Love this store. Going in and seeing Dea is probably one of the best parts. She is knowledgeable I feel comfortable asking her any question and knowing I will get honest answers. I highly recommend this place and the people there.

I personally love this store been going here for years and have never been disappointed. The staff are all very accommodating and friendly, I was very happy with how they treated me every time Ive been in the store. They have a very wide variety of juices and flavors, as well CBD and delta products, not to mention the full stock of kratum. Very highly recommend store for all things vape. 😄

James was very helpful, I came to buy just VG and discovered a delicious flavor the devils advocate. I dont generally like many flavors out there but I walked out (window service currently) with 180 MLS of the advocate . Im a truck driver and really appreciate that I was able to score on these items during this crisis.

Extremely disappointed. We try very hard to contribute to our local community businesses and we will NEVER shop here again. The gentleman behind the counter sold an item knowing very well we did NOT need that item and took advantage of the fact we were not sure of what we needed. When we realized this, we tried to return the item or at the very least exchange it for what we went in to purchase in the first place. The gentleman just smiled and us knowing full well he had duked us. If this is any indication of how he runs his business, I truly wish him the best of luck.

Darian is a wonderful man, helped me build my first RDA, and when I had a small issue and came back he was more than willing to help me get it fixed. GET THIS MAN A RAISE!

I updated my review because all I had put was 5 stars & wanted people to know how great this store is. I absolutely love this store. Me my husband go all the time to get juices, Coils, Mods etc. very friendly people that work there. My fave juice is called there house blend of Sugar Addicts taste kinda like somewhat of SweetTarts. Also like the there blend of Cotton Candy Very good so is Lava Flow by Naked that’s a amazing one too. I got the Naked Strawberry Lime & It’s amazing too. My husband likes more desert flavors & he gets like the Jam Monster, Strawberry Custard, there house blend of Banana Cream. Recommend them very amazing people who work there.

The shop guy was very knowledgeable. He answered every one of our question with confidence and clarity. He showed us everything we wanted and even fixed my boyfriends vape from leaking. They have decent prices as well as a large section of clearance and the gentleman said that he could make any liquid CBD if your interested in that.

I really like this store. My only complaint is they dont stay stocked very well. Most popular kratom, they are always out. Seems they would order more of a best seller and have it stocked. So I been going to another store who is always fully stocked. But here the staff is super friendly. Parking is an issue but its down town. Please stock up so you dont lose good customers like me

Love this shop! I have only been once so far, but I plan on going back. The employees were so friendly and so helpful. I told them what kind of juice I liked and they hooked me up. They dont have a sign on the front door, but they have a bright green door... You cant miss it.

One of the best shops in a hundred miles! The man working there was very nice and and really knew what he was talking about and didnt mind me asking a bunch of stupid questions, i like to feel stores out and see how they react and he did well. Now far as stock goes they have more in selection then some of the the fancier shops in Chattanooga at about half the size, and the juice man, the juice. Now for the bad part.... getting in to the place is a pain, but its not really their fault as downtown athens can be frustrating. Just google map it and watch for one way streets and you should be ok. Try their house blends.

I had been to some places in Knoxville and by the time I left I felt like I had been pushed into buying whatever the current sales rep thought was best, which left me less than impressed with this whole vaping thing. Then my cousin recommended this place, and I begrudgingly drove down to Athens just knowing in my gut I was going to have another crappy experience.NOT SO!Seriously the best people around! Super friendly, knowledgeable staff! No high pressure sales tactics here either! They take your wants and needs into consideration, and have gone above and beyond what I ever expected.I dont shop anywhere else for my vape gear!

Friendly easy going place and folks! If your thinking of starting or been vaping for a long time the best place in town and other towns is here. The place just down the road looks down their nose at you and makes you feel like a idiot while this places makes you feel welcome and only helps when you want help. All the info that a beginner needs and all the mods that a pro likes. Juices are awesome also and they have b12, green tea, and caffeine to add to your juice if you like that. Give it a try and I promise youll like it.

Nice people but poor quality , no warranty at all.Purchased 2 vape setups and a couple other things and had issues with one of the mods and took it back to them only to be told no refunds or exchanges and offered absolutely no help with the product they are selling. BUYER BEWARE THEY WONT BACK THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a vape shop. The store was comfortably sized, spotless clean, nicely organized and very well merchandised.The hardware selection was outstanding. I’ve been in plenty of bigger shops with tons more stuff in the displays, but those places use the space like warehouses with very little in the way of selection, just a bunch of the same thing. Usually either piled up to the point of a fire hazard or with enough dead space to make an Apple store look crowded. Not here.Things were tightly grouped with just enough space between to isolate groups and the individual products in the groups. You could ask to see something without the feeling of operating one of those crane games and the people behind the counter could reach right in without knocking stuff over and put it back just as smoothly.But it’s the people who really made the shop. They knew the products inside and out and were able to make informed opinions about give sound advice. They’re also super friendly, even making suggestions about things to consider buying in the future. In chatting with the sales person we discovered he was familiar with the town in WV where I live and recommended a shop I should visit. Based on my great experience at Vapenotiq I’d be doing myself a disservice if I didn’t pay the recommended shop a visit when I get back home.I’ll wrap it up with this. I had actually gone into the shop looking for a replacement glass for a tank I had bought a couple days earlier at another shop in another town. They didn’t have the glass, and I wasn’t looking to buy another new tank when I have so many, but after a little discussion I ended up buying a new TFV8 Baby V2 on their recommendation and it’s probably my favorite tank of all time. It’s no easy task to turn $12 no sale into a$50+ (total with other items) sale without even asking for the sale.Whether you’re a local or just traveling through town I can’t recommend Vapenotiq more highly. If you’re anywhere nearby it’s worth a short detour to visit.

Very friendly staff but the STR8 UP branded juice made me think two coils were burnt because they burn, and they have an aftertaste, maybe the batch I got wasnt steeped long enough but Ill stick to juice head from now on

I got drug out yard saling with my wife, in the process I dropped and broke my mod. I hate yard sales but I do love my wife. Got on google and found this place. Name looked familiar. Saw the reviews, and went. Boy was I glad I did, turned out it was the owner by the vape store I found earlier in the week I was so impressed with. Some chick name Audery with some crazy colored hair took care of me. She really took the time with me and showed me some amazing juices. Man this place rocks. Both stores had super customer service. Told me the disposable vape I was getting didnt have ice/ menthol in it and I was made to try it before I left and ....uh yea it had menthol in it! I have done this like 3 times so Im getting to where I dont think I can trust this shop on recommendations.

I have been to places from Ashville NC to Knoxville to Chattanooga. I have not found a more friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful group. Always willing to show and demonstrate products, as well as the e-juices. The e-juices are some of the best ive tried. Very flavorful and the specials are great. Went in here during one of my regular visits to Athens from out of state and Jesse was super helpful and nice it will 100% be my only shop for when Im in town.

Went in several times and loved the place especially for their cbd selection but then I was sold a tank (not told that it could only be fired from a certain amp battery wich I didn’t have) so I asked to replace it and he wouldn’t let me even tho I just bought it not to mention when trying to figure out why it wouldn’t work (before we found out it was a amp issue) the guy caught the tank coils and all on my rta on fire and still wouldn’t replace it I called in the next day and nothing was done this was a few months ago so idk how they are now

1-2 pack smoker since 1982 and decided it was time!This was the 1st ever vape shop we ever visited - I had decided (again) to quit smoking and after the patches, gums, and prescriptions failing over the years decided to try something new.We chose Vapenotiq due to the stellar reviews on Google and for the most part, the staff lived up to those reviews. I was steered toward a Innokin Kroma starter kit with a Playboy atomizer and I purchased it, some e-liquid, and extra parts on the advice of Vapenotiq staff.I dont know if it was a problem with the mod or me, but the mod used just under a half tank and the mod needed to be plugged in. Took it back to the store and staff looked it over, said it was fine/normal. After much research, I find this to be less than true, but that is what I was told.I decided to search for a better mod online and decided on the Smok AL85 Baby Alien. Vapenotiq didnt carry any so purchased one in Cleveland, along with a Samsung 25R 18650 battery. Great little mod, great battery that lasted around 5ml worth of e-liquid at 55w, but for the entire day, I needed another battery.Stopped into Vapenotiqs last Thursday 6/16/17and asked for an 18650 battery and a charger for my AL85. Received a Gold Imren 3500mAh 15/30A for $12 and a Xtar VC2 digital charger for $28.After charging the new Imren battery and using it for the first time, I noticed I would get a low battery warning at 50 percent, then would only charge to 1609mAh. I look closer and after learning more about 18650 batteries than I ever wanted to, note the Authentic Imren sticker has been scratched off and the New battery acted like it had been through 500 duty cycles already. I examine the new battery charger and there are scratches all over the protective plastic on the screen.The charger I can deal with because it works properly and Ive already ordered the wall wart Vapenotiqs should have sold me in the first place, but the BATTERY? Nope, not acceptable and I email Vapenotiqs POS provider. Figure Ill go by the store sometime this week to get things straight.Vapenotiqs called me first today and asked if I would come down to the store and they would refund me. I get to the shop 15 minutes later and was told the girl who was with me on our first visit, oh my wife?, yes, gave me a bad review on Facebook so Im refunding your money and you and your wife are banned from my store, I dont want your business.I said , No problem.Hours later I find out that not only are we banned from their store and wife is banned from their page on Facebook, but we cannot purchase any of their custom e-liquids from anyone. Not allowed and if any of their distrubutors are caught selling to us, will lose their distributorship!I highly DO NOT recommend Vapenotiqs due to shady business practices and childish behavior if you question them.Response to owner:1. I never discussed a budget - as shown by a larger purchase at another vape shop less than a week later AND a second visit to your store to make yet another purchase within days, never_once_asking_how_much the items cost.2. I was shown two mods, the wolf box mod on the vaping bar & the Innokin Kroma was recommended by your staff because then you dont have to mess with batteries or chargers as well as we sell a lot of these.3. Upon return of the Kroma for a checkup, your staff looked at the device for 30 seconds, pressed the two buttons several times, and declared everything fine and thats the way these are.. I asked him if there was anything we could do and he replied Nope, sorry.4a. Consumables are not returnable per store policy & after the thorough inspection of the Innokin, I did not expect much from your professional staff. The Authentic Imren sticker had already been scratched off!4b. Due to the above experience, I went further & when Square asked my opinion, I gave it. Note this was still private as far as I was concerned.5. When you called, it surprised me & I thought I was getting a battery exchanged - then you went nuclear.The internet is forever...

High prices, they gave me the wrong coils in the right box, told me they couldnt do anything to fix the problem for me. Do not recommend.
