This place sold me counterfeit products that put my lungs in such horrible shape. It hospitalized me for a week. I still have trouble breathing and when I contacted the real manufacturer of the product they said they were for sure counterfeit and they are trying to get them out of the market, do not buy anything that says death Row cannabis from them. I went in to try to get a refund and the guy looked straight at me and used vulgarity and I decided to walk out of the store and team up with death row cannabis and we are now starting a lawsuit against this company for distributing counterfeit products that are actually soap. I spent the money to have it tested and it is goats milk soap. All I wanted was a refund and the product taken off the shelves, instead I got vulgarity so I might give them one last chance to give me a refund because I still have all of the product that way it can be taken to court in the lab test can be shown and then it can be retested at Court. Sorry guys you lost my $200 of business a month. Have fun smoking oh no, I mean, bath soap! Places like this are the exact thing that is going to ruin legalization.

This company sells counterfeit products. I have all the lab results and contacted the real manufacturer of the products and they said that they are counterfeit and they Passing legislation in order to get rid of these bad actors who are ruining legalization for everyone. My lawyer states they have two weeks to respond to cover the hospital bills where I sat with a collapsed lung for 2 weeks.

This is my favorite smoke shop in the world! They have a great selection of products and the employees are always very knowledgeable about their products and kind to the customers. I always come in with a bunch of questions and they are always helpful and patient while helping me pick out the right product. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks guys!

Got a concentrate pen, or so I thought. I didn’t even pull out the parking lot and I asked the guy to just exchange and I’ll pay the difference and he stated “it’s your now after you paid for it” no exchange no refund. It would be nice if that was stated or there was a sign. Went to hippie street and the ladies hooked me up and they have an exchange policy. They where also knowledgeable on the items they sold!

Been shopping here for a couple years at this point. Constantly stocked on product and Stevens been a huge help with all sorts of stuff. Had a problem with coils burning too fast when I upgraded to a mod system and worked with me for damn near a month until we found a solution (turns out I needed a tank that saturates the coil more due to how heavy I hit). We tested other mods, other tanks until we found what worked. The guy is extremely helpful and extremely friendly every time I come in.

The dude I talked to was really rude after I waited in the lobby forever and a day. But I don’t care about that whatever. I asked him about a product and he made me feel really stupid I don’t know I don’t work there. He just acted like he didn’t want to talk to me or deal with anyone. Everyone has bad days but I definitely will not be back. I didn’t even want the vape I got but I was to embarrassed to ask anymore questions.

This smoke shop is genuinely my favorite. The staff is so good and open minded. I feel welcome every time I come in. Steven and Heather are both amazing people!

Would not buy from them they dont stand behind their products bought a charger it stop working in about one month and said I would have to buy another one would not exchange it out

Outstanding management hands down!!! Theres this magnificent lady named Autumn that basically lives there shes ALWAYS on the clock!! I swear that lady can read minds... as soon as I walk-in she already knows what I want / always keeps my product in stock. She has truly made them my 1 stop vape shop. I wish more businesses had people that care for there customers the way she does. She is truly blessed!!

This is the first CBD shop I’ve ever been to and the workers weren’t really cool to talk to. There’s usually a little small talk or they’ll tell you about what products are most popular, but this is my second time going to this shop and not really wanting to spend money with them because the customer service just sucks. I’m not sure if the working was having a bad day, but her vide wasn’t welcoming at all. The product I got was good. But I’m definitely going to find somewhere else to spend my money.

I have been trying to find a Vape shop that carry 10,000 disposable vape. We went and the owner has the disposable vape.I asked him if he carries anything for animals that have separation anxiety (I have 2 dogs and 1 will not stop barking when I leave).He did carry CBD for animals, I gave my dog one tablet and it worked. I highly recommend going to Smoke Buddy

I was sold a vape pen from the display so that I could get the color I wanted (Thank you kind Woman) but once I got home, the button fell off. Oh well, that’s an honest mistake. I went back the next day and the same woman was working. I explained what happened and she took a look and quickly and without question replaced my pen. I get home, everything works fine, I go to charge said new pen, and voila, it won’t charge, the charge port is pushed up a bit and the charging light won’t charge. I felt bad about returning but I was impressed with the customer service. I went back, a man was working, I explained what happened and that I’d been here two days prior with similar issues. He told me the pen wasn’t working and it was my fault and there was nothing he could do. I asked for a replacement and he denied me and kept telling me it was my fault the pen was not working. He was short and rather rude with me and I won’t be purchasing anything else from him.

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees always know exactly what I need and take care of me more than any shop I’ve been too. The manager Kaleb helped me out with some problems I had with a vape I purchased from them with 0 problems. I give it a 10/10 and this will definitely be my only vape store from here on out.

Bro I’d been going to Da Gallery/Hippie St for 15 years, but they were closed on Thanksgiving so I stopped in here… I feel so bad betraying my buddies down the street, but the quality honestly doesn’t even kind of compare…Dude who runs it knows his stuff, too, so just be honest lol

Every time I go in it’s like I’m talking to a bunch of friends. They will help me with the right product if I don’t know to much about. Kaleb goes into great detail with each product and makes sure I know what I’m getting before I buy it! I don’t even go to hippie st or da gallery anymore.

This might have been the worst smoke shop experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left the girl did not get off her phone once. Obviously didn’t want to be there and obviously didn’t want to help me.
