I was looking for something new to try vape wise, and was able to get a good deal. Great experience with help finding something thanks to Audria, but was having a hard time getting the info because she kept getting cut off by the guy manager. It came off as a little rude but she made sure I got what I needed and was happy with my purchase.

Employee at this store does not need to be in front of customers. I have been shopping here for years and always had a great experience. Newest employee is difficult to communicate with and EXTREMELY high strung.

I’ve been going to this store for years and I will not be going back due to the husband and wife that are running the store. It is obvious they are high and neither one of them are acknowledgeable about the products they are selling.

This store has quality products and great selection of juices! Knowledgeable and helpful staff who will take the time to teach you cleaning and upkeep for best results. Loyal customer for six years! I have sent friends who were unhappy with their vape shops to this location and they don’t go anywhere else.

Was in the market for a new sub-ohm rig and I knew right where to go to get what I needed. But not just the hardware, the expertise. Store manager Chris was, as always, very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with clarity. Got me all set up, things tested out, and on my way. Yes, I could have saved a few dollars ordering online, but the personal help and expertise I couldnt have purchased online for any price. Moreover, if I have any questions, or need any help in the future, Chris and his staff will be happy to help again. This was not my first experience at the store, just one of the most notable. Always helpful, friendly, and willing to take the time to help a customer. They are customer centered, without doubt. Go here for your vaping needs. Very helpful and friendly staff. Chris helped me find the right piece for my budget shed my needs, and then helped me find the best flavors top me taste. Sat and talked with him and Kim while I set up and got used to my new purchase, and felt like family but the tine I left. Cant recommend this place enough, true southern hospitality.

I was so disappointed with the service we received from the employee (Brandon) that was working when we went into the store this evening. He was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He acted as if it was a burden that he had to help us with anything & proceeded to mumble insulting responses to my fiancé and I & even punched the counter while we were standing there waiting to be helped. Overall it was just a horrible & disturbing experience.I’ve always had great experiences with this store & have always felt very welcomed by the staff so I do not have anything bad to say about the store but this particular employee should not be able to work in this store he will most definitely be running away customers.

The shop set up is perfect. They have everything you need from small to big. The staff is very knowledgeable. I had the opportunity today to sit down with the shop owner and told him what kind of taste I was after and not only was he able to mix up the perfect blend of juice for me, he got me one of the best vape systems I ever had at an awesome price. He took the time to sit down with me and show me the ends and outs of the vape mod. This shop has my business for life.

Not that they care to reply, but... First time I went in they were decent, which is why this isnt a 1 star review. This time I used my lunch time to swing by and grab some juice. Door was locked with a little note that said Be back in 5 minutes. Stood there for 20 minutes and nothing. Wasted my lunch hour... Thanks...

If you’re looking for a business that is loyal to customers, then look no further. If ever there is an issue with anything, they will bend over backwards to make it right! Lots of products to choose from. Very clean and organized store. Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Excellent management! What can I say? I’m glad I found them!

Been going here for a long time too but my last two visits have been very different. First off, Phil was great and its a bummer to not see him there anymore. He was one of the main reasons that I came. I stopped in to grab my usual buy 3 get 1 free deal that has been going on for years and now they told me that I couldnt do that... no big deal, just a bummer. Then they have a closeout bin of juice with a sign that says $4... can I try them? Nope... ok... The kid rang me up and something didnt seem right. I look at the receipt and it says $4.99 for the closeout juice. I ask the guy why and he says they are $4... I stand there confused and I ask him why he is charging me $4.99 and he cant see the problem. Then he says its only $2 difference and Im like yeah, its my $2 though. Go get a GED and learn to add. This store use to be good. F this place.

Only vape shop I’ll go to. These guys are awesome and I always have a great time shopping here. Tyler especially helped me out with getting a new vape and was so helpful and patient and knowledgeable!! Great people and great shop! Absolutely love it there!

The guys who work here are really nice and down to earth guys, not stuck up and super professional like some other places ive been. they have the most juices in Athens, and better prices then even some internet sites. I love going there, and it is my new favorite store.

Been buying juice here for a LONG time and this last run in ruined everything. I went in looking for a mod id been looking at online to see if maybe they carried it. I thought I was being sold a Vapresso Target PRO kit for 129.99 which is already high but whatever. Would love helping the brick and mortors. But no. I get home to discover its the OLD kit that you can buy for 40 bucks! I immediately went back to the store and was given ZERO help. Sorry man. Thats the owners prices. No returns. Was all I was given. So now Im sitting here with a 40 dollar mod that cost me 129.99 plus tax... Oh and there batteries are overpriced and re wrapped efest Batts that DO NOT have safe amp ratings for mods. Will NEVER buy here again and will turn everyone away from this place I know. COMPLETE rip off.

I came by the store 2 weeks ago for a smok baby prince tank because my 1 yr old likes to through my vape. The man said he didn’t have any and began to tell me about how the old manager misplaced everything in all the wrong boxes..so he apologized and said he would order some that day. Well I went to Vape Dynamics off Atlanta hwy and they had what I needed. Well my 1 yr old got my vape again 😳 so I called today (2 weeks later) and he still didn’t have one single piece of glass for my tank 😠 I live in Oconee so this place is way more convenient.. but darn it they don’t have stuff in stock.

Awesome experience! Great, friendly and super helpful staff! Had problems with my Crown tank so I bought the Smok Cloud Beast and its a winner! Try the blue angel liquid. Yummy! Definitely my vapor shop from now on! Gonna drive all the way from Milledgeville just to shop there.

Prices are relatively fair. Guy working was chill and nice. If they get more inventory Ill go more often.

The first time I went I was able to try juices to see if I liked it before I purchased. However next few times they hand me the bottle to smell when I ask to try it. It is very disappointing, might as well buy online. I hated the juice I paid 16$ for.

Great place to buy vg and flavors to make your own juice and save a ton of money! However, they use to nic it up to your desired level at no extra cost, but now they charge you .25 cents per drop. That doesnt sound like a lot bit the bottle of VG is 120ml and to get it at 3% nicotine you nee a lot of drips. In the end it close to doubles the price of my purchase when only weeks before I got the exact same thing for half the price. I can see going up a little but to double it makes the whole purchase feel like more like a mugging! What changed so drastically in one week? O think you should have the price advertised somewhere which tells you how much more it will be to get it at the level you deaire rather than pricing it per drip. How do we know how much that will be when done especially when it can triple the price of the VG!Also I bought an Athena mod from you over year ago and it never worked. I brought it back the very next day and even bought it from the exact same guy. However, despite remwmbering my purchase and testing the mod his self and determining it faulty he would not exchange it for a new working one b/c I lost receipt/ REALLY????? You cant pull cc receipts up in computer or a til from the day before????? So I was and still am stuck with a brand new good for nothing $59 paperweight that pisses me off every time I look at it! I dont know any place they wouldnt exchange a purchase like that from the day before. That transaction is the epitome of terrible service!!! You all should be embarrassed.

I was very thankful to find Victorious Vapors in Athens, GA. I was in town for a wedding, and was trying to decide what vape shop to go to, and Im glad that I landed here! I was helped by Chris, the manager, as well as Kim, the assistant manager, and both exceeded my expectations. I went in to purchase a Smok Baby Beast Tank, and had mentioned that I wasnt too pleased with my current mod. Chris showed me the Smok Alien 220W and informed me that it comes with the Baby Beast Tank. I thought it was an incredible recommendation and we ended up getting the entire starter kit! He also helped us pick out some great flavors for e-juice, and we picked up some of the in-house juice (Blue Angel) which was absolutely delicious. On top of that, Kim was there to help me open and set up the new mod, as well as show me how the menus work. It was great service through and through, and I definitely recommend anybody who is looking for a vape shop in the area to check out Victorious Vapors.Both Chris and Kim clearly know their stuff and use the products on the daily.

I have been to several vape shops in the area today alone, and Victorious Vapors is by far the best shop I have been to in Athens.I was greeted promptly and politely as I walked into the store. I am the annoying customer that likes to browse and ask questions. The staff here handled my questions professionally and politely.The store offers a wide variety of juices and devices. If your looking for Voopoo, Smok, Geekvape, this shop has it. The only drawback is their selection of coils.Once again, great experience!

This is the best vape shop in Athens! I just switched to valuing a few days ago and purchased a Smok Alien from Chris at Victorious Vapors. He is the nicest man. He gave me a hour long tutorial on how to use a vape pen before I even left the store. All the employees are very professional and I highly recommend this vape shop to anyone.

I went in without much idea of what I was going to get for my vape pen. After some wonderful help, conversation, and vape education that I wasnt aware of, I left with a Stick V8 and some of the best e-liquid Ive ever tasted! Super happy and will definitely be coming back!

Bought a Smok Alien in December, seeing as this was my first vape I had a lot of questions: like how to charge it. I was informed that I should exclusively charge it on my PC, because that is the only safe way to do so. Well it broke in February, I assumed the batteries gave out so I went to another shop to get batteries. The store cleark asked how I was charging said device and I told him through the computer as I was told to do. He looked at me with profound bewilderment and he informed me that that was quite dangerous to do, for many reasons. After swapping the batteries for some new ones I was informed that the batteries that were suggested to buy were of suspect quality and could short out the mod. After fresh batteries were put in we learned that the mod was fried and most likely could not be returned, but it wouldnt hurt to ask the original shop that we bought it from. So off to Victorious Vapors I went. After arriving I went to the manager and told him my story, he swapped my old batteries for new ones saw that the mod was dead and told me there was nothing that he could do and that it was just a lemon and all I could do was send it off to Smok and hope that they fix it or send me a new one or he could sell me a new one for a discount. So, after receiving this more recent sales pitch I realized that they were simply trying to exploit more money from me. I would only suggest this store to someone I didnt like.

Not very impressed at all. Very limited hardware selection. Staff lately has been very pushy and doesnt seem to grasp that no thanks is polite way of saying no. I actively avoid going here even if it means an extra twenty minute drive.

Went here for the first time! Really nice selection and friendly customer service! Definitely will be back and is worth the extra drive from the east side. Also love the little shopping center that it’s in. Lot of nice restaurants next door!

This place has anything but low prices, crazy expensive mods that are $20-$40 over priced And some even double the price elsewhere for real not knock off mods. They people seem nice and the store looks nice, bad organization of merchandise makes it hard to look through. Font bother wasting your money or time here

Called up to ask some questions because I was trying to get information on costs of tanks and such because Ive got to quit smoking on a new job I was taking and the dumb kid kept saying, it all depends ,how about you come in here and we will discuss it more. Just seemed like he didnt he really didnt want to help me over the phone or give me any information so Ill be checking around elsewhere.

I was looking to upgrade my vaping from the basic e-cig to something more substantial. After reading some reviews, I decided to check out Victorious Vapors in Athens. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I got a 1100 MAH eGO Twist Variable Voltage Battery with a Horizon Tech Warrior Clearomizer. I like the quality of the build for the price. It will be hard to beat. VV also has a huge selection of juice, which is made in Augusta, GA. I was able to sample flavors without being rushed at all. I would definitely recommend a visit if you looking for a good vape shop in Athens.

Learned something new about my vape from the guys here. Been vaping for years and this place is great. Even cleaned up my unit for me after they changed the coil. Highly recommend.

They used to help me in there until i couldnt afford to buy all the time,and they never get juices in you suggest.They order all kind of samples that they like ,but when you mention something you like ,they say never.I went in with my sister to get her set up vaping and Hal didnt even get up to help her out.She has a brain injury and i was trying to help her out to stop smoking.He was very rude that day .He just sat at the the table and worked on his own mod the whole time we were there.The other girl that was in there working was eating and never bothered to help either.(not Kim).I will never go nack in there and I have spent over 700.00 in there in 1 month.Lost a good customer Scotty.😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Staff didnt know anything, prices are marked 30 to 60 dollars more than anyone else around here and the house juice is horrible quality. I think their juice is half water. Not what Id call a quality vape shop.

Was told they had no way to do returns through their register, yet it is a clover system and I used to sell and all clover systems are able to do direct returns. Clover is a high dollar POS. . . . Come on stop preying on people
