Glen, Jim, and Daphne are amazing. This place is kind and caring in their service. I had come in new to all aspects and was looking for something to meet specific issues. Jim was absolutely sweet and made it so much more comfortable and him just listening and showing understanding to be was soRefreshing.

I come to this location in Aurora all the time and never been disappointed. The employees are always so helpful and nice but the only thing is that I wish around 5 rush hour they have more employees up front kuz there will be times that Ive waited for 20 minutes and I put my order online and there would be only 2 employees up front and I ask wheres the rest employees at and they say oh on lunch or break...well I know one thing is if I owed that shop no one at rush hour would be able to take breaks especially when there is a line. Just saying, but other than that I love the employees and the store...

This is the best spot to pick up in the area, bar none! Every time Ive come in the environment is so upbeat and welcoming. The location is clean, the lines are never too long, and every person is incredibly knowledgeable. Faith took care of me today and she did a spectacular job suggesting products that I already love! I cannot emphasize how great this spot is!

NuEra has been on the come up! They offer great deals! Daphne has helped me out quite a few times when I’ve been in. She’s great! Cute bubbly personality and she always seems like she remembers everyone. Very helpful and always pleasant. The entire staff is great! A pretty great selection, but the customer service is always above and beyond. I was even gifted a Yocan evolve pen on my 4th or 5th visit. Their website also provides really clear information on the products, which is very helpful when finding edibles. Check out the deals as well. They always have something you will like on sale or part of a deal.

Its great to have such an awesome dispensary local to me. Every time I go, greeted with a cheerful smile and a bud tender eager to help! Theres been a couple times that a product was sold out when I got there after placing an online reservation and they more than made up for the mishap. Great customer service!! I went to nuera aurora and they were very helpful especially Kiara. she helped me find some sleep gummies for me and my grandpa, she has great energy and a bubbly personality not to mention how knowledgeable she was about edibles and terpenes and what we should purchase. Can’t always trust their online system. They are doing fake advertising. Currently showing inventory on a great deal for 14 grams. Pick up time is after 3. I was about 10 mins away from the place and they call to advise they do not have in stock and just apologize for the inconvenience. They can’t do anything for the inconvenience. 👎🏾👎🏾

Everytime, I come in, the staff at the register is helpful and always smiling. FAITH IS AWESOME! Ive never seen her unhappy or in a mood. I tell her what Im looking for and Im happy every time!!However.....The lady that sits at the desk with the GREEN hair is RUDE. Ive been coming to this location for over a year and Ive never (ever) experienced such attitude! I gave her my id and she snatched it. When I asked her why, she mumbled under her breath. I ignored her bc I dont argue with ignorant people! Then, when I got to the register, I found out that she didnt even ck me in bc I wasnt coming up when I got to the register!HIRE BETTER STAFF bc green hair needs to work as in a non customer facing job!!! She is terrible!!!! Even when they have men working at the desk, they are cordial and smiling! Not Green Hair!If she wasnt working at this location, Id give ALL 5s!

Different prices online order and when I tried to show the rep, I felt like I was rushed out because it did suddenly get busy tried to email to ask what happened with all that to figure out what was the issue for my next potential visit. Its been over a week. No reply. Sad

This place has terrible new management. It has gone down hill really fast. Literally robbing customers then telling them to send an email about it with no ability to tell customers the time frame of when they can expect to hear back from the email. Crooks, complete crooks. I hope your dispensary fails. I hope cloud 9 market96 aura light, ivy hall, Verilife and consume ruin you.

I went to this dispensary, drove 30 minutes only for them to tell me they don’t ACCEPT FEDERAL MILITARY ID’S …….. I won’t come back here cause I use this ID at every dispensary that I go to, she turned me around and everything without even trying to manually put it in the system.

Cesar Espinoza and his team do an amazing job here!!! They know their stuff and they know what questions to ask to get you exactly what you want when you leave out the door!! I highly recommend shopping with them. The whole crew is a great vibe. The store is always clean and managed very well. I had got here before closing and didn’t even realize it and they didn’t even rush me out the door. They were so kind to continue to help me figure out what it was. This is the only dispensary I can find that Double Baked Cake and I am and have been a medical patient for 5 yrs now so I get 20% off plus my $15 off. Not too bad for a recreational dispensary. They have a lot of great strains. Rise is cracking me up w one of their menus Lake in the Hills has 540 flowers on its menu. Yet NuEra has the BEST STRAINS on their menu at only 200 total , and gives medical patients discounts. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Dispensary NuERa ! Fantastic atmosphere too.

Walked in and it is decent size and very easy to get into. The guy that helped us was super cool and recommended a preroll to try. He was knowledgeable on what we were talking about and I went in for 2 disposables and he knew exactly what I was talking about. Very quick too I think total time in there was maybe 15 min if that. This place has been a blessing. My girlfriend and I visited this location as opposed to Zenleaf, which weve been going to for over 2 years due to familiarity. It was closer, but new so we were hesitant. The ID process was already seeming to be a step above in regards to making you feel welcome. We were called over by Tyler, our new best friend. Tyler did an amazing job in giving cannabis advice, financial advice, and life advice. I actually left in a better mood than I had been and it was not because of what I purchased. I took a bit of a ride to NuEra in Aurora for 1 reason. Grassroots Ray Charles Sugar. Id pay Rec. prices for this strain as a Medical patient. I purchased this on 9-1. When I got home I saw the box said expires 10-24-23. I opened the jar and no scent, very dark brown, and the consistency of 5yr. old gym under a table. I immediately called them and spoke to Jake the manager who was extremely nice he apologized and said he could offer me a 20% discount on my next purchase. So spend more money and Im still out 55.00? Ive never had to check dates at any Medical dispensery ever! I did try it in hopes it was still okay. Tasted like a 5yr. old stale cigarette crossed with a tire and gave me a splitting headache. Its the next day and they still have this strain available to buy when they know its no good. That says everything about how this place cares about customers. If they make it right Ill update this review. For now I wouldnt recommend this dispensery to anyone.**UPDATE**To my surprise I did recieve an Email from Mr. Johnson the GM. He apologized several times and wanted to make it right by giving me a credit for the bad product and some freebies. I wasnt concerned about the free items but I did recieve 30 gummies and the credit for a good strain. Most importantly he removed the bad item from the menu so nobody else has this issue. Now thats class and integrity and they have earned much more business from me. Jake was apologized several times and he stated he didnt know store policy with this rare issue. Great guy to work with along with Mr. Johnson. NuEra stepped up and did the right thing. Very rare. Wish it was a Medical facility but I will be watching their menu and definitely will be shopping there again!

Kat was so knowledgeable and helpful with specials and deals! I usually go to zen leaf but the pricing here is way better (and closer to home for those in the North Aurora area)! Also super accessible even though it’s in the same area as the premium outlet. (Makes for easy access when shopping 😆)
