Millenium Smoke Shop

Myself and my brother went in for a nicotine free vape pen. We asked some questions about the selection they had and what was in them. We got the Georgia peach flavor It was $30.We got home opened it, tried it and there was an extreme menthol flavor almost overpowering the peach flavor. Nowhere on the box did it say its had menthol. The store associate also didnt say anything about the product having menthol.We we went back to return, got told we should have tried it in store because they only do returns before you leave their store. At no point were we told to try the product before leaving the store and that that was their policy for returns.My brother asked to talk to the manager he wasnt in, he then asked to speak with him on the phone she said that she wasnt allowed to do that. In the end she would not do the return. I do not recommend the smoke shop to anyone. We should have gotten a lot more information than we did about the return policy and also the additional menthol flavor in their nicotine free vape pens.

I bought one of the quitting vapes and nowhere on the box.Did it say it hadnt menthol in it.I Tried to return it and was told after the fact, that I needed to have smoked it in the store, and then return it. Once you leave the store no returns. I was told none of this at purchase. Then I was told Too bad thirty dollar mistake. I stayed calm and nice the entire time, and was still treated terribly as a first time customer. P.S It was my first time buying one of these vapes.

My boyfriend and I are visiting from slc, ut and oryan (dunno if thats how its spelt) was a total sweetheart! Super informative and helped saved us an hour drive to another smokeshop! Would highly recommend!

I have been getting my Disposable vapes and also Salt Nic from the Auburn locations for the last 4 months. They have a huge selection of flavors. I didnt realize that you get points for each vape that you buy until i got an email from them saying I had points to redeem. I used the points and only paid $8 for my new vape. I will continue to get my vapes through them and tell my friends about them.

Theres way too much to even say because Ive been letting everything that happened go, but it started a few months ago when I drove my girl down to millenium for a vape. I waited in the car, but after about 10 min I hear a man screaming violently. I walked in to see this guy with greasy long hair screaming violently at my girlfriend. And hes doing this in front of other customers of his. All because the vape she ordered they didnt have, and she asked if she could choose a different vape. He said no drive to roseville. I found out later that he was full of it.

The website is easy to navigate. There are a lot of different flavors and different types of vapes. The purchasing process is very quick and easy. Inventory is accurate. Thank you!

Not the biggest, not the most expansive collection, but I would say the best quality hardware and the most helpful and knowledgeable staff. I walked away from there with a wonderful little setup that was suggested by the clerk. Good show good show gubnors!

I highly recommend this store for your Kratom & Vape needs. I have been a customer for years now and got knows how much time and money Ive spent here. I love how they have a rewards system that really adds up. Theres been some bad and good employees over the years but the manager Nick is always there for the shop & customers. Nick provides excellent service along side knowledge. He has a great worth ethic and is a genuine person.

Im changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars because of Nick, he is the BEST asset your store has and hes kept my business here for years. Ive spent thousands of dollars here and nick is the only reason I keep spending my money here when I could order wholesale online for half the price. You go Nick! Youre awesome.

Dont go here! It is worth making the trip to the Riverside location. Been in twice in the last 2 months both times had a bad experience with staff. The guy with the painted nails was super rude and tried to rush me out, to the point I told him I will go to the Roseville location to brouse since it seems i am a problem. The other time it was a heavier set brunette women that wouldnt take her eyes off her phone and acted like I was a nuisance. I have nothing against Millennium, I love the Riverside and the Grass Valley locations. I definitely recommend driving to one of those locations.

Part art gallery, part smoke shop, It is worth the trip. The staff are super friendly. They have something for every budget, but be prepared to be blown away but some of the high end pieces. Easy parking.

My first visit to the store, they have a nice supply of goods. the man helping me was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient!

Would have given more stars if they sold bags of tobacco and the tubes so you can roll your cigarette s. They sell lots of pipes and bongs. They are very friendly.

I went in asking for a specific thing and left spending like $80 then it was useless because they gave me the wrong products The employees that were working were not too experienced..... But there are plenty of smoke stops to go to hopefully they can fix their issues.

It was great to walk in and be greeted by a friendly face who answered my many questions. Nice shop.
