This is our go -to vape shop, the workers are so friendly and knowledgeable! Great people and a great selection. Frequently they have deals which is great. If you are on a budget they are great at recommending something youll love thats in your price range. Great glass selection too!

I would love to give this shop 5 stars but they need to offer more zero nicotine disposable Vapes Raz or Geek Bar Despite the lack of variety in their zero nic offerings, their customer Service is amazing. Please add more zero options.

My husband suggested this place , well I bought a vape and wasnt told I had to buy a battery separately before I could even use it let alone before I left the store. Pointless to buy a vape since it doesnt come with a battery. Need to know information. Plus the guy was drinking on the job , first class customer service.

I have the voopoo drag vape and the new version of the coils work great in the vape the side fill up coils leak and go bad to fast please order the top fill coils

Was sold the wrong pack of coils by someone who obviously DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING. Went back in. Said he didnt have the ones I need and that he can do nothing for me. I FLUSHED 22$ down the drain because of this dude. Usually theres a guy in here that is amazing and knows all about everything. Never had a bad experience until today. I need my money back and they wont give it to me even though its their fault. I just had my first baby and I cant afford to waste money. I wont ever be coming back to this store again

Caleb, who shares my name. Is a stellar employee. He let me make sure my products worked before I left the store and just all around great customer service.

Caleb is a great help! Anytime I go into the store he has a smile on his face and is very knowledgeable when it comes to vaping! It’s my go to store.

Terrible customer service. Specifically ordered coils word for word for what I needed. Got home and realized they sold me the wrong items. When my husband went in to exchange they were less than kind and told him it was my fault and I must have purchased the wrong items intentionally. They refused to exchange product and told him he’d just have to buy new items from them. (And yes, i realize i could have double checked the item before i left the store.) Save your time and money and go to an actual Vapor World (even though they own this store) where their FRIENDLY reps will sell you the correct items to begin with.

Absolutely worst customer service ever! Came in to buy a new tank and coils. Was told over and over again yes the tank would fit my mod and 100% my coils would fit, just to get home and none of it fits. Called the store and was told well I’m sorry but you all just have to buy the correct one.. I said excuse me? You seriously just said you were wrong for giving me false information and now your telling me there is anything you can do!

0 customer service. Wasn’t even acknowledged except for “ I need to see your ID” as soon as I walked in the door from the lady on the other side of the store.Very limited selection. Might be a good place if you’re in a pinch but there are other places with a much better selection. Needless to say I walked in and soon back out.

Absolutely love this place everybody here goes out of their way to make sure your health. I would definitely recommend them out of five stars I would give them 10
