I cant even begin to describe how awesome this shop is. Every time I have been in Ive talked to Mike and bought off his recommendations, and I am not disappointed in the least. He is extremely knowledgeable and sells what is in the customers best interest not off what will make the most money. I am now a repeat customer due to his recommendation of mod/tank and juices. Every time he has suggested a juice I have been more than pleased with the flavor. Have recommended to my friends and they are pleased with the service and product as well.

Ive been here twice, both times the staff were extremely helpful! The first time I was just looking for some new recommendations on juice the second time (today) both my mods had broken. I walked in at open and was suggested the very product I was thinking about ordering online, with my experience at other vape shops I thought I was in for spending $120 plus, not the case here, very affordable and comparable to what you would spend online. Very Happy. Thank you!This is decidedly the best vape shop in the Brighton/Howell area, and my (now) go-to place.

Bob and Chris are amazing people something short of a gift from God. All the e liquid they carry is 100% amazing. I will no doubt try every juice on the wall. Stop in and see them tell em you want the Flint Fogger mix theyll know what two 30ml bottles youll need. Great products at amazing prices. And just wait until the weekend rolls around. Excellent prices for the end of each week.

I just moved into the area and needed a new juice store. After telling them what I usually vape, the employee suggested a flavor that turned out I didnt like at all. I came back a few days later and was given another suggestion that ended up being amazing. They have good sales on the weekends.

I have ordered two box mods online from these guys, and they are truly incredible. Out of all my devices, the BC Box Mods stand alone as my primo rigs. Build quality is second to none, customer service is excellent, and they both came with lifetime warranties.

Staff is great very helpful have a decent size selection of juices. The biggest downfall of this place is there rewards program it sucks compared to when IVC. When IVC was there I was able to get a free mod of my choice throw the rewards program after making 80 visits with a purchase but, with vapejoose I spend $250 and can’t even get a free 100ML bottle. If the average visit was $20 and 80 times that’s $1600 and I use to get a free Mod. The highest rewards they have is 20,000 points and you get a dinner with vapejoose so you spend $20,000 at the store and that’s what you get? I’d much rather get free merchandise and would hope you have to spend a hell of a lot less then $20k! Their reward program just makes me feel like an unvalued customer! With their reward program and how they basically offer you nothing worth while I feel like they should set up their game and offer free bottles of juice, free mods, offer free packs of coils.

Fantastic place to buy from and learn more about vape equipment. These guys are knowledgeable and super friendly, I suggest anyone looking for a smart place to get vape products to head here. Unlike their competition (Patriots Vapes) they really take the time with customers and dont try to over sell on things that arent needed. My experience on 12-19-15 at 4:10pm proved that this establishment has this business running the way a vape shop should be operated. Thank you to the staff who went above and beyond to help me out! Also, I also realized that they have better pricing than Patriot Vapes (who over charged me for my SMOK XCUBE 2 by about $20) as well. Before you buy a new mod box or juice check with these guys first!Thanks guys!

Fantastic selection of the best E-Liquid in town! None of the Child appealing packaging and IP Theft that seems to be the standard at other shops. You can ask questions and not feel like your imposing. Besides it sells the some #1 brands in Vaping like Bake Up Brothers and the entire Independent Vapor Company brands.

I have visited this place on 3 occasions, their pricing is good, but some of the employees need to brush up on their customer service skills. First visit wasnt too bad, the guy that was working was pretty nice and was fairly talkative.My second visit (which was roughly a month later) wasnt as good. I had went in there to purchase a mod that was a little more powerful than the 30watt mod i was using. Even tho they had about a dozen mods fully boxed in the display case the guy kept telling me to come back on a monday or tuesday (this was a Saturday) I explained to him that i work midnights and the last thing i want to do is drive back out here after working all night. He then told me i should just go to Wild Bills (a competitor) if i wanted a mod today. I ended up buying a mod from another vape shop along with a set of batteries which was about $160 total sale.Third time i went here went a little better, they had a 10% off batteries and 20%off juice which i picked up a set of spare batteries for my Cube 2 and a bottle of really good vape juice. I walked out paying under $40 for those items but i am discouraged because as soon as i declined to sign up for their check in program the guy pretty much closed out my purchase and walked away. In all my time working retail i have never just walked away i at least asked if the customer had any questions (which if he had been paying attention he would have notice i was checking out on of their mods).All in all, the prices are good here but unfortunately unless they brush up on Their customer service skills, they will be seeing a decline in sales. And i dont mean they should kiss the customers butt, they do need to at least act like the customer matters.

Discovered this place by accident, I work in the area and was on the way to a doctors appointment and seen this place so I stopped in to check it out.The people who work there are very comfortable to be around, they just include you in their own conversations and talk to you like they have known you for years, I ended up buying some things.I usually go to my local wild bills in Owosso where I live, dont get me wrong the people there are great to but I prefer this shop even after visiting it one time they have great prices and a comfortable atmosphere, thats alot coming from me Im usually shy and keep to myself.They have a little drink cooler a couch a coffee table and a tv, so you can just hang out build coils and make a few friends.

I would recommend this shop to anyone who isnt familiar with vaping. The worker was very patient and helpful during the time I was there trying to decide on what to purchase. Would definitely shop here again.

This Vape shop is awesome. I knew absolutely nothing about Vape’s and Chris who was working at the time fully explained everything and hooked me up. Definitely coming back.

Got banned for talking to someone about how rude Chris the owner is to the customers. Upon further investigation I have found out that he only comes in to restock and returns home to watch every move on camera. Then texts his employees and asks if they buy anything, when they dont, they lose pay. Service was pretty shitty anyway, and the lounge is for big spenders so not much of a lounge.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good store layout and product selection. While it can be very easy to miss on your first trip there, subsequent trips to the store shouldnt be an issue.
