It was my first time ever in a vape shop and the store attendant was very nice to greet and very helpful with the two types I had written down for me, and found it was her first week , she walked me through every step and let me try a taste of one on display, but definitely would come back to this store and hope that she would be there to help me, thank you to her!!! Their products dont work right. I would not recommend this store or company to anyone. I bought a vape for 28 $30 doesnt work and they cant help me. Business and companies like this just like to take peoples money. Very disappointed. Again dont buy anything from them.

I have been faithfully going to this store for a long time. I buy 3 or 4 disposable vapes at a time. I opened my last disposable that I had purchased on my last visit a couple weeks ago, and it was defective. It would not work. I take it in to the store today and I am told that there is nothing they can do for me since it has been longer than 24 hours since I purchased it. Im out $25 for a defective product sold to me. Be careful if you buy several vapes at at time. Open them all up and try them because they have a 24 hr return policy! Disappointing! I have heard great things about Vintage Vapes, I will be going there.

Cool shop. Cute girls working too! They also had a section with imported foreign snacks. Coca-Cola, Skittles, and Pringles from Asai in crazy flavors!

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. I wish I knew her name, but one girl was very helpful and kind. I will continue to shop there!!!

They always have friendly knowledgeable staff. If by the off chance the product Im after is not in stock theyre quick to offer similar other products or let me know if its available at another one of their locations. Theyre not super annoying and trying to upsale you the whole time youre there. I enjoy the points and in-store credit rewards!! No, complaints!!!!

I dont usually write reviews however I like the Clouds shops in Billings. Theres the one in the Heights and the one on Grand. The people are always laid back and they are great at directing you where you need to be depending on what you go in looking for. Quality products and a good return policy in the case that what you bought doesnt work. 5 Stars

Very open bright shop. The guy behind the counter was really chill and helped me get a great deal of some solid vapes. Ill be stopping back in for sure. The other shop Ive been going to is out here charging disgusting prices. Well over retail price. I expect to pay more in shop than online but more than double retail is wrong. Cloudz is pretty solid price wise from what I saw while looking around a little.

Dont waste your time here. Take the extra three minutes to drive to Vintage Vapor youll have a better experience. I bought one of theyre disposable vapes and opened it in store and it had multiple cracks. I showed it to the kid behind the counter and his response was that its like that because of how hard it hits man. Glad it cost me less than thirty dollars to realize Im not coming back.

I went from a five star rating to a three star rating because Ive taken the same tank in for a new coil, and the last three times I had to return the one they sold me and replace it. Every time, Ive had to drive 60+ miles to find out they sold me the wrong one. Come on children, learn your trade if you want to get paid.

Great new start up shop. Stopped in today and visited with the owner for almost an hour. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent rewards program, stop smoking program, and exclusive offerings not seen elsewhere.Countertops were repeatedly cleaned and sanitized while we spoke.Will definitely be returning.

Always awesome and attentive staff when I visit. If I have any questions, theyre always great at answering them. Theyve also recommended some pretty great flavors for ejuice if Ive ever been unsure of what one I want when I walk in. If you vape and havent visited them yet, do it, its so worth it!

The staff, especially Robert had Very good customer service and felt like I was at home. Very chill place and they have a wide selection and if I had any questions they were willing to take care of me. They have discounts and even a phone number program.

I never knew there was so many choices until him and his staff informed me of everything. The disposable options are very well explained. The BOGO offer is also the best in town!! Everyone is always so helpful. My most recent experience I was looking for a new device and the guy helping me was very patient and listened to my needs and wants and then took the time to set it up for me and walk me through how to use it and what types of juices work best!

Bought an items from them and it was broken after first use. Went back the next day and they told us they couldnt do anything for it, return or exchange. Told us we just need to use it the right way next time. $40 grinder was a waste of money. Will not go back!

Locked the doors with 10 mins to close right as I pulled up. Great way to do business. Maybe adjust your hours on google to let people know there is a deadline

Went in to get coils (which were priced decently). The kid behind the counter talked me into spending another $15 to get a $3 discount for spending $30 total. I asked him to help me pick out a juice and made sure to tell him I can’t stand menthol or “iced” ejuice. He picked out a juice and sold it to me of course it was a menthol juice. Went back an hour later tried to exchange, no exchanges and no refunds. He tried to get me to buy more juice with his discount. No thanks I won’t ever go back and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid.

The people that work there are so great! They are always excited to see us and helpful with new products. Always a good laugh and a super friendly place!

An amazing shop, loved the variety of glass from cheap rigs to exclusive and elegant for the og shlabbers! Also have to give credit to the amazing selection of capes mods tanks and especially Disposables!! Gas flavors gas prices gas shop! 10/10 recommend and will be shopping here from now on

I go there because of FREE sticker Friday but wont anymore. I get HOVERED over everytime while Im browsing stickers and it makes me very nervous and rushed to choose. Plus they dont have my coils anyway. Sad 😔

It was my favorite vape shop until I had one try and start my pocket on fire (draw activated) and I guess Im just out the price of the vape according to the worker.

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, this place rocks!! Its also cool for them to carry products other shops dont have, for me thats a win win right there.

Great Vape shop. But the guy there didnt know which coils the Drag X comes with (comes with one thats 60-80 watts) and argued with me about it. No big deal, just wanted him to know that Im right. 😁👍

Ibought myself the snowcon esco bar and the top literally came off and some cord ripped n then I had to go to btown n spend ANOTHER 21$ when i didnt even have the first one for 12 hours

Usually a great place, although I think there getting FAKE VAPES in lately. The past 3 I’ve bought, they will fire rapidly for over minutes…making the vape go completely out. The vape also gets super hot to the point you can’t even touch it, vape juice will explode out of the top like a volcano! It’s a rip off especially when I don’t get to to even smoke it and you guys continue to sell them even though I’ve warned Cloudz multiple times! Be careful!!
