Dream Foot Spa

My Colleagues and I went to Dream Foot Massage this week and we had an absolutely amazing experience. The service was top-notch, and I had the pleasure of having David as my masseuse. I swear David has healing hands,🙌 it’s like he knew what was needed. His technique was so effective that it felt like he lifted a weight off my shoulders and released all my tension. The foot massage was so so great! I left feeling incredibly relaxed and renewed. I highly recommend Dream Foot Massage, especially if you have the opportunity to book a session with David. You wont be disappointed!

I visited this establishment on my birthday for self care and as gift to myself. When I left I had no idea I would end up with a painful pinched nerve along with numbness and tingling to my left extremity. Now I’ve had a lot of massages in my days and NEVER encountered an injury post massage. I followed up with the establishment approximately a week later as my symptoms started to get worse. I ended up in the ER and was dx with Radiculopathy to the neck. I was contacted via text with no identification stating someone would call me. After a few follow up calls wanting an explanation as to why this happened to me I was treated as a liability rather than an injured patron. The lack of empathy but constant patronizing and condescending verbiage from the owner left me frustrated and confused. How do I go into your establishment fine; no injury to left neck and walk out with a pinched nerve that results in complete numbness and tingling down to my fingertips?!?!?! The need to protect his business was activated as I was contacted by his insurance claims adjuster when I simply wanted to be acknowledged, heard and given an apology for what has happened at his massage establishment. It’s been almost 7 weeks and I still have no relief from this injury. Needless to say I will not be visiting dream foot spa anymore because this ordeal has been everything but a dream more like a complete nightmare!

I hate to give even 2 stars , I’ve been to this place before and it has been a while so maybe it’s new ownership but this last visit I had an older women massage me and I actually went I for a deep tissue massage and instead I got petted for a whole hour I had asked several times I need it to be harder but in reality I didn’t think she had it in her. I did leave a tip for effort but I definitely didn’t get what I paid for so with that being said I won’t be returning. It’s really disappointing when you go to get a massage for some relaxation and relief from daily stresses/pain and come out feeling the same. Paid for nothing

I must say, I dont understand some of these reviews. I love this place, they do the best foot massages, I have been there numerous times and have always been treated kindly, and left feeling great. I would highly recommend this place. I always tell people if you want a great massage, dream foot is the place...

This experience was a huge disappointment. Not only was I treated with disrespect, but they also DEMANDED that I provide a mandatory tip. So let’s first start with the service. When I walked in, I felt ok. However, when I was escorted to the back for my massage, that’s where it all went downhill. I requested a female, but they stated that they did not have females, only men. Once being massaged, the man giving me a massage moved in front of me, and his privates were right in front of my face. I asked him to please move multiple times, but he kept repeating that he did not speak English. after maybe 10 minutes, I just got up and left. My friend had also joined me, and he informed me that a woman had attended him. The woman even offered to give him a “special” massage for a bit extra. When we walked out, they were charging us $100, even though their special was $40 for 1 hour. Again, I had only been there for about 10 minutes. The man who had originally stated that he did not speak English states very clearly that the tip was mandatory. I will never go back, and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Worst Place To Get A Massage .Went for a Massage they told me on the phone they will provide English speaking person.WE WANTED MALE FOR MALE FEMALE FOR FEMALE for massage.But still they put Chinese person who do not understand any English, My friend who went ,with his wife didnt wanted a man to massage her, but the lady STARTED AND THEN knowingly changed to a male person to massage her . DO NOT GO WASTE OF YOUR MONEY !!VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

The massage was just OK. I asked the guy to give me a deep massage. However, that is not what I received. I think they should make the clients aware of the hot rocks. That was a surprise to me. I prefer to not have hot rocks on my back just deep hands on massage.

Unbelievably good massage at bargain basement prices. Only downside is walls dont go to the ceilings, and only curtains no doors, so you can hear everyone in the place. No big deal unless there is a nervous old lady that doesnt know what massage she wants.

It wasnt long enough! I got my full hour but Bob was so attentive and used just the right amount of pressure for me, that I didnt want it to end! I will definitely come back while Im in town. Oh yeah they have a loyalty program.

Really amazing experience. Their interior decorating has much improved. They really listen. I really had a good experience with CeCe; David, and others.

Great place to get a massage. Worth every penny. Getting asked for tip felt weird but I guess they got tired of getting stiffed all the time and just started asking people for tip. Believe me it feels bad getting stiffed, everyone who work in service industry should know what I am talking about

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves. The staff was very nice. The atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful. The massages were amazing! Hot rocks was the cherry on top…. Needless to say we will be back. $40 for 30 min body massage & 30 minute foot massage.

Not sure how this works, so I walked in they said it would be $40 for 30 but the sign outside said 1 hour for $40. I was fine with 30 minutes. When the guy was done. He asked for $15 dollar tip. He charged me $45 and gave him an extra $5 dollars. Not sure why I did that, but these people seem scammers to me

This was my second time getting a massage here and it was amazing once again. I got a different masseuse each time and they each have their own special touch and special focus points so it’s a new experience each time. I brought my husband with me this time and he loved it! We both feel super relaxed and we can’t wait to come back! Price was very reasonable and affordable. I would recommend this place to anyone especially my family and friends. Life is good when all the stress is gone from an awesome massage.

Very disappointed. I usually patronize The Dream Foot Spa always getting an amazing massage, however tonight was I received the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. . . anywhere. I requested the 40 minute back massage with the 20 minute foot massage which is $10 more than normal service. What I got was 27 minute back massage and a 15 minutes of this guy barely rubbing my eyebrows accompanied by 5 minutes massaging the inner corners of my eye sockets. Leg massage was nonexistent. He pressed twice on both thighs while in the chair. Foot massage felt like he was trying to get a dried bump off the side of my foot, other than that I felt almost nothing! I send a lot of my friends here because I had always gotten amazing service. When I told the guy I was watching the time he pointed to the clock which showed I stepped up to pay at the counter exactly 1 hr from the moment I entered the spa. Mind you I watch a couple of minutes before escorted to the back room to disrobe. This was my break down:Entered at 9:05.Massage started at 9:09 (back) ended at 9:35Dressed and was escorted to a chair at 9:37Guy walked to the back room and returned at 9:40 and began rubbing my eyebrows and sockets.Covered my eyes for foot massage at 9:50. Rubbed my ears then began on feet (didn’t feel massaged) hit thighs and uncovered my eyes at 10:03. I put on shoes and socks in waiting area and stepped up to pay at 10:05.When I told him I was shortchanged on my service he pointed to the clock starting 1hr. Demanding full payment. I’m usually a great tipper. Not tonight. No tip and I left angry. I was more tensed leaving than when I arrived. I’ll probably return but will never ever allow the same man to give me service.In conclusion, set your timer when service starts and have a great massage.

I always have a good experience here. They do pretty good deep tissue for being an oriental establishment. And the prices you cannot beat. I always find myself falling asleep when they do my feet. Its so relaxing. Note, when coming in please do not be loud other people are getting a massage. Today a Caucasian man came in they told him to go to the table and leave on your underwear. He said Im not wearing any underwear is that okay. I couldnt not stop laughing. Im thinking in my head this guy going to try to do something funny. Overall I would definitely be coming back. This is probably my 8th time during the last couple of years since I usually go to a Therapeutic Massage establishment. Also they have business cards and on the back after 5 massages youll get 30 minutes free.

This is second time I get LOUSY SERVICE. I have been there numerous times. Only these past 2 times have I had issues. And there will not be a third time. The last time I was here no one spoke English, so I didnt get what I wanted, even tho I pointed to the wall flyer that states what the service is. Today I went in and i was getting my back massage when the lady at the front who took my order came into the room after 10 minutes and told me I had to leave because they had a person that had a reservation coming in. So why she couldnt tell me that before I started massage Is beyond me. Poor poor customer service. It use to be great. Im sure they changed management. Go somewhere else.

Sitting my car before I leave the parking lot to write this review, since I am pregnant I wasn’t looking for anything more than a basic foot massage. They quoted me 40$ that initially came with 40 mins foot and 20mins body. Again, I agreed to pay the 40$ even tho I just wanted the 40 min foot. As I sit down she says or your pregnant it’s actually gonna be 50$. Um, I couldn’t figure out why because all I am asking for is a foot massage and still am being over charged but that’s okay because I denied the 20 mins body that came with the 40$. Disappointed that they tried to overcharge me when I come here all the time for my massages in a span of 5,6 years. I won’t be coming back.

I dont know if this place is under new management or what....it has gone downhill FAST! I called to make an appt. When I got there I was told there was at least an hour late. I told them if they werent going to honor the appointment time; that I was going somewhere else, and walked out. I should have saved my money and aggravation. The girl then runs outside to get me and tell me suddenly they have personnel now. Again I sould have kept walking. They apologized and I went back in. The 60-minute body massage was mediocre at best. The guy doing my 60-minute foot massage kept falling asleep!! Ive been to this business before with good results. This time was very different....o was extremely disappointed and will NOT be returning!

This place has been consistently providing a very reasonably priced massage every time! They have a rewards program you will definitely fill up quickly because you will want to come back every day. If youre skeptical, at least try it, they stay open late and they are very helpful and fulfill the job even though it gets really busy. The only thing you can lose here is stress! Love it! Oh, and the head massage is amazing! I fall asleep every time lol

We went there recently for an appointment of 3 at 6pm. My first experience with them. Im hard of hearing. Really happy. Perfect amount of work. First massage too and I had a good experience.

I had the $20 massage (15min head neck and arms, 35min foot, and 10min full back.) I was in a car accident and still have pain from whiplash so the back massage hurt, but it helped so much. I feel a whole lot better. The place is quiet and comfortable. I will be returning. P.s. very professional

I visited the spa and received the best foot/back massage. I was very surprised by the lower back stretches and special technique used today. The masseur was very experienced and works perfectly. I wish I could communicate my gratitude but theres a bit of a language barrier since they dont speak English fluently. I did make sure to leave a very good tip.

My wife and I didnt have a good experience at all. I told the woman at least three times that she was doing too much for my liking. So of course initially she would chill out, but would always find a way to get back to the same aggressive techniques. At times I would find myself grimacing, clinching my fist and toes just to get through certain parts of the massage. Yea I know if your reading this your probably saying why didnt you stop her? Well in my mind I was thinking eventually it will get better and shell heed to me saying that it hurts. Shes just working out the kinks that I have. Itll get better 🤔. H*** naw!! I was laying on a torture bed! Then the moments that were pleasant like when she rubbed my head and feet didnt even last 1/4 as long as the moments that hurt. Ive never left a massage in pain. Theres a first time for everything because right now my back is effed up! All I could think about during the massage was man I am not trying to pay these people $80 ($40 each for my wife and I). Come to find out her experience wasnt pleasant either. The 2 stars Im giving are for the good customer service.

IT HURT😫 during and even worse after! The day after I had actual bruises on my back😧I’m very disappointed because they used to give great service but the last few times I went, were very painful even after I told him it hurt 😢I kept going again thinking it was the person but even with a different person doing the massage it still just seemed to get worse every time! So I will NEVER GO THERE again!!!

They told us to pay first and we said what we don’t like it they opened the door and told us to get out. The front desk lady was very rude. Never coming back again. Disappointed.

Wow!!! I had such an amazing full body massage here! Ive paid over double what they charge for an hour and havent had near the service I got today. A+++ would definitely recommend!

My Mom is a regular here, I came here from out of town and my mom kept insisting... lets go to my massage place. So finally I did, and boy let me tell you. I am glad I did. They have a great staff here and at a resonable price. This is now a must everytime I come visit. The overall vibe here is so peaceful and you leave here feeling brand new. The only bad thing I have to say is why didnt I find this place sooner in my life, lol.

Get it together ... ! I had been coming here for a about a year already .. and always make my appointments... I made an appointment 4 hours IN ADVANCE AND I STATED MY NAME OVER THE PHONE And getting to the place .. the person in the front said MY NAME AND I SAID YES.. then here comes some Asian people and they too said they had an appointment. Mind that I had been there already .. and they had the AUDACITY to skip me and put them in and said no more people available??? Wth!!! I cant beleive they still cant get a notebook and get names when making appointments... so there wont be no confusion... guess what. I am NOT RETURNING!!! I was soo disappointed that I didnt get the massage I was looking forward to ..

It was okay, at best. Unfortunately, the staff that was there dont really speak English. When I called to make my appointment, the individual spoke English. However, that person wasnt there. They had to call that person for me to talk to them for clarification.

Staff is rude, they don’t communicate on what kind of service you’re looking to get so they just wing it and end up charging you for a service you didn’t ask for. They have dirty sheets, and are unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere and save your time as well. Never going again.

I went in there for a 1-hour back massage and I dont know what they call it but I asked the lady if she can walk on my back and crack my back because it was extreme excruciating pain from a long six-hour drive and loading and unloading the U-Haul truck so I went in there and they sure took care of me my back so much better I didnt realize how much tension and stress I had up on my shoulders but just from them walking on my back it was so so helpful I felt so much better I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a good massage they will help you alleviate your pain you just have to instruct them where your pain is because they dont speak too much English or at least the masseuse that I had didnt speak too much English and she didnt understand me well but for the most part she helped me out to the best of her ability I still will give them a five star rating

Clean proffesional and extremely high quality massage. Oil, hot stone, etc. Great rate 50/hour full body. No extra stuff, good for men and woman.

Just got a massage here and was extremely impressed, amazing massage, great massages are extremely extremely hard to find and the lady who spoke little English which is why I didnt get here name got all the knots out of my back and just did a great job, I definitely recommend this place

Ive had a lot of messages and this by far was the worst! I dont think that man knew what he was doing at all! I had to leave there immediately and go somewhere else just to get the job done!
