Excellent! Friendly, professional staff. Provided great service, truly DEEP muscle massage. Took care of so many knots and adhesions in my shoulders and lower back. So good, my sister and I have made it a monthly date.

I felt a huge cramp in my right shoulder and neck muscles coming on around noon today. By 1:30 I could barely hold my head up without excruciating pain. I headed for Relaxation at Auburn Mall next to Lids and Forever 21. Owen was waiting for someone to walk in and I became that guest. For $16 I received between 15 and 18 minutes of mid pressure massage and myofascial release. Every deep breath in embraced the stretching muscle, every breath out released pain, stress and worry. I am so grateful for the amazing bodywork I received. I truly believe that there is an untapped wealth of services in the small, Asian bodywork industry. I would love to have an hour of full massage at a beautiful spa every week. Not possible. I can, however, drop into Relaxation to have Owen release the mess trapped in my muscles during the 15 or 30 minutes that I can afford to indulge in self-care. Try this! You might feel the same way I do when your time is up!!!

I absolutely love getting a massage here. Only have 10 minutes? Get a chair massage. Well worth paying for a whole hour (or more). Always very friendly.

This is my boyfriend and Is favorite go to spot for massages. They never disappoint! Fred and his family are amazing and make you feel welcome and like you are part of their family. They will never turn you away, and go above and beyond to make sure they work out all of your kinks and knots! The pricing is very fair, and they give punch cards for $10 off after every 5th visit. Very kind people, professional, and talented!

Very affordable and Defintiely a DEEP tissue massage. Left feeling pain free! However the towels and blankets were a little rough.
