I will never visit this establishment again. Every time I go there is an employee literally standing over me making me feel very uncomfortable. Ive been there several times and each time its the same. Its not the fact Im being followed or watched, but to feel her breathing on my shoulder is next level. The last time I visited I voiced my concern and told the lady she was making me uncomfortable, and that I didnt need assistance, she said sorry but thats what we are told to do. Having an employee follow you like you are going to steal or take something is ridiculous. It was so bad, any closer and she would of been on top of me. I have NEVER felt this in any store and due to this I will never revisit.

I love coming here cause the employees are always super nice and helpful. I’m like other vape stores around here. There’s one right by my house would be so much easier to go to, but the employees are so rude well one employee. Who actually gave me wrong information and when I came to your vape store, they told me the correct information so it’s worth the 15 minute drive to get treated with respect and Get correct information

This is my go to Vape shop! Specifically this location because Kylee has been nothing short of phenomenal every time I’ve been here! She helped me put together my Mod and showed me how everything worked! I was just a newbie with mods, using only disposables previously, and she hooked me up with a fabulous rainbow GeekVape mod that has worked out for me wonderfully AND saved me so much money compared to buying all of the disposables, which I still use from time to time but she’s shown me the variety of juices they’ve got and has always been just a pleasure to work with! Thank you so much Kylee and the other staff at Kure. I’ll always come back!!

Id give them 6 stars if I could! Mandy is the BEST and makes my day every time I stop in! The staff are so helpful and friendly and dont rush to make you choose, or choose for you like other places Ive been to in Bellevue. The prices are unbeatable and the fact that you can try a flavor before you buy it is so helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

This is a pretty late review as I visited this store back in the middle of summer.Kure Vaporium was clean, organized, but I don’t believe prices were clearly labeled, leading to me asking the prices multiple times… not really an issue, but annoying.The issue came during checkout.The cashier (don’t remember any names at all) preceded to ask for my ID (of course) which I provided, then she scanned.Then she asked for email (okay, maybe for an email receipt?) - I provided it.Then asked for my phone number - okay, maybe for some new verification purposes? Weird, but okay.Then I get a text for marketing for them later on. Then I got multiple emails as well, including indicating I had set up a new account/had to finish signing up and I had opted in for marketing.There was ZERO mention of this during check out… (I would’ve said no)… which is a direct violation of the CAN-SPAM Act. I did not even any consent to receive any marketing whatsoever, and I found it incredibly underhanded (and dishonest/sneaky?) that I was signed up for multiple items without my knowledge with what I thought was a normal checkout process.First time visiting them, likely never going back (and advising others of this).I left a similar response when I unsubscribed for ALL their marketing.

Staff super nice and helpful. Ask for Jacob (assistant manager). Good discounts if military. Always love coming here!

Every time I go here, the staff goes out of their way to make sure their customers are well taken care of. Always friendly and so knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I have. Its a rarity to find such a full staff of excellent employees, and Alohma Bellevue has full and well achieved it.

Most of the employees at this store are great I have been driving 43 miles one way to shop at this store for a few years now because my wife and I have always been treated good here with great service. we are greeted at the door and asked how we are or how the dog is doing and how was the roads and so forth. Its a great friendly place most of the time but today was a different story and I wont be going back..

After going to a different shop being treated terribly and having an all around awful experience feeling like I was talking to used car salesmen.I came here on the recommendation of my sister and was pleasantly surprised.the staff were just wonderful, kind and knowledgeable and didn’t talk down to me like some places have.I am trying to quit smoking and they helped me find what was exactly right for me, Issac and Amanda were able to answer all my questions and explain things in a way I could easily understand. Thank you very much.

They were very helpful when I came in. Got everything set up to vape. The one little issue I had was there werent alot of liquids and the brand I really wanted wasnt there anymore. But the online ordering has been alot more difficult. We cant use normal carriers because of the vape products so we cant even track our package that well, called the corporate number and not answer, tried the online chat service and that doesnt work either. So maybe dont buy online if you can go into the store. Lesson learned there.

The employees are always ready to help and are very patient, even with someone as little knowledgeable as I am. Went in ready to spend too much because I thought I had a problem that couldnt be fixed - turns out it was just a silly mistake of mine that could easily be fixed! I wish I could remember his name but the staff member who helped me was wonderful, absolutely going back next time I want anything or need another replacement coil.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very trustworthy with any questions you may have. Prices are very reasonable. I would not dream of going anywhere else. I have been to the Omaha location and the Bellevue locations and treated the same.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff that made great advice on devices in consideration of usage, needs, future plans, etc. Staff member made a surprisingly on point juice recommendation based on purchase history. Pricing is on the high side, but reasonable with discounts and rewards accumulations.

Had a bad experience with one woman who works here. As I was checking out she asked me if I wanted a receipt, I replied yes. Then she replied with “why? You’re just gonna throw it away anyways, you earth killer” she did not laugh as I first thought she was joking but instead she seemed serious. The fact that she made me feel like I can’t ask for a receipt is rude customer service.

The staff has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on each of my visits. The store is clean and they have many options at all different price points. They never try to obnoxiously up-sale you on unnecessary products.

Very clean , extremely well organized. Extreme wide selection to choose from. The prices are very reasonable. I was impressed the moment I walk through the door. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Ill go back for sure no exceptions ! Ken Weber

I call maybe 3 or 4 times a week to ask if they can deliver because their website and store advertises delivery, but out of 3 months of calling 3 to 4 times a week they have only delivered to me 1 time. They always have the same excuse of we are under staffed today. In my opinion, dont advertise something if you do not do it. Or hire more people so you are not under staffed. Kinda hard to believe when I drive there 30 min after I call and there are 3 to 4 employees there, sometimes with only 2 or 3 customers. Ive been a customer there for a few years and the staff has always been friendly, but dont advertise something you cant follow up with, and DO NOT LIE to you customers about being busy.

Ken did a wonderful job explaining everything to us. We bought a new mod because he showed us how much better this one is compared to the one we had. He was very helpful and didnt make us feel unknowledgeable.

New to vaping and was unsure about set up process. The staff at Alohma is fantastic. Cam assisted me and I couldnt be happier with my purchase and setup. Really great guy to work with. He was very patient and answered every question I had. He was very thoughtful and made sure I was happy with my juice selection as well as my vape setup up before I left. Prices and discounts were great as well. Awesome experience!

I live in Louisiana and my family and I were in Omaha for my 12 year old sons World Series. Unfortunately, the park where he was to play was destroyed by a tornado, so the team couldnt play, but we made the best of a bad situation. We attended every LSU game to see them go to the CHAMPIONSHIP!Meanwhile, my old mod went kaput. So reluctantly I had to buy a new one. My experience at this store was fantastic! My red bearded salesman was superb! His name is Patrick (I called him Patrick Star) He was so helpful, experienced, efficient, funny and had an outstanding personality. Everyone (employee) at this location was phenomenal! So happy and pleased with the choice Patrick recommend. Wish I could take the entire store and employees back to Louisiana with me! GREAT JOB! GREAT SELECTION, SUPERB EMPLOYEES, the owner should be very proud. I am 48 years old, and this is very first review on anything. Thanks again to Patrick! And GEAUX LSU! ! !

I came to this store to learn more about Vaping. The employees are very knowledgable and friendly. They have a wide selection of starter kits and make sure your getting a flavor you enjoy. I walked out with a great kit and flavors. This will be a store I visit often.

I highly recommend Alohma.. I had a little problem with the Ejuice i bought, so I e-mailed the manager and she replied back fairly fast.. Really nice lady, so I went back to the store, it was pretty busy and I felt almost everybody helped me, showed me stuff, I like that u can pay 50 cents to taste different flavors so you can decide what flavor u want to get.. I dont know stuff like this cause Im new to vaping.. I was definitely well taken care of, just like what the manager told me in the e-mail.. Thanks Alohma..

Great selection of tanks, mods, juices and vape essentials like batteries, chargers and spare atomizers. Their prices are average, usually you can find the same items they have online for the SAME price which is good. They also have a rewards system; for every coil, tank and houseblend juice purchase you get points equal to the price, At a certain amount of points you get free stuff like a bottle of juice or a discount on your next tank. The people who work there are very nice and knowledgeable, they will try to help you to the best of their ability to get you what you want when you want. Also, they are open till 9 at night!

Seriously best vape shop in Bellevue. Just down the street from my place too so thats a plus. I just switched to vaping so the staff was very informative. Jacob aka the coil master walked me step by step how to set up my coil so that was very helpful. I would recommend Alohma to anyone looking to replace their cigarette habit!
