Asher has amazing customer service, along with a couple employees I have met but unfortunately never got their names. Not that one guy however, who lied “oh we don’t do student discounts anymore” he was rude the one time I checked out with him a couple months ago.

Hey guys I was there yesterday i’m really surprise how much stuff they have everything you look for a Vape you’ll find it at this shop fairy very friendly people and they have really good price compared to other shops I’ve been at I hope so they will open more shop like this near where I live

I went to the store 11/12/2023. I was serviced by a white male. He had an attitude because I notified him the vape I just purchased was covered in a white substance and showed signs of leakage. Due to the powdery substance on the vape, I did not try it. He himself said the vape was “dirty”. He proceeded to smoke the vape and then hand it back to me , and say “it’s good”. As if I would I would smoke after a random stranger… He yelled and said , “I’m on the phone with Monica .” Poor customer service , and unsanitary practices . IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB BRO… QUIT AND GO TO BURGER KING The store is never open at the posted time . The store has great employees like the young African American lady and taller white young lady . The morning employee on 11/12 sucks . You are better off going to the corner store next door , or across the street to purchase. Go to Burbank ! Anywhere but here.

This is a great place. Chris and Walid are the greatest workers. They gave me great costumer service. They knew actually what I wanted and politely gave it to me. They also made sure I was safe and back to my car. They make sure that everyone is safe and comfortable in this environment.

The manager James was most knowledgeable about all products and was able to answer questions using laymens terms. He was a great listener and made excellent recommendations which were not based solely on the highest-priced items being sold. I will buy nothing from any other dealer based on the relationship we have with James at Tiger Vape. Visit today - you wont be sorry! Be sure to ask for James.

Arrived at 11:30pm to find the store closed. No note of explanation and saw no hours posted. I am caring for a friend needing pain relief and new to town. Goin back empty handed is a great disappointment.

I bought a BC5000 ebdesign watermelon ice vape two days ago, I was being recommended to this particular vape by a worker who works night time,Ever since I’ve been vaping this/ it constantly run out of battery and I would have to inhale with more pressure than normal. I don’t recommend this one to anybody else, sorry tiger vape shop

I never vaped before so when I went to tiger vape for the first time, I was pleasantly greeted by Owen who made the buying experience so enjoyable. Atmosphere 10, customer service 10, product knowledge 10, will I be back? You betcha

The staff is helpful and I have never had a bad experience with anyone working there, but everything I have ever purchased from this store was fake. The manager has shown me receipts showing that the products were purchased from a distributor, so I don’t think they’re selling fake products maliciously but the products that come from said distributor are most certainly fake.

Absolutely ingenious merchandise. with the top servicemen in all of vaping coterie. i especially appeal to the CBD he was so perspicacious in that category. the service is unequivocally above all and the palpable knowledge of their inventory is meliorate.

I came into the shop not know what I was looking for and with Nolans help I found what was right for me. Thank you Nolan for all the help.
