This has been THE BEST customer service at not only any vape shop I’ve been to, but possibly in general. I believe I may have spoken to the owner. She was so so knowledgeable and gave me every bit of info I could need!! Using gloves to fill my vape is a professional choice and shows care. This place will be my go to. No more leaning over the counter squinting at the juice selection and being rushed to just pick something not knowing the nic content!! 10/10

Major respect for this place. There is an assortment of vapes and juices. I was about to purchase something that didnt fit my needs and the worker warned me and told me not to purchase it. He couldve allowed me to purchase it just for the sale, but he had integrity. Will definitely be back.

This is a place specifically designed for people whom vape on A day to day basis, the refillable type of vapes, however the lady behind the counter was very friendly and cool.

Started visiting their first shop about two years ago, its a little out of the way for me, but the owners and variety were worth supporting. Glad to have a second shop right around the corner. Best shops in the Baton Rouge area.

I like the products I purchased. I know nothing about vaping when I went. I explained to the guy behind the counter that I was new to this. Every time I asked a question he seemed to be bothered. He also spoke so fast that I couldn’t understand him. I found him very rude with very poor customer service skills. I won’t be back!

Great tank and RDA selection, juice selection, and a wide range of kits for starting, intermediate, and heavy vapors alike. Great atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable people... Ill definitely be back!

They had the glass I needed when no one else did, they were well priced, knowledgeable, honest and very professional.

I broke my vape at 10 minutes until 8pm. They close at 8. I called and the nice lady stayed open for me and was very kind and helpful!!
