Best shop I’ve ever been to and the guy working, Brandon, is the man! Couldnt ask for better customer service and on top of that, the great prices! Brandon was working my first time in. I walked in 5 minutes before closing. I expected to be rushed but instead, I was welcomed in and he patiently helped me find flavor that I can enjoy and answered all my questions. Go see for yourself. 10 out of 5 starts 👍🏼

Happened on this place while passing through town and using Google maps to find a place nearby.Its a really cool vape shop with a great vibe and friendly, helpful people.Theyve also got a very decent selection of juices and mods.If you live in the area and theyre not your regular place, you need to switch. And if youre passing through town and need supplies, you need to stop in and check them out.

Absolutely love the staffThey are very knowledgeable about all their inventory and will answer any questions you may have. They helped me pick out a new tank when mine got damaged.

These guys are great. Here is what I observed about this place.It’s clean.They take pride in their store and appearance.I liked their shelves that they built and the how straight and organized the shelves were, including their vape bar ( I assume that’s what it is)They’ve been nothing but nice and helpful. This is the only Vape shop in the Opelika/Auburn area that I actually enjoy going to. They always have my products stocked. (meanwhile, everyone else is out.) Great place! My first visit was Wonderful. The staff was friendly and I was serviced almost instantly, even with the lounge packed with 15+ customers. I was offered many different samples & was treated with the same friendly service from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out. Im extremely pleased! My sisters introduced me to this place and I’ve got to say Vapenjays consistently provides the best customer service experience- not just for a vape shop but any business. They’re always friendly, helpful, and laid back in a way that really helps to sooth my social anxiety..Even the fellow customers are always pleasant! I’ve only ever bought juice and coils there but I can tell from speaking to Jay that he’s knowledgeable and confident in the products he sells.. but honestly- it’s the atmosphere that keeps me going back.

The owners are people that truly care and are passionate about the industry they are in, the fellow vaper, and especially those that want to quit smoking. I live in TN and had to search everywhere for a specific liquid that is no longer made since the PMTA bill. Im very attached to it and couldnt find it anywhere until finding a few bottles online @ VapenJays. I called to ask a question and he called me back very quickly the same night. Then after putting my order through, I realized I did something wrong....had to call back and he fixed my mistake and sent my order the next day. Very nice people and really helpful!

I’ve personally been dealing with Meghan and Jay for almost 3 years and you can’t ask for better people they are very friendly and will go through great lengths to get you set with the right device for your vaping skill level and it doesn’t stop there! They will also make sure you know how to properly use it and if you haven’t tried their juice line the Amish collection do so because it’s hands down some of the very best on the market

VapenJays has a unique line of flavors that everyone will enjoy. Great customer service, and they push to save vaping through education. They take the time to recommend exactly what youre looking for, instead of whats just going to make them the most money. 10/10 will always return.

I have yet to be to the brick and mortar store but their liquids are amazing! All A+ flavors. You definitely need to check them out. You will not be disappointed and customer service and advocacy education is always top notch.

Better than most, at least they know what they talking about and seem to know their products. But they have a cocky full of themselves attitude that kinda put me off. I did like the juice they recommended and of course more expensive than online but well thats expected from a BM.

I have ordered from Vapenjays previously and product is amazing. Jay and Meghan are amazing. They ship your orders promptly. I got mine within a couple of days. I honestly have not bought juice from anyone since I received my product from Vapenjays. I recommend them and their products very highly. They have always answered my questions completely and if they couldnt they gave me ways to find the answer or got back to me with the answer. They are absolutely amazing business people to deal with wouldnt want to deal with anyone else. They are trying to help smokers get off the cigarettes, and honestly though Im still a work in progress, I hit my mod more with their products then anyone else. Been vaping since 2015 and this is hands down the best shop Ive ever been in and Ive lived in Tulsa OK, Columbus GA, Boynton Beach FL and West Tennessee. Best Vape juice you can buy.

First off, the owner here is knowledgeable and very helpful. When I first came to this shop as a relatively new vaper about a year ago he always got me squared away. The only issue I have had is the last two times I have been to the shop I have been given the wrong coils by one of the employees. The first time I asked (about two weeks ago) for an x-baby coil from smok and got the baby version. Not a big deal since I had a tank for it and it could have just been a misunderstanding. The second time I came in I had my tank in hand and asked for the appropriate coil for it (tfv8 x-baby) and got a coil that I thought was correct when looking at it. I got home and realized it was the tfv8 v8-x4 coil used for the Cloud Beast tank which I do not own. I have chosen in the past to go to the shop since it was always a quick and great experience but lately it has been a bit disappointing. I dont expect the employees to know everything about every device out there but I came in previous times and always got the right coil. I used the TFV12 Prince tank (X-Priv, now broken) for months so I forgot the names of my other tanks and coils but didnt think much about it when I went for hardware for my other vapes. I will definitely go back to the shop here and there but I will make sure to know exactly what I need in advance before going in. Smoks terminology for their tanks is likely the main cause for this issue.

I love walking into Vapenjays. Im always greeted if not like family, like a welcomed friend. Everyone is always so kind and I always feel right at home in the shop. I go in every once a week or so to change my coil because lord knows I cant do it myself, and theyre always so happy to help in the shop. When in Auburn (I have two homes), I only trust my business with Vapenjays.
