Body Evolution Spa

This is a beautiful spa. Ricardo gave me a deep tissue massage that was very good. I actually dozed off a couple times lol. Between the soothing light and music. The warmth and comfort of the table, the eucalyptus that not only opened my sinuses but helped me drift away, I was at peace. I also did the sauna treatment and that was very nice as well. Then they have you shower and get ready for your massage. I made an appointment to come back in two weeks because the experience was perfect. I highly recommend highly. Customer service was above and beyond.

Hands down one the best spas in Baton Rouge. I am a veteran that has some major body body pains and stiffness, but the deep tissue and the Swedish massages have been providing me with some much needed relief. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the staff is wonderful.

Went today for a 90 minute massage. The atmosphere was beautiful and calming. Ricardo was professional and respectful. I was greeted by a young lady who also was very sweet. I will definitely be back. ❤️

I had a 1-hour deep tissue massage with Ricardo Pinzon this morning, and I will be going back as soon as possible! This business is tucked away in the same complex as Grace Yoga, across from Superior Grill on Highland - the entrance is easy to miss, but the inside has been completely renovated, and it is very serene, polished, and clean. Its also much bigger on the inside that I would have guessed. Mr. Pinzon was very professional and skilled. I know they offer other services, so I will check those out, too. I love to support local businesses, and Body Evolution Spa made it easy to write this great review! I will update with pictures the next time I go

Tucked away in Kenilworth plaza, this little day spa is awesome. Got a 90 minute deep tissue massage here by Ricardo and it was so relaxing. Friendly folks and a chill atmosphere.
