Wild Side Smoke Shop

This shop took good care of us when I expected to be S.O.L. I purchased a piece with the fritted disc which I still think is super cool stoner technology however the piece we got was defective as it clogged after the first hit and no amount of repetitive cleaning would resolve the persistent issue. This was a gift for my lady but ended up being a paper weight. Guys behind the counter could only offer limited suggestions but eventually I got in touch with regional manager and he was super kind and able to get us full store credit for my purchase so today iI was able to get her an awesome piece of glass. I still stuck with Simba glass but decided not to go the fritted disc route. So far it hits amazing,y and doesn’t appear to be clogging in anywhere near as bad as the glass from before. I did ended up having to spend a bit more to get the glass I thought would be best but still really happy with the experience that we have a functioning piece.

This place has EVERYTHING. Bongs, pipes, rigs, cones, wraps and any other smoking accessories you may need. Huge selection of disposable e-cigs, kratom, CBD. They have really great sales every couple months too if youre looking for something special. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. You may not even know what you want, but theyll help you find it. Best smoke shop in Boulder County.

DONT GO HERE!!!!!!! They sell broken items and wont let you return or exchange! They expect us to test the bongs for them?! How can i test it at your store?! Want me to bring in water and see if the bolng will hold it? Want me to go to the non existing bathroom to put water in it?!They say store policy is no return or exchange. BUT ITS OK TO SELL BROKEN ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love almost everything, but was in a pinch and a hurry, headed to go take a drug test for work.... Had to hide my THC habit. They sold me the bullet proof x2. I went in pretty confident it would be clean . Tested positive for THC! Checked the makers website,. It says right on there how to use it for a drug test. I would think that any retailer should know most of their products and what it is good or not for. Everything else is This way store is awesome! I am now waiting for a phone call for my boss to see if I still have a job.0

My favorite smoke shop in Boulder hands-down! They have a wide selection of products which makes it easy to find most things you would need. i’ve been coming here for years and every staff member that’s helped me has been incredible!special thanks to the two employees who helped me last night (10/21/22). they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and one of these kind souls walked me back to my car after I expressed that i was feeling uneasy about walking outside that late at night, especially on my own. i’m not typically the type of person to write reviews but this spot is and has always been reliable for me so I’m happy to show a little bit of love! if you’re looking for a smoke shop is definitely the place to go.

The staff was very nice and helpful when picking out a new item. They were happy to replace a couple accessory pieces for me that I later discovered to have a small crack in them. Just make sure to examine what you buy before leaving because sometimes things like a small crack can be hard to notice.

Absolutely terrible service, extremely disrespectful. A long haired guy with a beard was the only one working the last two times I came in, don’t know his name but he’s originally from Utah, and I’m pretty sure he was on heroin. Nodding out, refuses to answer my questions about product I was interested in, barely able to stand up. I will no longer be shopping here.

I called to see if they had a specific brand of cbd cigarettes, and when I asked what the price was they said they don’t give out prices by phone, that I had to go to the store. I was like.. what??? That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard from a salesperson. I’m calling because I’m not in Boulder, and I’m not going all the way there just to find they’re overpriced as everything in Boulder. I guess they are and that’s why they don’t want to share the price by phone. Lame

This is probably my favorite shop from Boulder to Longmont. I personally use many products and items that can be purchased here and for nice prices. NO ONE has the BEST prices. Whether its glass, art or Mitra, all in all its rudimentary across the board. Not the most freshest, newest drops...but they are not far behind the bigger whole sale, web names.Thats just business in Colorado. So stop in a support these guys and gals. We need to keep business like this going!Tell them Corey sent you. Might help boost their incentives for us consumers.

Went for their black friday sale. They were doing bogo for 4.20 it was a great steal and we are loving the glass we picked up. The employees were really nice and helped us get what we wanted in a timely fashion.

Let me start by saying that it takes a lot (either extreme good or bad) to compel me to write a Yelp review. Im sorry to say that this one falls under the extreme bad category.Last week, I went into Wild Side to buy my usual four packs of rolling papers. The saleswoman seemed intent on selling me more than this. She was very nice and friendly. I told her that I dont buy glass anymore because I break everything I touch. She directed me to a line of pipes that are made with indestructible glass (or some other word that implies it would be extremely difficult to break). To test how durable these pipes were, she took one out of the case and slammed it on the glass countertop. This seemed convincing to me. Though she didnt say These are impossible to break, her demonstration - along with the product name itself - seemed like enough to think that this pipe would stand the test of time. I spent $40 on the pipe and went home happily. Two days later, the pipe fell off the table (because I break everything) and shattered into dozens of tiny pieces. Hardly reminiscent of the demonstration the store did for me to sell me the product. When I walked into the store today to explain the problem (to the same saleswoman who sold it to me), her immediate response was, All glass breaks. She repeated this so many times that I got the impression other people had been in the shop with similar problems. I told her that I knew that, but that I only bought this product because of how I specifically told her I break everything. Again, I was told, All glass breaks as if I was a five-year-old who couldnt understand a basic physical concept. That was super condescending. She then had the audacity to try to sell me another product.Summary: this store exploited the fact that I am a clumsy person by selling me something they insisted would be extremely difficult to break. When that product broke into dozens of pieces two days later, I was not offered any sympathy (let alone the exchange that I think this incident warrants), let alone any admission of clearly shady sales practices. Lesson: Dont trust people who are overly ambitious to sell you something you dont need. And know that this store is serious when it says that you cannot return/exchange anything.

Awese staff. Jeff and Jax were super knowledgeable, nice, and welcoming. As soon as I asked a question, they greeted it with an excited and spontaneous response. They even spotted me a couple dollars when I came up short.6/5 stars

Rude worker about my choice of glass. I find that the employees are always pushy and a bit rude about my selections here. I don’t usually make reviews but after 4+ bad/uncomfortable experiences with this place I wanted to post one.Decent selection but I’d recommend going to Up In Smoke a few building over because they have an equal selection of glass—and definitely the place to go for vape items.For the same or close items, I’ve found that the price is significantly better elsewhere.Bubble carb caps are literally half the price at UIS.

Terrible china glass store with extremely un knowledgeable staff. The lady behind the counter, Mindy was very pushy trying to get me to buy a 300 dollar china bong when all I wanted was a ceramic nail and some butane. She insisted that the nail would work on my rig but she sold me the wrong size and told me that there were no refunds when I brought back the unused nail an hour later and was quite rude about it. Please leave this store for rich ass college kids to get custied.

Certain staff here do way too many drugs at work. Spent 30 minutes finding the right water pipe and then they wrap up the wrong one. I took it back to get the right one and they wouldnt exchange it even when they gave me the wrong product. Then the guy that sold it to me the night before walks out from the back and started arguing with me and being very aggressively rude. Would not admit his fault and started making up lies to make himself look good in front of his manager. Would not reccomend to anyone. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. Excellent source for Kratom with great pricing! I am a young breast cancer survivor with debilitating lingering pain from chemotherapy and radiation. My husband turned me onto Kratom for pain management vs opioids and other prescription drugs and it is a game changer to say the least.Today was my first purchase from the Wild Side and we will be back again. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and their Kratom is tested which is very important to me. Don’t hesitate to check this place out, not your typical headshop/vape place vibe :)

Talk about customer service! I went in looking for several items, and was pointed in the perfect direction. I had all my very nitpicky questions answered and was on my way out the door happy and at a great price. I highly suggest either Kurtis or Sam, very professional and super friendly!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went in to ask about CBD vape juice for a sourin air. I didn’t know anything about CBD so I asked almost every question you can think of. I specifically the manger Joe if my sourin was comparable with the CBD juice i was buying. He told me it was perfectly fine and nothing would happen. The next day I went back in and I was told not to put CBD in the sourin air. I also visited another vape store to confirm this. When i went back to return or get a refund I was completely disrespected. Before i even explained the situation the manager JOE was immediately defensive. He continued to claim I never asked if my products were compatible. This obviously makes no sense why would I not ask the most important question? He called me a liar and said he had no reason to believe me. He continued to act completely unprofessional and disrespectful. His fellow workers including the other manger TYLER didn’t even listen to my story before they denied it. I continued to press them since I am broke. They offered no compensation besides 25% off. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. i’ve never been so disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! JOE AND TYLER THE MANAGERS ARE LIARS!!!!

Usually they treat me well but the other day I went in asking for a quartz nail and what I walked out with had very little heat retention. I was trying to be in and out with all thats going on but maybe I should have taken more time to check out the nail.

Worst place to get CBD in Boulder. When dabbed, the CBD smells like burning plastic and will barely burn even at higher temps. I went back and talked with the manager and he said Thats our CBD, I cant do anything for you. I bought the most expensive and recommended CBD in the store and that is what I get. No refund, no swapping for product, no discount. The guy said it with a smile on his face.I heard this was the best place in Boulder for CBD but sadly found out it was the opposite. You can say I will not return anytime soon.

Normally i go to the Boulder Vape House for my e-cig refills, but Sunday nights they close early, so I was forced to go to Wild Side, which is just up the street from BVH. When I went in, there were a few people there. Three girls and a guy. The cashier was friendly - I can say that much, but thats the extent of my complements. She served the guy who was next and then started to serve me (the other customers were sitting around, I think they were friends of hers) and then got sidetracked. Answered the phone twice - no big deal, phones need answering - and then told me shed be right there. Asked three times which flavor juice I wanted, then went to serve the other girls. After five or so minutes of them looking at pipes, and my realizing Id been there fifteen minutes, and her still showing them pipes, I finally snapped. Now, Ive been on both sides of this situation - Ive been chewed out before, and I know it sucks, so I didnt do that. But I did lose my patience and finally said, can we please wrap this up? I could tell the girls would be there for a while, and I wasnt interested in waiting for fifteen more minutes, especially since the thing I came in for was, usually, an in-and-out job. The girls stared at me incredulously, and to her credit, the cashier didnt say anything rude in response, but I could tell I had offended her, and while I am sorry for that, Im not sorry I got out of there when I did. The e-cig juice was revolting.

Dope selection of glass, accessories, etc in a tight little spot full of chill vibes. Manager on duty, JJ, crushed it answering all my questions and hooking it up with a fire piece. 10/10 will definitely be back.

This is my first online review written, especially for a head shop, but I would not shop here. The salesperson wouldnt take no for an answer, and the torch that we purchased from here broke the next day. their sign says no refunds, so Im not going to bother taking it back in there, but I do warn you to stay away from this place.The people are nice enough, they just dont know when to stop selling you stuff, even when you make it clear youre finished shopping.On top of this the torch that I just bought to dab worked for one day, then broke and just spews butane out of the line, which is not only bad because it means there is no air bubble in there, but spewing butane out of the line is BAD BAD BAD, you do NOT sell broken products like this.I only hope enough people stop shopping here before their shabby supplies break physically hurt someone.3 seconds after I finished this review the line snapped on my torch and it will not longer stop spewing butane everywhere.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY DO NOT SELL SAFE PRODUCTS FOR YOU TO SMOKE WITH. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

They sell glass with no sand blast on the joints....and when I called to see if they could at least give me a discount on my next purchase the response was oh well that sucksAwful customer service for someone that was willing to go back and buy something else in exchange.

I like this shop, its got good service and decent selection, got a nice e rig last time i was in there. I got a good laugh as the manager helped explain the receipt to the previous shopper, I would say go in and check it out!

I like the glass and the prices I dont like the fact that the last three times I went for a specific drop down they didnt have it so I had to go to up in smoke and each time up in smoke had what I needed.
