Cali Smoke Shop

The rudest , uneducated about there products. High prices!!! I wouldn’t waste my time. There are much much better options around the Baton Rouge area. These people who work here know NOTHING about any of the products. Barely can even speak English!!!

If you try to call and you trying to ask for what you looking for. just dont waste your time to call them. because they don’t pick up the phone at all.

False advertisement your website says your store is open but your employees wont answer the phone or leave it on the busy signal that is very unprofessional considering people come from out of town and want to call and verify products over the telephone before they waste gas to the store. Teach your employees to answer the phone for customers I thought the customer is always right your policy is not fare

Great spot they have a big selection of vapes, carts and just about whatever else you need to get your smoke on. Customer service is great they always help me out right when I walk in the door. Merchandise is very reliable.

Great shop with everything you need..today I got a simple cookie battery and it broke as soon as I got home so the owner exchanged it for a brand new one no charge which I really didnt expect since most shops are all sales final. Great smoke shop and the only one on perkins and seigen..

Staff was very unpleasant as if I disturbed them from there break as they were outside upon my arrival. I’ve shopped here a few times in the past and this was an extremely different experience from times before!

For a smaller kind of shop had good selection of many different pipes and other stuff...

Great place to shop ,decent prices and QUALITY inventory at a reasonable price ! I highly recommend cali ,a very comfortable atmosphere and they will work with customersLol im not a people person but here i felt right at home big thanx to cali you guys rock!

They have anything that youre looking for. Went to different places before trying Cali smoke, but will be coming back for all smoking needs. Staff is very helpful and the store is very clean and organized.

Manager cursed me out when I asked a simple question. Seems very unhappy with his life. This is not a Cali Smoke Shop. This is a poor attempt to be a successful business. Terrible service.
