Just super sad... love you guys, but I rearranged an entire trip on catching you guys open today, Saturday, at 10am, as per the google profile hours. I waited till 1020. Nobody, no hours posted on the door. As a business owner myself, I would never 1 star review anyone, but, this saddens me.

This place really amazed me. Not only have they been around for 50 years, but theyre so nice and knowledgable. They were able to ship me a product without hesitation and Dane really went above and beyond to assure we got our package. It arrived a day early and the item was very well protected. Thanks Dane for such a great experience, cant wait to visit again

The original head shop is also the BEST head shop in Boulder. Great selection and prices are as low or lower than youd see online. Staff is really friendly.

I was told to check this place out after having such an unpleasant experience with the shops on pearl. Thank you so much for making it such a wonderful experience! The staff here is absolutely wonderful and apparently the place is family owned thats so cool! They were so helpful with all my questions and even gave me a discount!

Great place! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Has all the essentials. Weather youre after a book of papers or a new quartz grail to a new Heady piece. Theyve got you covered. One of the few shops in Boulder that has a beautiful selection of American made glass blown by top artists. Definitely recommend!

Staff very friendly. Frequent sales. Good selection of anything glass, separate mouthpieces for when you break yours, rolling papers, lighters, T-shirts, travel cases for glassware. Prices are maybe a little high compared to Denver, but thats because the Fitter pays Boulder rents.

Really friendly staff, i had a lot of fun there, good stuff!Unfortunately my bong broke after 3 days (Bong in suitcase --> plane), i sent my girlfriend there to discuss for find a deal and we received get a new one!Ill recommend this shop, if its for having a good time or buy awesome stoner stuff!Bless ya

I saw an ad for this shop (from a magazine I found in Denver). Worth the drive! I am into microscopy and they have a wonderful spore selection and the gentleman was knowledgeable and very nice. Can wait to make some slides and have a look!

The fitter is super easy to find and has a bunch of pretty things to look at. Luckily we didnt have to search for parking very long and found a spot just a block or so away. If you dont have anything to do head on down to Boulder and look at all the neat shops they have to offer, your might find something you never knew you needed.

One of the pricier glass shops on the hill, but you get what you pay for! They have a huge selection ranging from cheap to thousands of dollars. Also THE place to go for ceramic and titanium. The people who work there are nice as well.

The Fitter is a great store and a iconic Boulder hill landmark, I have been there and met the owner and he is very nice. They have a great selection of products and the staff is very helpful.

The Fitter has been in Boulder for around 40 years, and there is only 1 reason that can happen. Because they are awesome. Dream Glitter Pipes can be found at many stores but The FItter is probably our favorite store to have our products in, ever. The original owners can be found in the store at any given time; They always have a great selection of high quality inventory; AND they have only the finest in managers (see Dane) If you are in Boulder, CO and need or want to see what a real Head Shop is run like, look them up.

This shop keeps selling glass and other paraphernalia to underaged high school kids. 13, 14 and 15 yos. Repeated requests from the local parent community continue to be ignored. As I understand it, some of the staff understand the importance of this issue while others, including the owners son, keep selling to anyone regardless of age. I urge this family owned local business to help us keep our kids safe instead of stooping this low to make a buck. Please ID under 18 for any THC related paraphernalia. This is not what we had in mind when we voted to legalize.

Ok. This place has it all. I mean it. All. Their glass work is so, so beautiful. Its clean in there. Hoodies, clothes, bongs, pipes, glass art, CBD. You name it they probably have it. And Jason, if youre reading this, youre awesome man. You were stretched thin when I came In and helped me out quick. You were busy and the way you handled the pressure was dope (insert bad pun).

Got a Joel Halen banger and cap from an Instagram post. The staff responded to every question and message instantly through the app. Im always slightly skeptical of these type of interactions but they were incredibly professional. Good price and it was here in flawless condition with a heap of extra stickers. 100% happy!

I want to give more stars but its too difficult. The glass is wonderful but with such a name one would expect it to fit more easily. Basic bongs are kind of costly ONLY because it is thicker. The quality is literally in the thickness of the glass and thats where their weirdass prices are born. I love the easiness but I cant feel fully comfortable having to downgrade your purchase plans. If anything gets in the style of liquidation id intentionally go back, but dont go here unless you want to walk away with a slightly overpriced normal rig just because the glass is thick and it had like what... 2 extra colors? OR if you come from a family etc of loaded money, bad attitudes and daily rep of stussy, dc, and/or obey. Never pay over $20 for a non pipe glass piece that only stands .7 ft tall and would break falling on an ikea table.The employees are better than the store itself. Go in. Look around. Get out or spend more than just walking money

I needed a puffco plus chamber replacement was able to get it at the fitter yes it was $5 / manufacturer suggested retail but its a local shop that I spent about a half an hour with me talking about different pieces and honest opinions definitely a place I recommend

Came in on 20 April 2015. You guys sold me a bong that had a defect (percolator ring wasnt fully sealed). I had a slightly sub-par 4/20. I let you guys know about it and you not only replaced it with one that was working perfectly, but you upgraded it by almost $30. You guys are amazing. Thank you for serving the community so well!

The Fitter has always been a great place for all my needs. Their pieces are reliable and the staff always provide great service to suit my upmost needs whenever shopping.

One of the of the pieces I bought here broke due to some faulty glass. I lost the receipt but they gave me a large discount on another piece and worked with me on how to rectify the situation. I highly recommend their customer service.

I really wanted to like The Fitter. My parents shopped there three decades ago and I loved the idea of continuing a legacy. Unfortunately, The Fitter has either changed dramatically or my parents had really poor taste. The Fitter has very poor customer service, a cramped layout that leads to indoor traffic jams and prices that range from almost reasonable to downright hilarious. I would never recommend The Fitter to a friend and I sincerely regret spending the amount of money I did trying to get used to that place.

My two friends and I visited the fitter the other day and had an absolute horrible experience with the customer service they were very condescending they were very rude and I believe that those two women were homophobic because my two girlfriends were our girlfriends and I could see the sort of hatred in their eyes and their attitudes towards my two friends I wouldnt recommend this place ever again.
