burner definitely go here. If you want actual smoke supplies go anywhere else.

Extremely disappointed with the smoke shops corporate policies. Its frustrating how they prioritize bureaucratic red tape over customer satisfaction. From ridiculous return policies to inflexible pricing strategies, its clear they care more about their bottom line than serving their clientele. Management needs to wake up and realize that alienating customers with such stupidity will only hurt their business in the long run. Avoid if you value common sense and good service.

LOVEEEE all the ladies here!! They are so incredibly kind and helpful every time I go in there. However, it’s a new policy that I can’t try my vape in the store. This is absolutely absurd considering it’s a vape shop! Everyone who vapes will tell you to test your vape before leaving the store, in case of a faulty product.This is really sad to me that the employees here can no longer hit their vapes at work. Ridiculous policy change.I’d give 5 stars for the ladies alone, but this policy blows.

My girlfriend and I love the shop, adore the girls working, but when did smoke rings change the tryingnvapes in store policy? It makes the vibe completely different. A lot less inviting.

I go here weekly , I am astonished and very very upset there is no more vaping in the store if you want to test your vape after buying you have to go outside . THIS IS A VAPE STORE. This is despicable to say the least . The staff there are amazing there and is the reason why I travel to this store . I’m upset smokes ring . Do better for the vape nation .

Go to Smoke Rings for all your smoking needs. Staff are extremely amazing and very knowledgeable. Plus they are very private when it comes to your information. You put info on the book when required they do not fill it in, only you fill it in 👍. Prices are cheaper than anywhere I have found on almost all their supplies. They have VCR Head Cleaner 😁 also at great prices ! 🎉 Have fun stay frosty my friends.

They have the cheapest prices on glass that Ive seen across 3 states along with a friendly and knowledgeable staff and did I mention great prices.

The best people in any head shop. Theyve expanded the store and have a huge selection of new glass, a ton of delta products, really top notch. But the staff are the real reason I keep coming back. Friendly and highly informative, they will find you whatever youre looking for.

I was passing through and stopped by to check the shop out. Great shop! There are so many different options, and the employees are so helpful! Ill definitely be stopping again when I come back through!

They had a sign in the window that said 50% off so on that pretense I went in.well when they were checking out I ask them if I get 50% off.they told me that only counted on glass products and that if you purchase a glass product you get 50% off on your next purchase of glass products. Its almost like false advertising. This is a nice creek behind Smoke Rings I like to relax and take away all anxiety.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Store is clean, neat and organized. Lots of beautiful glass including pieces done by local artists. They also keep some of the harder to find items in stock, just ask an employee politely.

Easily overlooked in such a nondescript building, but that would be your first mistake. The blah building facade hides a fantastic shop with a huge selection of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING related to the industry. Located right at the 4 way red light opposite of the sams club entrance, these guys have this shop packed to the gills. These guys have every bit of what some other larger venues have, and alot more you dont see. But all you need to do is ask. The staff has always been very friendly and happy to help. If you dont see it theyre very willing to help you find it, order it, or whatever. From a huge selection of glassware, to cases of nitrous cartridges to even urinalysis test kits, honestly one of the best in the area. Like I said if you dont see it, ask, theyll hook you up

Wide array of smoking and vaping supplies. Store is clean and easy to get to. Parking is limited but available to wheelchair bound people although there is no wheel chair entrance. The shop itself is tiny with small display cases. There were no other customers during my visit here and u had plenty of time to browse the shelves and choose things i wanted to purchase I did not feel rushed at all. Customer service was helpful in describing items and their various uses. Although I did feel as though u was being pressured into buying a high priced digital scale I was still able to find exactly the one I needed without buying the higher priced ine and it seems to be holding up just fine.

This shop is terrible. The first time we shopped there, they were running a special: BOGO free for ALL glass. That was the ad on the door/window and thats what we were told inside. Then they charged full price and said that the items chosen were not part of the promo- AFTER the employee to us that they were! The second time we were sold a product that was NOT AT ALL what we were looking for. They have never had a manager available to assist us in house or on the phone when we have tried. We will NOT be back.

I have shipped here many of times and never I have ever been treated the way I was today .... I had a banger that I need to replace and the blonde lady behind the counter was so so rude to me cause my banger was dirty but yet they have signs talking about bring ur piece back if it breaks wouldnt it b dirty..... Well I 2as about to spend about 100 but I took my money else were cause she could have been alot nicer when she asked for me to put away cause I didnt know that so be aware of the blonde she is very very rude

Owner was rude , and inconsiderate of my business. So you have to call in and tell them your order. I was sitting in the parking lot of the Smoke Rings another customer came up I was calling into the store , the owner came to the door to assist the customer that called in , so I have always DONE BUSINESS WITH SMOKE RINGS, after assisting the customer who was there after me.I waited until he was done with that customer and asked if I could get a few things out of the store and he proceeded to tell me you have to call in to place your order in a rude unprofessional tone. Call in he said. And locks and shuts the door in my face. So his skills are so unprofessional and imprecise with business, all the time and the way he handled the situation. Done with rude people.... The owner of smoke rings you need to check yourself.

Always have good answers to my questions about Delta-8 and related matters, large selection of Hyde Bars. Best tasting Delta-8 and bang for my buck.

This company marks up merchandise over double what they paid for it. This is why they can give HUGE discounts. Simba, Legacy, Kong phire, all these brands are AT LEAST DOUBLE what the store paid for. Spend your money at an honest business like High life and Octopus Garden. This happens at all 3 locations

Its ok. But they over priced the coconut oil based cbd oil will Never ever go back. Planet Vapor is way way way better And Cbd + is way better. And reasonably priced items.
