Thinks its okay to obstruct handicap spots multiple days in a row. Twice in two days I came to shop at Platos and I see this jerk in a handicap spot. I am disabled so having to walk from the other side of the parking lot wasnt fun. Not only that but vaping inside? Come on. As an ex vaper and an ex smoker, you give vape / head shops a bad name.
