Tiffany is an amazing esthetician! She listens to my skincare concerns and tailors each treatment to target problem areas. Her sessions are incredibly relaxing, and she offers great skincare advice. Tiffany also does an exceptional job with my eyebrows, shaping them perfectly every time. I look forward to my monthly visits and highly recommend her to anyone seeking excellent skincare and eyebrow services.

Tiffany is an amazing esthetician. She is gentle, thorough, and really tailors your facial to your skin type/ needs. If I didnt live in NY, Id be booking once a month appointments.My massage with Sara was exactly what I needed. She is knowledgeable about anatomy and can give an incredible deep tissue massage (if you prefer). Many therapists agree to deep tissue but dont deliver.She also drapes for modesty asks about comfort, and warms her table!

Terrible experience and terrible customer service. I will never be back. A friend and I had been looking forward to our hydrafacial appointments that we traveled out of town for. Lindsey my provider had to stop in the middle of my facial and left the room because she “felt nauseous.” She was gone for at least 5-10 minutes before she came back in. When she came back in she did 2 minutes of work on my face and said she was finished. I have had a hydrafacial before so I know what it’s supposed to feel like after. My face did not have a glow/ feel hydrated whatsoever. Lindsey told my friend she would not be able to do her hydrafacial and that there was no one else there that could do her facial. The front desk was extremely rude and offered no remorse for the situation and did not do anything to make it right. When I told her my facial was not finished and that I felt like I shouldn’t pay full price for the service I got, she asked Lindsey if she had finished and of course she said yes and made me pay full price for a procedure I know was not completed. My friend who didn’t get her facial, did not get an apology or any gesture to make up for the situation. She was just told that she wouldn’t be charged for today (obviously she didn’t get the service done). Overall I left with a very bad taste and will never be back and will not recommend to ANYONE. **I would have put a zero star rating if it had let me**

My massage was wonderful. She worked in all my trouble spots and gave me some good health advice too. It was a great afternoon at the spa with 3 treatments thanks to a Christmas gift from my husband! I highly recommend!

The experience I had was really nice for the most part. The staff was sweet and the aroma and ambience of the spa was great. My pedicure was not the best I have ever had but it wasn’t terrible. I received the dazzle dry pedicure btw. I enjoyed the woman that provided my services though.Upon initially looking at my feet, I was pleased because I quickly glanced and it overall looked decent. However when I got ready to get up and I looked again, I saw that the paint job was messy. That brought my rating to a 3 star.

I scheduled a lash lift and had a misunderstanding of the time of the appointment. When they called to tell me that I missed my time, the girl on the phone was incredibly rude, I didnt get her name, she then went on to tell me that they would be charging me the FULL amount of my appointment even though I explained to her that I was mixed up on the times, there was even a appointment available right after but they said they could not reschedule me. She told me to email the manager, so I did, and I explained the situation and was on the way to what I thought was my appointment, the email I received back had no ounce of remorse, I was sent the terms and conditions and that they charged my card. After emailing back asking to reschedule, they did not respond. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and cannot imagine that a misunderstanding hasnt happened before. Do not recommend this business!!!!!

Being new to the area, I needed to find an eyelash extension place (I have had them for 10 years). They called and told me they were going to have to remove my old ones (which I understood). She was very sweet but $250 dollars later after tip…..my lashes didn’t look great. A week later, it looked like I had none. Two weeks later, I had none. I called and complained but the owner never called me back. It has been 3 1/2 weeks now and I will have to pay for a whole new set somewhere else. I would not have left a negative review if someone would have called me back and tried to make it right.

Emily is my favorite message therapist. I have visited her multiple times. I appreciate that she remembers what I like. when I ask, explains why I’m feeling whatever discomfort I’m feeling and how she’s addressing it. Every time, I leave relaxed and relieved. See you next time Emily!

Trying to enjoy a birthday massage while the masseuse caused constant stress by giving her opinion of my migraine treatment. She believes my neurologist is wrong and I should not take the medication he has prescribed me. Not relaxing at all. In fact, stressful.

This was my third visit as my wife and I have had couples massages. All three times I have had Emily and let me tell you she is absolutely incredible! She listens to my needs and applies extremely hard pressure which is actually hard to find in my experience. I left felling really loose and even said that I felt taller as I was standing more upright. My first experience with this spa was not all what I hoped it to be. I booked an appointment hours before the scheduled time and missed it. Not faulting them for that. I gave them a call at my earliest convenience and found I was charged for the services booked. I was under the impression at rescheduling that the charge was going towards the new scheduled time. No, when I got to that appointment I had to pay additional money which resulted to me paying twice for one service. When I got home I then realized that my skin had been ripped off on my bikini line.

My experience here was not that best. I am disappointed because I was really looking forward to finding a new esthetician in the area. I booked the appointment online for their Spa 180 facial which I thought included microdermabrasion and dermaplaning, the works. When I came in, the atmosphere was amazing and relaxing. The receptionist was very sweet and accommodating. I did not have to wait long. The esthetician that was doing my facial came out and greeted me. She was very sweet. I went into the room and she did a quick little consultation about my skin concerns. I explained to her my concerns and what I wanted out of this visit. We both agreed on a microdermabrasion and dermaplaning for my service as apart of the 180 facial. I could not relax once she started the service because she kept trying to up sell me products and services. It made me feel uncomfortable and like she was more after money than providing just a good guest experience. I explained to her what my skin likes and what I have found that works best for me and she sort of started arguing with me saying what I have been doing was wrong. I explained to her what I have been using has worked very well and I have had clear skin for several years now, but she proceeded to suggest other products and educate me making me feel like I did not know anything about my face. When she was performing the dermaplaning, she was bearing down on my face very hard and it was sort of painful which has never happened to me during dermaplaning. She nipped me a little bit around my lip. I just ignored the whole situation thinking maybe what she was doing was the right way. After that, she left for a little bit while I sat under light therapy. I thought next would be the microdermabrasion, but she put sunscreen on me and said ok we are done! I asked her that I thought we were doing the microdermabrasion too. She said she was sorry and thought we discussed different, but during the consultation I wanted both and we both agreed on both. I also booked it all online for both. I was so excited too so it was a big let down because I have waited weeks for this appointment and thought I would come out with new skin, new spa, and a new esthetician. She did not suggest to proceed with the microdermabrasion, but just changed the subject and kindly ended the service and let me change back in the room while she waited at the check out counter. I did not want to make a scene so I went with it. When I checked out she had a lot of products at the counter and I felt pressured. I declined them because I love the products I am already using. I just wanted a nice upkeep facial, not a whole new skin care artillery. She took some off of my bill because of the microdermabrasion miscommunication which was a good call. I thought to myself, well, next time will be better. So, I rebooked with her and just told myself I would be more firm about what I wanted out of my next visit because I really liked the place. Later that night, my skin felt a little tighter, but I did not think anything of it. The next morning my skin was red, I had these tiny, odd blisters around my face. I googled my reaction and a lot of images of bad reactions to dermaplaning came up and they looked like my specific reaction. I was so upset because out of all the dermaplanings I have gotten, this has never happened. My skin is still recovering. I had to buy special products for sensitive skin to help sooth and heal this and it has, but my texture is really weird now and I hope it gets back to normal soon. Just a huge let down. I am unsure if it was her bearing down too hard on my face or a product she used or both, because I normally do not have reactions to beauty products. I feel like I wasted $90. I will not be back.

I have been to 180 Wellness Spa regularly now for several. They are welcoming and give excellent care! Emily is my regular massage therapist, and she gives a great massage and makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend 180 Wellness Spa!

A few years ago. I received a $300 gift card. When I called to schedule. I ask if any workers were educated in psoriasis. Since I do suffer from this. The lady told me no. And would not refund the gift card.Psoriasis are very common. Anyone working with skin should know this.They just keep the money and I got no services. I cant use uneducated employees for skin!

Typically get waxed and my lashes tinted and lifted.I am always tended to in a timely manner and a professional job is always done. I’ve recommended to my friends and they’ve had a great experiences as well. I normally see Katie but have seen Brittany as well—both do great jobs

I’ve come for massage, nail and facial care. The service is always great! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and very clean. I think the prices are very reasonable even as a student on a budget.

4 people stood there looking at me not one took the time out to make me feel well and acknowledge a misunderstanding. I’m working on every level to file complaints on this company. They allow booking within 24 hours( last minute bookings) but don’t allow cancellations in the same window. Hadn’t been 24 when the appoint was booked. Canceling within the same time is plausible. Even if not if that seems to be a misunderstanding with 4 people standing there someone could have said something

I have received many facial and massage treatments here. They are always professional and fantastic. I feel comfortable and relaxed and have been pleased with all my services.

Very frustrating! Paid over $100 to get my lashed permed and within 3 hours after a long painful process (my eyes were red for 24 hours after the treatment), my lashes fell flat and looked awful. I called 180 spa to tell them what had happened and they offered that I could come in for a free service...in 6 weeks. So my lashes have looked horrible for the last 6 weeks and finally i called them to reschedule and they want to charge me full price. Tried to talk to multiple people on the phone but nobody was helpful or understanding. Guess I need a new lash and facial place, I feel completely cheated out of my money.

Got there about 15-20 mins before my appointment & walked out the door like 6 hrs later. Super accomodating, friendly & attentive the entire time. If youre in need of some pampering or a simple pick me up, this is the place to go. Cant wait to go back. Thanks ladies for giving me that boost Ive needed & getting my holiday started off right.

Subpar facial. The person doing my facial wasn’t ready and had to leave to get supplies in the middle, I was left in the room for 10 minutes with lights on and told to relax, the facial ended with a thick tinted moisturizer (which is more makeup than I normally wear), which seemed odd after spending an hour “cleaning” my skin. It was absolutely not relaxing and I left with my skin redder and dryer than when I entered.

I love Peggy. A petite lady with a heart of gold and the hands of a magician. Peggy has the magic touch.Firm enough to work out the kinks, but not to cause soreness later.
