I have no words to express my feelings and emotions about the AMAZING experience with Paula. I have had several treatments with her and every time I think This is the best. However, Paula cant stop surprising me and offers better and better treatments every time. She is super professional and makes me look and feel like a million bucks. Paula uses high-quality products for reasonable prices, and this SPA is spotless, has nice music, a very welcoming environment, and personnel is polite and caring. All these details add more attractiveness to the great work of a top-class specialist with skillful hands and an impeccable sense of beauty. This SPA is a hidden gem that you want to return and have no desire to look for something else))) Thank God, I found my place of Power.

Paula is amazing! She’s the Michael Angelo of estheticians. She’s a true artist when it comes to skincare and eyebrows. She’s meticulous and takes her time to evaluate your face, ensuring that the end result complements your features perfectly! Love her!!

The man at the reception was unexpectedly aggressive and rude without reason. We were taken by surprise and chose to walk out instead of entrusting care to them.EDIT after the owners response --Even days AFTER this review was posted, the owner didnt care to APOLOGIZE for his actions and instead he doubled down on his reactions.1. We were simply trying to figure out how to open the door, which for some reason was locked during open business hours. We thought the door was stuck.2. The man barged out and verbally attacked us while we were still outside his establishment3. We chose to leave right afterWhat I didnt mention earlier is that his anger seemed to be driven more by the fact that 2 Brown skinned people on a scooter were trying to get inside. Without stating the obvious I would use this moment for self reflection and how much things have still not changed even in Brooklyn in the year 2024. But, we move on and wish nothing but love and forgiveness for ignorance.✌️

Jeunesse is really wonderful. Paula is lovely and cares about her clients. She gives honest recommendations and lets clients pursue the path theyre most comfortable with. Her treatment is effective while being gentle and relaxing (I often fall asleep while shes giving a facial). She also does amazing, painless brow shaping. She never pushes products or services, and every experience is top notch (and Ive gone monthly for over a year). She cleared up my skin and frankly my home routine is simpler, less expensive, and way more effective than it ever was. I highly recommend this business!

I tried several SPA centers in BK. Jeunesse is the best one. Reasonable price, over-quality service. Paula is very professional. She is patient on listening and designs brow based on my face shape. She is also good at facial, choosing the most suitable products for me and never sell products/service. Definitely gonna be a return customer!

Paula was able to take me on a Sunday afternoon after I had only called several hours before! The spa was extremely clean and welcoming. I had an amazing clarifying facial. A few days after my facial my skin looked amazing! Very bright and had a nice glow. I cant wait to come back for another facial. I enjoyed every second.

I went to get my eyebrows done last minute before a wedding. Not only was I able to get a same day last minute appointment , but Paula was gracious, personable, nice and did a fantastic job! She knows what she’s doing! My eyebrows have never looked so good! The salon was impeccably clean. Such a good find! I’ll be back for a facial!

I love Paula and the staff. Everyone is super sweet and friendly. Paula is super busy but she didnt rush through our appointment. She is very thorough and most importantly all my friends say my skin looks amazing. Would definitely recommend her to anyone reading this review

Paula is wonderful, you feel right at home with her. Skin treatments are amazing, I see results of my skin improving in 5-7 days. Waxing does not hurt at all, she so gentle on your skin. You will leave feeling like a brand new person each time. Juenesse beauty is one of the best beauty spa in NYC.

I had one of the best massages of my life here. Ive tried several places in Brooklyn as well as Manhattan, and Ill continue to come back to this one. The staff is extremely personable and kind. They have HEPA air filters and I felt safe the whole time. So happy I found this place, especially in a time that its so important to support small businesses.

I absolutely adore this place. Walked in and was greeted warmly by the staff and Paula herself takes such an amazing amount of time in order to inform you that you always know exactly what it is youre getting or what service was applied. There are no corners being cut and everything is done to perfection.

Now more than ever during this quarantine I miss getting my eyebrows done. Like Paula always says “the eyebrows are the windows to your face.” Her service is unmatched. I have been to many eyebrow salons, but none like Jeunesse Beauty Centre. I can be a pretty picky customer, especially when it comes to my eyebrows, but Paula’s gentle manner and keen eye for detail will keep me a customer for life. She’s kind, provides a great relaxing environment and is very talented at what she does. I would recommend Paula to anyone and everyone.
