To whoever is in charge: unfortunately I had to update my review from 5 to 3 stars. I have been going here a long time, the owner himself actually offered me a job at one point. (This happens often enough when I get to talking with a vape shop owner because I have an embarrassing amount of vape knowledge since I worked at a shop before everyone used disposables, and I’ve worked in marketing since.) Point is, I know what I’m talking about. This shop is still the nicest one in the area. I love how they stick to the true vape shop vibe and aren’t selling bubble pipes and whip-its like these other smoke shops nearby. They also have a unique glass collection which is super important in my opinion. All the other shops just sell basic stock glass and it’s not worth the purchase. However, I had to lower my review because the prices are just outrageous. If I worked here, I’d advise on better deals on disposables. The most successful shops I know are doing great marketing sales with those. I understand that the tax on vape wholesale products are through the roof right now, but $30 for a disposable is just crazy. I was able to get the same vape for $20 at a shop up the road after I left yesterday. Know your audience; disposables are what’s popular right now. You will create more traffic when word gets out that you have the best deal on those. Then once people are in the door, you upsell. Having motivated salespeople on the floor is important too. The girl yesterday couldn’t be bothered to try to sell me anything. My professional advice, try doing a bundle deal where they can get 2 for a better price than just buying one, it’s the oldest upsell trick in the book. Now instead of people only buying one because they’re in a rush, or just simply walking out like I did, you now sold 2 of that product. You can also encourage cash sales by taking off the tax when you pay cash. Like let’s say you do a deal with juice that’s like 2 for $30 or something, it would be $30 even if you pay cash. These things make the customer happy because they’re saving money, and help you make more sales and pocket more cash. Food for thought.

The customer service here was incredible. I did not catch the guys name. He was a slim guy with brown hair, great employee.

Great store lots to choose from here, very clean and organized, knowledgeable staff and products are out for view, so customers are able to look around. Good parking with a couple handicap parking spots. The location is amazing with a lot of other stores in the same large parking lot.

Staff has always been super friendly each time Ive visited, and are willing to help teach you if youre unfamiliar with a product, which means a lot.

I never leave reviews but i had 2 this time i was everywhere looking for a certain piece as i had just broke my glass cap to my orbits not only did he help n completeing my mission in finding the correct glass but he was very happy to do so he knew he had what i was looking 4 n made it happen ive ben vaping a very long time hav crossrd paths with lotsof peolw but Brandon was by far the best most knowadgeble person i ever had the pleasure ofmeetibg in this vape industry

This place has comparable prices on most items. BUT... They have terrible customer service, if you dont like people dont work in service, if your life sucks that sucks... BUT dont be Rude to customers. Both girls working today 11/3/23 were so rude we left without purchasing the new vapes and juice we needed. This was by far the worst Ive been treated since we moved to Washington, 3 months ago. I will not return here and will definitely tell everyone to find a new place as well. 200 dollars your store lost because of employees attitudes/ lack of common decency.

I use to be a regular there. But whoever the large blond women who works there currently needs to be let go. I left without buying what I came for when she was rude to me. I went in a few days prior and the guy who is really nice said he’d order the part I wanted from there other store. Went in a few days later to get this rude blond larger women who apparently hated my existence. Won’t be back unless you fire her!

Love this place the workers are so helpful and polite and patient sometimes there might be a lot of people so its a little hard for them to get to everybody but they try their best in a timely manner so thats much appreciated and they always greet you when you walk in the door which is a important to me .. a lot of places just dont do that these days. Also their selection new mods is great..As well as smoking products and great selection of new juices that come on the market . Everything is priced decently Id say its competitive pricing. Possibly the prices could come down on a few things there NOT rediculous by any means tho but thats my only complaint.

I go here too often these days... they alwsys have new flavors, but they also sell out of my favorites very quickly. Large selection, friendly and helpful service team and open till 11pm which i appreciate as its still open after a swing shift.

Its a really great place to visit and buy your everyday vape products. Theres this one guy thats there almost every time I visit and he always gives me really good customer service. Its the one guy that has worked there the longest.

They will lie about products to make a sale

My experience here was great. Liked the different varieties they have to choose from. The guy that was working was super friendly and helpful. It was nice to actually have someone who was knowledgeable about the products! I would deff recommend this place!

This store is my absolute favorite! I go about every two weeks, and the salesman that I always try to see,I believe his name is Isaac, is awesome. very nice guy. My first time I came looking for a specific piece for my vape and it wasnt in stalk and he went out of his way to grab my name and number so as to call me when the new shipments arrived. And sure enough 4 days later the gentle man actually called. Every time iv gone in, the stores been very organized, great music, amazing selection. Thank you!! Ali is AMAZING! I am SO EXCITED! I finally found a shop that I would never think twice before working at?!I’m a former Vape Shop manager, and E-liquid rep myself. I may have left the industry in 2016 to have my son, but I’m still from the OG Vape Days!This shop has a huge amount of a QUALITY equipment/devices, and E-liquid! I felt like I was back in the old days of shops having only really great service, products and employees who are knowledgeable about what they’re doing! This was the best experience I have had in YEARS since “Beyond Vape” (yes...that’s my former employer, PROUDLY).I urge ANYONE who is an avid in the Vape World, to please consider this shop, and I would HIGHLY SUGGEST Ali! He’s amazing!Not to mention, they’re prices are FAR better than the other shops that I have been working with.While it was my first time today, I am of course going to connect with my former vape friends, who are still in the scene, but like myself as professionals have had to deal with the situation with Vaping changing from the business aspect to where we’ve had to go in different career directions.•However, I am going to urge them to go to this shop, and specifically seek out Ali, and help promote his own personal interests in the industry by providing support for his job, shop, and make sure that as now customer’s, we have a good shop to call “home”!Thank you SO MUCH Ali! After a day policy(no return no exchange)If product making some weird noise or leakingBoth happened with my Tyson puff device but the lady shows me a policy written by hand and said her owner made this policy

Great little spot for all your off the wall needs weather you want blunts or bongs A nice zippo or some tobacco, they got you here. Wouldve given 5 but they wont match other stores like k smoke for the opms black or gold as xhales opms is too much.

This place has helped me quit smoking cigarettes.I have been smoking cigarettes for over 10 years & thanks to the devices provided here Ive been able to beat that addiction.The selection provided by this business is seemingly without compare by any other local chain establishment atleast to my knowledge.5 stars for customer service & amazing usefulness.

I had bought A whole vape setup here and continuously come back for coils and more juice. 2 weeks ago I came in a bought another battery and after about 2 days of using it I notice the discharge current isn’t good at all and the battery must have been defective. Went in to get it exchanged for a different battery but was refused. I have spent a lot of money at this store and for them to turn me down like that was very upsetting. Idk if I can continue to use XHALE

Everything is sustainable, there is a lot of attention in quality and details. Obviously is a touristic setup but ist is really well done in order to provide information.

Knowledgeable staff and a good selection. When I couldnt find Pacha Mama raspberry yuzu anywhere, they moved some from another store and ordered extras.

Friendly Staff almost always has what Im looking for. Almost Always has more than enough choices. Only one time have they been low on my brand of vape.

Minus a couple unusually rude customer service experiences, overall a decent selection and prices are average-ish-above average. Open til 11pm typically which is later than surrounding smoke shops.
