This is THE BEST vape store I have EVER been to!!!! Everyone here actually knows what they’re talking about, and always provides excellent customer service and recommendations. Donna and Bobby are the best around, they always help me find exactly what I’m looking for. Best prices, best juices, best selection, best all around! Love these guys.

Ive been going to Red Star for a little over 2 months now. The staff is wonderful (all of them), the juice selection and price is fantastic (DIY is great). They keep mods and coils and accessories stocked up. It doesnt matter if youre new, or a veteran, they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door

Yeah, you can dump those premium brands at $30 for 30ml. This place has high quality juice, reasonable variety of flavor, decent mods available, etc. But their prices are so much better than the typical snobby juice shop it makes me wonder if theyve all been ripping us off the whole time.

Super helpful and friendly staff! Explained very politely the weird laws boulder put into place and made an excellent recommendation for some e-liquid. I do mostshopping online but will definitely return to this location.

Red star vapor in Boulder Colorado is FANTASTIC!!!!! I frequent there shop on a consistent basis and the staff is always very helpful and super polite and downright COOL!!! To make my experience even better I had an issue with one of the juices I bought from there and Donna took good care of me at no charge by giving me some extra flavor concentrate. then on top of that one of the owners named Jim personally e-mailed me and went over and beyond to make my situation that much more rewarding and made it totally right with me far beyond my expectations SUPERIOR customer relations and service Thank you very much.. its an absolute no brainer I have found my permanent vape shop hands down. I would give them 20 stars if I could.

Simply awesome little vape shop! I hardly ever leave reviews but when I do its because Ive received some great service and I think the business deserves it. Where to start? They have a wide variety of in house juice flavors that I think anyone could easily find something they like. They also offer a DIY juice mixing where you can buy the flavors already made and mix them yourselves, although I havent tried this yet. The selection of in house juice is pretty big and has some really awesome flavors. The prices are great. $20 for a 100mL bottle of juice is hard to beat in a B&M shop and they easily beat Boulder Vapehouse. I was also able to pick up some new coils for my TFV8 tank for under $20 where it would have cost me at least $25 in other B&M stores. The staff, of which Ive only met two so far were very nice and extremely helpful, especially when picking out flavors. Ive sent two of my vaping friends here so far and they both love the prices and flavors.I cannot recommend this shop enough and it will definitely be my new go to vape shop in Boulder. I highly recommend you check them out yourselves.

Great staff, excellent product selection, great flavors to choose from. They run special deals every day on house flavors which change day to day called their flavor of the day.Flavor of the day prices run as follows;30ML $760ML $12120ML $19Hundreds of flavors to choose from including a D.I.Y line of Juices. They have a great selection of Mods, tanks, RDAs and RTAs. This place has a great atmosphere, and comfortable homey feel to it, employees are very friendly and are extremely helpful. If your an experianced vapor or new to the scene this is a great place to go.

I know this is a chain, but the staff are competent and the prices are pretty difficult to beat. I pay $14 out the door for their in-house salt nicotine juice, which is really nice. Prices for AIO devices are insanely reasonable. I use the juice as a lubricant additive, which I dont reccomend unless youve been butt-chugging stogies for a decade +. Only way to cut the cravings, for me. Stay safe out there, kiddos.

These guys are the friendliest, most knowledgeable vape shop folks I’ve ever encountered. They took a ton of time to help me pick out the best device for me, then took time to break down how to use it. I also love how much they stress vaping as a way to cut back or eliminate cigarettes, along with encouraging (but not shaming) me to slowly cut back on my nicotine through the vape by giving me an idea of how I can change liquids and devices in the future until I don’t need anything. I feel extremely lucky to have them in my neighborhood.

Stopped here because I dropped my eJuice somewhere in todays travels. Nice atmosphere, knowledgeable staff! Very reasonable prices. The house juice is really quite good!I was in a bit of a hurry, but what I saw made me want to come back! There is also a store out in Longmont. The DIY juice is intriguing!

Their house juice is the best and its reasonably priced. The quality is on par with much more expensive products. I order my juice online sometimes and it is delivered in a timely manner.

Id give it zero stars if I could. Staff is terrible. Please go somewhere else. They do not support their products after sale, and arent familiar with various common mods and brands.I offered to pay a lot for a new mod, even though the nonfunctioning item was their mistake. But the unknowledgeable salesperson was too busy on the phone to help.After Id already spent a lot of money there! Never again.

Great staff! Prices are amazing compared to what I thought they would be. I had an issue with a little leaking and they fixed it for me right away no problem! It turned out to be my fault but she showed me what I did wrong without making me feel stupid! Totally recommend this place.

Just purchased a mod cane with the smok prince tank, I put a new coil in also 3 other could to find out if it was the coil that was causing the problem. It wasn’t, all they could do for me was laugh while I was clearly in frustration. Couldn’t get the issue resolved now I have to buy a new tank. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

Nice store friendly staff. I often come here when the Longmont location is out of stock for something. They have the same pricing and yoshi goo is the best flavor.

Worst costumer experience I have ever had Carolyn the owner lied to me about the products multiple times in order to sell a product to me that did not even work for what I needed. I would say don’t shop here but they are going out of business anyways.

Can’t open their doors 2 minutes early for a quick juice transaction and really know how to be super snarky about it.Their “homemade” juice will also destroy your atomizer in a week, usually only come here as a last resort anyway Stay far away.
