Love this place I have been going here for years. I really dont mind showing my identity I know its the law beside makes me feel young lol

Different than most cigar shops.. smallish selection but some boutique lines. There is a lounge, its a little tight but doable. Super nice fella running the counter. Location is nice, thankful to have one in this area!

With still being a beginner with the cigars and what to try. The crew here was great!! Very informative and helpful. Will definitely visit again! Thank you for the great experience.

Super friendly staff that remembers you

Horrible customer service. Whent to buy some cigars and the woman that was there screamed at me for not wanting my ID scanned into their system before buying. When I refused she threatened to call the police on me (maybe it was my skin color?). I dont look young Im 40 with some white hairs already and was willing to show her my CDL license. Why couldnt she just type in my birthdate after I showed her my id? THIS IS NOT A LAW AND THERE THERE IS NO NEED FOR MY INFORMATION TO BE SCANNED AND SAVED IN ANY COMPANIES SYSTEM MUCH LESS A TABACCO SHOP. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND I ADVICE YOU DONT EITHER IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED SO BAD AND HAVE TO GIVE ALL YOUR INFORMATION TO JUST BUY A CIGAR.

Place is ok. Selections on the small side and staffs like zombies so Im giving it four stars. I got what I wanted so no complaints there but I gotta say Ive been in places like this that have maintained a more pleasant atmosphere. Dont know if theres a public restroom or not and its handicap accessible. About average.

Ive been getting cigars here for 7years. The shop manager Victoria really turned the store around when she took over. They have a stick for every level of smoker and humidor is kept in great shape. Victoria is very attentive to her customers

Needs some work on staffing. Lots of attitude and very uninviting environment. Used to be my favorite place to stop in town now I prefer the new location. Much friendlier staff, cleaner store, and more knowledgable employees to reference inventory needs.

Melanie is very rude, Very bad customer service. Everyone else who works there is nice so thats why I gave 1 star. I wouldnt even say anything but shes been rude every time I go in.

Nice selection of cigars and all kinds of smoking accessories. If they don’t have what you are looking for, the managers are usually willing to see if they can get it for you. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Went in to buy some vapes for a friend. She wanted any flavor except for ICE. The girl working there said I have Mango and another one that I forgot already, so I bought one of each. I got 10 miles down the road (my bad I was trying to beat traffic into Denver before 5pm) and took a look to tell my friend what I got her... guess what. They BOTH said ICE. I dont vape or smoke so I was completely fooled. Makes ya not want to trust anyone. I wont be back.

I started going to this place because it was just a few dollars cheaper than the place that I was going to for vapes. $10 increase on the vape I was buying from them. Needless to say, im going back home and home isnt here. Beware, do your research. Home is now cheaper still

Super helpful staff. Their cigar knowledge is enough to help any beginner find what they are looking for. I cannot attest to more, as Im only a beginner. I do enjoy visiting here.

SF is the cheapest place I have found to buy Copenhagen. They always have it in stock and the cashiers are usually friendly.

Would have given 5 stars, but they quit carrying corn-cob pipes that I loved. Then, theres that one clerk...

Staff is friendly, but not very knowledgeable. You’re much better off researching online before you come into this shop.
