Mikey the gentleman behind the counter was a pleasure to do business with. I came in to buy a drip tip and left wanting to buy a lot more items. What a cool guy 👍 I like supporting local businesses and this is one Vape Shop thats earned my support. Ill be back soon for some swag Ive had my eye on!

Worst vape shop ever sold me two year old juice and wouldnt give me a refund. After I literally just bought it. It was super dark and moldy looking on the inside and he still refused to give me my money back. This store is trash and I cant believe the FDA actually keeps you open I will be reporting you.

All the guys are really nice. They knew I loved the apple elf bar and got me the last one for free after they were discontinued. Just remembering me and my preference just goes to show how good this place is. Great selection of disposable vapes. I highly recommend Funky Republic brand!Anytime a vape doesn’t work as long as you keep the receipt within 24 hours I believe (which they remind you of every time) they will refund. I’ve been refunded every time there was a factory defect for the vape. Had to add this after seeing the other reviews.

I have been purchasing from this shop for years. Everyone here is super friendly and I have great conversations with all of the workers. They are very knowledgeable and I never leave there with any unanswered questions.

Worst experience I stopped by at this vapeshop First time, coming I felt UnwelcomeEmployees were very rude not helpful I asked them some questions wasnt getting aresponse back. Multiple employees started coming out and staring at me like if I was going to steal I was poorly mistreated.

I have been here twice and both times I went I felt very unwelcome and like any questions I had about products was somehow a burden. They also didnt stand by their products when I tried to return and had to buy a new vape just after I left the store like 2 minutes prior. Didnt even get in my car and had to get back in line 10 minutes and not even a be right with you or anything?? I couldnt return it after purchase and they never showed me how to use it. The person seemed offended when they said, you didnt even read the directions? Like noo I dont know how to read. Thats why I shopped here. Then my dumbest came back. I dont even want to talk about her. Just say, sorry I was waiting when you opened.

Great Juice, good atmosphere, most of the employees are really cool.. Except the heavy set blonde kid that drives a Ford Focus. Worst customer service Ive ever seen in my life. He was too busy bragging and talking down on the business to have time to let me sample juice, and when he finally did, he made a statement about the store and the customers being trashy and annoying and continued to treat me like a nuisance. I spend a lot of time and money at this store, but whenever I see his car parked outside, I keep driving.

Ive always liked visiting this store. I havent been in for at least a year. Im not sure why Ive abandoned this store, but its now back as my #1 vape shop.

Great employees explained everything to a new person and a older customer. Was not out to just make money on one sale, but a sale to have a customer for life. I explained my lack of technical usage and team helped me step by step. Trying to quit smoking go here and you will. I came from ellensburg and the vibes and coolness of people working really made the experience better. They were so great and I definitely left happy. We bought a vape and some juice and honestly.... The best vape store Ive ever been to in terms of service and price

Excellent shop!!!All the newest equipment and A huges juice selection. Every time Ive been to the shop the guys there have been very nice and knowledgeable. I just recently went there to buy a new tank and ended up walking out with the MUTANK by indulgence. Joe is The guy I deal with every time I go there, hes extremely sharp and knows everything about the business and the vape equipment, hes one cool cat and will definitely take very good care of you.

I love this store! I have been a regular customer for several years. Their prices on E juice and mods are pretty good but their prices on mods have gone up significantly. The owner blames taxes from China but I really dont think so.

After shopping there for about 2 to 3 years, and usually having a good experience, I will never go back after today. Paid $49 for a new vape, plus over $100.00 for oil and 2 weeks later, the charging port fell apart. Took it back as soon as I could, and was told because it was 17 days instead of 14 days, they wouldnt do anything to help. I explained that I had spent hundreds of dollars at their store over the years and went out of my way to go there, and asked to speak to manager. He called I vape north, and that person was rude and told me he was in charge and he wasnt going to play the blame game and it was passed the 14 days so it was my problem and told me I should have bought a better product. They sold me that product!!! Was very disappointed with their customer service to say the least. They didnt seem to care that I told them I would never come. In my opinion they sell inferior products and have horrible customer service

Ive always had good experiences here. Theyre friendly & courteous. The only thing i dont like is their prices are high on some things. Like vape coils are twice what i pay for them online. Other than that theyre a good store if you need vape stuff.

Harrison always remembers my name and flavor preferences!Ive found myself driving past other stores just to come here. No matter who is working they know their stuff but more importantly they care about the customer experience and making sure every customer gets what they want or need. Ive never felt pressured to buy something here unlike other shops that will push a specific brand and say that everything else is trash.All of my co-workers come here for their vape needs because i-Vape is doing it right.

LOVE this place & these guys. Christian doesnt work here anymore which sucks, but its still a great place. The manager is cool, the selection is great, the prices are seriously amazing, and theyre constantly adding new inventory (both juice & hardware). This is the only place Ill go for any & all of my vaping needs. I truly cant recommend them enough!Like most vape stores, they have a rewards/points system. Its decent, but like all vape stores, its nothing really special. Its as simple as: each $1 spent is 1 point, & every 100 points gets you a $5 off coupon to use whenever you want.They have great discounts on slightly larger purchases, however, which are really amazing. Buying three of any kind/size of juice bottles gets you 10% off your whole purchase. I always utilize this...I go in, buy 3 60ml bottles, and typically only spend $50-$60, depending on which brands I get & if I also use my points for $5 off. The best part is that the 10% discount comes first, before your points/rewards are applied, saving you a lot of extra money. They have a couple other similar types of discounts for coils, tanks, mods, etc., but the 10% off juice is the one I always use & am familiar with.Okay, Ill shut up now! :)

I did not have any problems with the service till this week. The person that sold her a new mod, did not have her try it out to see if it was the one for her and it is not working for her we were told we could exchange it within 14 days with the receipt. So when we did take it in the exchange it we got to run around by another person who said it was just a faulty coil then he said he would exchange it in 2 days if its still leaking. Needless to say shes now turned off by using a vape and wants to go back to smoking so this is not the store for you you are a new person to vaping.

I mostly shop at the south store on Auburn way and 12th. Everytime i go in the shop I have gotten class A service. The employees are very polite and patient. They are always willing to share helpful information. The prices are fair, and the atmosphere is great.Update 9/13/15The customer service from the ivape staff has remained just as good as the first time they helped me. The staff has been very helpful and patient helping me learn how to make coils and maintain my vape gadgets. I will continue to shop solely at this shop. A lot of the other shops that I have been in where usually dismissive, and preoccupied with their own vape products. This has never happened at a local Ivape store.

Bought a juice that leaked out before I even had a chance to open it. The seal hasnt even been broken, the bag is covered in the juice and they refused to at the very least give me a new bottle. I just forked out money for a juice I didnt even get to use. I will not be returning to this place.

They have good prices and staff is friendly and helpful. Ive been a customer since the store opened and Ill keep going there for my vaping needs. :)

Employee was extremely generous to open store again instead of going home for the night so I could buy coils for my vape! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS VAPE SHOP!! Employees are always so helpful and very nice! I wont go anywhere else! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This place is in a league of its own. Best selection of premium juice, top of the line equipment and most importantly the staff is extremely well trained and knowledgeable. This is the only Vape shop I go to. Keep up the great work guys!

Great shop. SteLLaR customer service! Seriously if you vape... this shop is definitly worth a drop in. Theyve got a wide selection and the manager Christian is quite knowledgeable, and makes sure every person has a positive experience even if you didnt spend a dime, and he trains his staff to do the same.

Despite what i have wrtten below if you manage to come to IVape while Chritian is working you will get great conversation and great customer service😀....have been going here for over a year, on several occasions i have been given the wrong coil. This evening Dec 9 i was given the wrong coil again. Called and explained situation to the guy on phone that i needed somebody to get new coil for me and i could bring the wrong one in tomorrow. The guy refused....Lost a long time customer over a $4.00 coil.Disgusted

First time coming to this store and had a cool little conversation with the Staff, very nice people, got me taken care of, definitely coming back

No return policy. Bought a tank, used it once, it puked all over then they told me i couldnt return it or exchange it, not even two hours later, because there was no manufactures defects. Good guys but the service today just reverted me back to cigarettes. Thanks guys!

The lady who helped me was AWESOME! This place has a great selection. First thing I asked was for ModFuel and she had it! Its so hard for me to find Taffy Man or ModFuel ANYWHERE! I live in South Hill and I drive to I-Vape just for the juice, OH and single coil purchases too. Keep kickin ASS I-Vape!

Great experience, I came in with a completely broken atomizer(no coil or glass) . My visit took 5 minutes and it was up a running new glass, new coil, and new juice.

Staff were very helpful my boyfriend and I both got new vapes and tried some new juices. They were perfect!

They know what there doing and if they have junk products, they tell you its junk. Great rewards program, and they welcome you every time the you walk thru the door, no matter how many people are in there.

In my experience, they’re CRAZY expensive compared to other vape shops over here that I’ve gone to. Unless it’s absolutely necessary for me, I’ll never be going back to ivape.

I have been there 3 times there is a girl that works there thats pretty friendly but the guy it is just arrogant and not very knowledgeable .I bought a brand new vape pen Andrea new 18650 battery charger both of them did not work out of the box then return them and swap it out for new ones.
