Hands down the best shop I’ve ever been to. The staff is exceptional every single one of them. I would like to take the time to give a special shout out to Henery for listening to what I was looking for and actually got an order in and not just trying to sell me. If I ever open up a business, I hope I find a group like that. Those guys deserve a raise. Good help is hard to find and this shop found it. My favorite shop on the entire east coast.

One of the best equipped vape shops we have seen. Huge selection, clean and tidy store. The staff greets you warmly when you go in. We wanted an Elfbar and the young lady immediately showed us several and explained them. Very attentive and friendly. Anyone who buys here is in good hands. Gladly again.

Just stopped by here for the first time and had a great experience! Sean was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable with top notch service. He helped me pick out what I wanted. Definitely will be back as this is my new go to place.

Staff is helpful but the prices are inconsistent and all over the place. I understand a small mark up but sometimes they are well over 30% of retail and I cant understand why. I have been there several times over the years and have forgiven some of their past employees ignorance as well, but now the pricing is so inconsistent I wouldnt be surprised if they made up prices daily. I will look for another shop, as well as 6 friends I referred.

Extensive selection, open late, and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products. The only downside is that it is hell to find at night the first time around. Some signage on the street would help lead people from Central to the store.

Nice wide open space, reminiscent of an old renovated diner. Plenty of room to move around, their display cases are nice and big, everything is clearly out for the customer to see, the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Definitely one of my favorite vape shops to visit, check them out sometime.

My mother had just bought Sams Paradise Vapes juice Menthol Tobacco 3mg and within three days she had a seizure. My mom is in very good health and has never had any health problems. I do not have a problem with vaping but if it is not a actual brand do not sell it. The shop and people are great, just something in the vape juice caused her to have a seizure .

First time here, was impressed by the vast selection of e-liquid to choose from; service was meh. Second time visiting, had stellar customer service! Had a guy ask what I was looking for and made detailed, expert recommendations based off my answers. His name was Squirrel. Give that guy a raise, because I probably would’ve shopped elsewhere if it weren’t for him. Cheers, bro!

Excellent customer service and the house line is priced fairly. The place is open and has a good look. Has a decent amount of other popular vape flavors. The mods and tanks are current. Good testers for the flavors as well. Point system for purchases makes it worthwhile to be a repeat customer.

Went down to Atlanta with a friend of mine and we were looking for a vape shop while we were there. I didnt wanna leave! Asked if they could move to my home town, but no such luck. Great, friendly service and a great selection. Definitely recommended.

I came into the store today to purchase my first vape along with some other medicinal products. Beautiful set up and very clean! The staff was very friendly and informative. The guy set up the vape for me and showed me how to use it properly. He was super knowledgeable and helpful with choosing a product that was best suited for me.

Ok, 8:30PM night before a flight out and I have a vape emergency. I forgot my tank at home, so naturally, I panicked. Well, fortunately, Sams was open til 9, so I made my way from my hotel through a slightly seedy part of town and found it, no problem. I had no idea what to expect and I felt pretty dumb feeling a little nervous about the store. Walked in and found the place to be very well organized and stocked. The guy who helped me was super nice and found me exactly what I needed in about 10 seconds flat. He also recommended the Sams brand e juice (GA delight) which was great suggestion - I love it! So if youre traveling, in a pinch, or just close enough to stop by, I would defiantly give these guys a try. Thank you to Sams for great service and products!!

This was the second time i have visited a vape shop. The Owner Sam and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to sample and check out many products for free. The prices are good and I never once felt pressure to buy anything. I highly recommend this store. Keep up the good work!!

This is a excellent vape shop. Prices are right, and they have whatever you need. Hookah, vape, roll ups, and move. Squirrel is the coolest and will help you guaranteed. Plus they are open til midnight.

This was my 1st time in this store and they had a wide selection of vapes, accessories, CBD products, etc. One thing that caught my eye was a lighter they have up by the register that doesnt have a flame but more of an electrical charge that will light in the same way a typical lighter does. I did not purchase it but its one of those things that looks like it would be cool to have.

I have been coming to aSams shop for about a month now. Ive gone to other shops in the area and nothing compares to Sams. They have a great point program where you end up getting free stuff. Their house juices are delicious!! No lie as well as the premium juices. Great selection. Nhan is great! Informative and always willing to answer all questions. Definitely recommend you try them out. You wont be disappointed!!

My favorite vape shop. Their prices are some of the lowest in the area with quality products. I love the point system which gives you credits toward other merchandise every time you buy. I also like that the employees are knowledgeable about the products.

Im 54 and was interested in cbd for body aches and stress. I also was interested in vaping as a way to relax. Andrew was awesome and very patient with me and making sure I had a good module and did not try to pressure sell me the cbd oil but let me try a smaller sample so I would experience the effects before spending a bunch. the owner came later they were both really nice. I will definitely refer my mature friends!

The dudes at the Hapeville location were awesome to talk to and chill with they got me setup with a new mod and RDA they know their stuff so it was a pleasure talking with them the black guy especially (I dont remember ur name lol) and it seems like theyre always willing to help and work with u. They showed me a few things id never seen before and Ive been into this for awhile! It was my first time here and when Im in the Atlanta area these will be my go to guys for sure! I love this place!!!I walked in not knowing anything about vapes, but one thing I was certain of, was that I was tired of smoking cigarettes...Mo(?) took time with me and answered all of my questions...Every single one...He gave me his undivided attention for over 30 minutes, from explaining the pros and cons of different vapes to showing me which ones were easiest to use...I finally settled on the Aspire Breeze because of its ease of use and affordability...The customer service here is impeccable and I will be returning for the juices, a new device, and the service...Ive told all my friends that smoke about Sams and Im hoping that they make the change from smoking to vaping with me...Note to Sams: Please dont change...

The young lady working the counter was thourgh -awesome!5 Stars!The follow-up and to make on-line purchase and the manager promising me a call back!? 1 Star! Huge selection, bigger than youd think theyd have. You can get juice, water pipes, mods, pretty much everything youd want in a shop like this. Think Starship and a vape shop combined into one. Its worth checking out. Good prices as well.

The staff is cool, but come 30-1hr later than what the times says. They never open on time. A lot of people are turning around and leaving because they are always late.

When I first started vaping,they were very helpful of course because they were very eager to sell me a vaper pipe...lol When returned to get more coils and vape juice,not only did the guy give me the wrong coil,but juice also ???About a 3 months later I broke the glass on the top tank that holds the vape juice.I returned were I purchased the vaper,Sam the owner & his worker (Tall slim guy)that has a methhead look about him....lol I told Sam what happened,and the two of them looked at the vaper like it was something from out of space ??? Sam(the owner)said he never seen it or no longer has that brand !!! Ok,what about ordering what I need,I personally bought it from you ???? Then he says how about purchasing one of our newer models that came in today for $125 😀 Im not in the business of buying vapers everyother month...Will not be returning there...

Great customer experience, good choices in vapes, will instruct you on what to do if your a first time vape owner. Down side vapes and supplies are somewhat overpriced(supply and demand I guess) you can find better deals online, but other than that its a chill vibe.
